Our family had a nice stay. Clean rooms, convenient location and the kids had fun at the pool. The free breakfast had a decent spread and there are lots of restaurants close by. The beach can be accessed through the Surf store across the street making it easy to get there. We would stay again.

The complimentary breakfast was superb. It was the largest breakfast area I've ever seen. Loved it. All of the staff were polite and helpful. The bartender ( Shannon) was really cool. I definitely recommended this place.

Bugs! We pulled out the couch and there were live bugs. Was not handled well be the front and were given a 2nd room and it dead bugs in on the pull out. Front desk was not responsive and just gave us an other room. It was better but not great. Next morning I told house keeping about the issues as I passed in the hallway and she was unaware.
We are a family of 6 and pick spring hills because of the couch and pull out.
Breakfast was really good.
Parking is 31 extra a day.

Great stay.
This hotel was great and good location. Its not beach front, but you walk across the street and go through Surf Style to be at the beach. Beds were comfy. Breakfast was good. Bartender was really nice and made good mixed drinks. All staff was friendly.

This is our 3rd year staying at this property. We love the convenience and cleanliness of the hotel. The safety features they have are TOP NOTCH! Phely and Daniel are amazing and have the best customer service! We can’t wait until next year :)

I’ve stayed at several residence inns and this one had a lot of extra charges for products that would have otherwise been free I.e. detergent. The food was also lackluster again in comparison to other properties.

I thought suite would’ve been bigger/more space and beds weren’t that comfy but besides that I loved the stay which included some good breakfast, very nice and relaxing pool, and great hospitality room service.

Everything was perfect for my husband & I to have a couple days alone. We loved the breakfast,
poolside music, cleanliness, location, staff etc. The only negative thing that comes to mind was having a short trip! We're looking forward to coming back with the kids soon!

Hotel was extremely clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, courteous, and caring. Our room was fantastic, loved the view of the bay with the sailboat -so picturesque. It seemed like everyone was sharing the same feelings of happiness of being on vacation there. The area of the hotel is perfect for everything from shopping, dining, or walking. Felt completely safe at all hours. The beach is great and the other beaches nearby are easy to visit.

Clean, comfortable place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff. Free breakfast was great. Busy but was kept fully stocked. Super close to beach, just walk through the Surf Style store and you’re there!

I would say the one thing I did like was parking was expensive and I did not see any mention of that while I was booking the hotel. Other than that it was a nice, quiet, clean, and the staff was professional.

The children were yelling and screaming & running in the hallways and outside swimming until 10:00 p.m. every night
Some Springhill allow animals, while others do not.
This place is ideal for families with small children.
The view is breathtaking.

Very nice room and pleasurable property. However I was charged 32.00 a day for valet parking and it was only parked once. Signs up at very same property that people could park all day who visited beach for 25.00. So if you rent a room at their property you pay more for parking than someone off the street. I will not stay there when I come back next year.

We stayed for a week during April 2023. They had nice facilities and was a short walk to many restaurants and Pier 60. This is not right on the beach but across from the beach so if you are looking for a beach view, this hotel doesn’t have it. It didn’t bother us, you have to walk across the street and through Surf Style to get beach access/view. It was a great hotel and I would stay again with my family.

Liked location. Didn't get good sleep as beds are extremely hard. Always had to ask for towels, wash clothes and toilet paper. We had 4 in our room and they would only leave 3 towels and a few times no wash clothes or extra t.p so had to track down workers because every time tried calling housekeeping the phone was busy. The front desk staff, bartender and valet parking staff all super friendly and helpful.

Our suite was only cursorily cleaned. Bathroom was a mess. Blots of Black mold around the tub and shower curtain. Sink was grungy below the faucet. Coffee area was dusty, had not been wiped in weeks.

Very hard mattresses!! Also, apparently the hotel is doing renovations to rooms and nothing was mentioned. The wallpaper glue is coming through the paper and it looks like someone splattered grease or something everywhere on the walls. The ceiling also had patch marks on it. This isn’t what I expected for the amount of money spent on rooms!!

The location was very good, walking distance to the beach, the pier and food venues. Unfortunately, the hotel is immediately next to a bar that had live music past 2 a.m. on a Thursday night. We could not drown out the heavy beat that vibrated through our hotel walls on the 6th floor. Otherwise, breakfast and beds were good.

Unfortunately had to check in at 2am...not by choice, delayed flights. The asian man that checked us in at that time was very rude. Didnt even look up at me, acted very annoyed like I was bothering him. Annoyed at questions asked of where things were. Other than that, the hotel was great

We truly enjoyed our stay here. Room was exceptionally clean and all staff were very pleasant. We traveled with our diabetic kitty and they were more than welcoming. Not to mention some of the guest and their children enjoyed the kitty too.

Fantastic staff, handy location
This hotel was a great base for our trip! All the staff were fantastic and helpful which made the experience really nice. The room was a good size, but a little too dark for me. I don't think I would stay here again for that reason alone (unless they get rid of the heavy curtains and replace with something lighter). Generally the room was in good condition, but the carpet needed a really good clean and the sofa smelt like stinky feet (literally!). Overall, a good experience.

The picture is a bit deceiving as far as it appears it's right on the water, not a small bit of the marina but it was clean, the staff is friendly, the pool and gym were nice. The free breakfast was quite good and the location is great.

Check in was fine, breakfast was horrible, eggs over cooked, turkey sausage looked and felt like a piece of rubber. Only disposable plates, cups and forks and spoons, so bad for the environment. Tables never cleaned, only at the end of service.

Housekeeping did not clean my room while I was there. I did not have my do not disturb sign on the door so I expected them to clean my room as I stayed 2 nights. I had to call and ask for replacement towels several times and they took hours to get to the room.

We only stayed one night… but only got 4 hours sleep due to the fire alarm going off and having to evacuate. Poor communication during and after the alarm. Beds were ok but AC was lacking

Hotel was OK. Rooms needed a bit more attention to cleaning, wrappers are trash under nightstand and couch. Front desk staff helpful and friendly. Housekeeping staff not friendly at all, in fact mostly rude, wouldn't let you on the elevator with them when there was plenty of room and couldn't be bothered to move to the side to get past them we literally had to smash against the wall as they walked two wide down the hall with their cart and they didn't care at all. Breakfast was good and things replaced quickly but when it got close to 10 am they started shutting things down quickly including the milk as you were using it.
Parking fee was a lot especially for being a guest as non guests could pay $25 to park for the day. Overall would probably stay here again, quick walk across the street to the beach but kinda pricey for not actually being on the beach.

Great hotel with great location
Hotel was very clean and well-taken care of. Entry was not well marked as lobby was on 3rd floor above parking garage. Took awhile to figure where to go to check in. Location was superb!
