The property has an excellent location. Easy to access from the highway. During my stay, the facilities were being remodeled. If the facility was at full capacity, there would have been issued with congestion on property. In addition, I found a live roach in the bathroom. My room could have used some additional cleaning.

It was nice. When we arrived in our room it hadn't been cleaned and they immediately switched our room. They didn't offer us anything for the inconvenience, but the staff was really nice. The breakfast was really nice with alot to choose from and it's not the same hot options every day. I'd stay there again.

Our bathroom flooded while we were out. Tried calling the front desk but there was no answer. Walked down to the front desk and he promptly gave us a new room near the original room.

Hotel was nice and clean. You can tell it’s been renovated and it’s well kept. I had only one issue and it was the beds. I got a double bed room & both beds were horrible. My fiancé and I left with the worse back & hip aches. This trip was to be for rest and relaxation and didn’t meet My expectation.

I think the property was clean inside the facility. Did have a problem with the smoking of marijuana when I arrived. I had a hard time understanding some of what the front desk clerk said.

Property is in a nice place next to a little pond. They had Ice Cream and Cookies at the front desk every night. Staff were always helpful when I had issues. The fitness room was decent and had a nice range of weight sizes. Downside is they had a 15lb and 25lb dumbell missing.
Breakfast was amazing it alternated what options there were. Always meat and eggs though. One day they had potato's too. I’m also a big fan of Holiday Inn because they have the cinnamon rolls with frosting. Breakfast staff could have done better having food ready. A couple times we had to wait for them to bring out more meat or eggs. Overall great stay. Stayed for 5 days.

Ok hotel but not more than average. Wish they would take out the carpets in the rooms. This would definately help to eliminate the smell.

It was good. Good location close to a movie theater and plenty of shopping and restaurants. They had fresh cookies in the evening at the front counter that were delicious. My 2 issues were, 1. down under the nightstand the power strip was so dusty and can tell they do not dust down there. And 2. The water pressure for the shower was awful. You basically had to stand over the drain to get any water on you. Water pressure for the sink was way better(a little too much)

Nice gym with good working equipment. Excellent full, hot breakfast that is constantly restocked and the area is kept very clean by hard working friendly staff. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming which was a pleasant surprise compared to other hotels.
Highly recommend making the extra drive from TPA airport to stay here. We are locals and know first hand that hotels near airport are no good.

Be careful with what they charged you! I already paid my booking online through a third party. The front desk lady charged me for my 2 nights! Plus a $50 deposit and some other $158.16 charge! Waiting for the hotel property to refund all of this is such a hassle!

Tanisha was WONDERFUL. So sweet and accommodating. Clean property and rooms, and I loved the complimentary breakfast in the mornings and ice cream and cookies in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel for your next stay.

The hotel was great; however, I had to check out a day early because of an emergency. This has never happened and due to the fact I booked through Expedia, I was not granted a refund. As a result, our family and friends will never use Expedia for any of our travel needs in the future.

The hotel is nice. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The only thing was the tub/shower drained slowly. So after just a minute or two, my feet were in water.

I’ve traveled to this hotel multiple times for work. The staff, no matter the hour of day, is incredible. Everyone is just so friendly and accommodating. The showers are awesome after a long day. The patio area is a wonderful place to sit and relax after a long day

It was a disgusting. The toilets had mildew/mold in them. The beds had hair and stains all over them. The carpet looked like it had mustard stains and other crap in it and the remote was sticky. I couldn’t sleep there at all. I left the property that night. I was suppose to be there two days.

Very run down, dryer did not work, carbon monoxide detector went off twice in our room at 1am and my family of 4 had to move to a room and share a king bed, nobody helped us move our luggage, breakfast was all instant items, and bread and bagels were not even taken out of the plastic bag they came in. Doors were uneven so they would not close properly, bathroom mirror was chipped. Asked the front desk for a fabric spray as our room stunk so bad of dog hair and an old vacuum.

Staff was very good and helpful. Room and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Coffee excellent. Plenty food to offer. Outside landscaping could have used a clean-up but it was February. All in all excellent hotel for time of year. Easy to get around and many nearby places. Went for the Florida State Fair.

Check in was at 4pm. Did get our room until 7pm. Was put on a wait list for rooms. Once a room was cleaned. The front desk would call you. Sounded like not enough staff for a busy weekend.

Beautiful outdoor patio area with fountain overlooking pond with ducks. Continental breakfast was good and plentiful. Housekeeping provided clean towels daily. The bathtub was grimy, slow draining and the ac fan was loud.

We booked this hotel day of due to last minute plans. The entire experience was great. Check in and out was quick, fats and easy. The room was super nice and clean. no complaints. Will stay here again
