Wonderful stay!
The front desk staff were very friendly and informative of everything the hotel had to offer. The hotel and rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely be staying there!

Excellent. The best hotel i have been in in a long time. Excellent location although a little tricky to get in but once you figure it out its wonderful because its tucked behind the Ruby Tuesday. People working there and breakfast are wonderful. Clean, very clean. Just about anything you can think of for breakfast. Biscuits and gravy with sausage, bagels, eggs, toast, oatmeal, fruit. Much more. Stay away from the orange juice though. Idk if it was low or the brand but it tasted like armpits. Only negative thing i have to say. Other than the orange juice i hope they continue to serve this breakfast because i am definitely coming back and bringing my family with me.

I asked for early check-in and they were very accommodating, allowing me to check in even earlier than 1PM. The front desk manager was kind, friendly and efficient. My room was clean and smelled fresh. I would recommend this Best Western for fellow travelers.

We loved it!!
Great stay would definitely book again. The room was clean and spotless. The hotel staff service was great, everyone was so helpful! The pool closed late, we really enjoyed our stay here!

Front desk agent had great customer service. My stay was pleasant. Only problem I had was I had a sign on my door asking for room to be cleaned and never got a cleaning while I was out.

My overall experience was decent. It started out not so good(we found mold in the refrigerator drain plug and have to be moved to a new room on the first day, and the cleaning crew didn't clean our room at all on the second day). But, after those initial concerns, the remainder of the stay was great. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the cleanliness improved. I'm sure that we probably won't stay here again, but it was decent enough to not completely trash the property as a whole.

Very clean place, one of the cleanest i have stayed in before. However, i think because i have two kids they assume we will be loud and we got stuck in the second building with loud people next door. Doors slamming, loud talking, we couldnt sleep until i made a phone call to the front desk to let them know what was going on. Other than that it was a nice place to stay and the neighborhood is safe. I will book again but will ask to be put somewhere away from people.

The property was quiet, room was nice other than the bathroom door wouldnt shut. The continental breakfast was nice. One of the front desk staff was not so friendly. She got a little irritated with my friend. My friend was trying to understand what she was explaning and she snapped at my friend and said "you are not listening to me" and my friend said I am listening, I am just trying to understand. Also, I called 3 time to confirm that since we had a late incoming flight that we would be able to check in early when we got to the hotel and all 3 times I was told yes and then when we got to the hotel at 130am we were told we would have to pay for another full day. I do think there was some miss communication for sure.

I called beforehand to inform myself of anyspecifics about bringing a dog and it was never mentioned to me that pets were not allowed in suite reservations. When we arrived we we were then told that we could not keep our original reservation bacause they did not allow dogs in suites...we were given a regular room at the same price and were very uncomfortable because it was 7 of us. On top of this the AC unit did not work properly and the room would cool down to a comfortable temperature. In the morning when we went down for breakfast, it seemed like they were running behind because we had to ask the front desk if we could get some cheese omelettes as shown on the menu because there were none made. I will not be going back to a Best Western for any future vacations or events.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There was a variety of items available on the breakfast buffet. The food could have been warmer, but was still very good. The rooms and rest of the hotel were very clean. I read a few other reviews, regarding past history of bed bugs, so I was concerned about this. However, I did not experience any issues with this, so this must have been resolved.

Liked that it was close to the airport. Did not like that we had bugs in our room. That the front desk essentially told us that bugs are normal. But when we finally got a new room you can hear everything going on in the rooms next to us. Do not plan on staying there again.

The first room we have got was smell like cigarette.
The second rooms door was absolutely almost unuseable.
I didn't complain because we just have got a second room. I didn't want to make them crazy.
I am not a complainer at all, but i will think twice to go back to this facility

Last minute booking
Stayed at the Best Western Niceville on a last minute booking. Staff was friendly, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast bar was very good. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

I found out 2 1/2 days before my stay that I wasn't flying out at the nearby airport for 3 more weeks. I asked to change my date forward. I did not ask for a refund. The Best Western refused. They have lost my business. I will never stay at a Best Western again.

Room was extremely clean. Jennifer at front desk was very helpful! She helped me make two additional reservations at the hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job cleaning our room each day. Breakfast was very nice!

The overall experience was nice. We saw a roach crawling up the bathroom wall 30 minutes after checking in, but nothing else after killing it. The bed was little too hard.

Loved everything about this hotel! Handicap and wheelchair accessible. Our room didn’t have a roll in shower but the room was wheelchair accessible & very spacious. It was in a good area, not crowded. Very clean and nice. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anybody.

I didn’t like the 2’nd building where I was put at.It was noisy the first night it sounded like kids was running above us jumping up and down so we didn’t get any sleep.Our bathroom had no tub,just a hand held shower.

The hotel itself was very clean and attractive. The outstanding part was the staff. The staff was friendly, helpful and caring from the front desk staff to the breakfast staff and to the housekeeping staff. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was exceptional. We will definitely stay there again if we are in that area.

Our flights were canceled so we were stuck in Destin area overnight. The availability and check in were a breeze. There was a restaurant next door and the hotel was very quiet.

Unfortunately, our room's bathroom sink did not drain properly. The manager said nothing could be done until the next day after we checked out because maintenance wasn't available. There were no other rooms to move into so we never got the situation resolved.

The property was nice and on the smaller side. Staff was nice but when I asked for extra pillows for the pull out couch she could only find decorative pillows. Seemed short staffed. Pretty clear, spacious rooms but overpriced.

Traveling to the airport
This hotel went to great measures to keep us satisfied. They took our luggage for us so that we would be able to explore the town, due to being out of town. They also got us into our room earlier than what was scheduled. All of the staff is SO friendly as well.

The refrigerator made too much noise and the exhaust fan in the bathroom needs to have a switch to shut it off instead of having it run the entire time in the bathroom. Also a ceiling fan above the bed would be awesome.

Amazing Stay!!!!
It’s was the perfect location. Quite, good food, everything close by oh I also close to both beaches Fort Walton, and Destin. Staff was amazing and my family truly enjoyed ourselves. Also got a chance to visit the Air force Museum!!!
