Lo que me gustó : camas cómodas , ropa de cama limpia sin mal olor . Varias toallas en el baño también limpias . En el baño hay body wash , shampoo y condicionador . Hand wash y hand cream . Hay un mini fridge y un microondas. Hay bastante parqueo . Y café en la habitación.
No me gustó : el teléfono suena a las 5 am todos los días . La tina sucia . Con moho y casi no sale agua del shower . Las toallas de la piscina apestan . La piscina no tiene calentador y la cierran 8:30 pm . Los juegos del patio están rotos . En malas condiciones. El elevador se rompe a menudo . El desayuno no es tan bueno . Y en general muy caro el hotel para tan malas condiciones. No regreso .

I really enjoyed this property, the room was very nice and well appointed and very comfortable beds. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Breakfast was fantastic! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Unfortunately it was booked stating it was pet friendly, Big sticker on front door states Pets not Allowed , needless to say we could not stay there . Online is a different story . Staff was very nice refunded could not stay with our dogs had to make other arrangements for the night .

We were attacked in our beds by a swarm of ants and had to wake up from our sleep to change rooms. both rooms were disgusting, mold in shower, toilet was not properly sealed and shaking, toilet bowl was caked in feces and repulsive. shower heads had terrible water spots and entire bathtub just covered in shower scum and mold.

Miss Ann Makes the Stay!
A great stay!
Friendly welcome, quick check-in. Carts available at the front door to take things to the room.
Room was clean, ready for our stay.
Breakfast was excellent. Good variety of fresh and prepackaged items. The biscuits with sausage gravy was very yummy!
My compliments to Miss Ann, having made up a special “to go plate” for my grandson, who missed breakfast with me. A very pleasant lady, running the ship at the breakfast buffet.
A great stay, we will return on our next visit to the area!
Suggestion:
For easier cart access to/from the entry and the main parking lot on the west side of the building, I recommend removing the shrubbery and curb at the end of the sidewalk, and pouring a sloping ramp to the parking lot level.

Friendly staff and convenient place
We were in a bind because the hotel we originally booked had over sold their rooms and finally we got a room here. The receptionist was very nice and check in at 1:30 am was done fast and professionally.

Way overpriced. In January we stayed at IHG Holiday inn, Celebration, FL for less than half what we paid here and the experience was much better. Here, the room smelled musty and damp, there was mold in the bathtub, dirt in corners, the bed was like trying to sleep on jello, there's no restaurant or bar, desk clerk was unable to add $3. + $2.50 + $1.50 = $7. Short-changed me and had attitude when I questioned it. Overall experience was negative. We won't be back.

Hotel in Plant City Florida
This is a convenient and pleasant hotel for attending the Strawberry Festival in Plant City. It's right near a highway entrance to I 4. Prices get jacked up for the festival though. The breakfast was good and rooms were fine.....just needed a bit more of a welcome when checking in on a slow Friday afternoon.

I appreciated the Dove bathroom products very much. The front desk staff was nice. Everything was clean although the furniture in our room had lots of chips & could use a touch up. The breakfast was good. Over all I would stay at the Plant City location again.

Dirty hotel over priced
Upon check in there was a $100 hold on my card. Then the elevator was broken down had to haul luggage up 3 flights of stairs. As we entered room there was dental glosser on the ac unit and food crumbs on floor by the bed

The water was hot on the shower(no cold water) my room smells, the pool close at sunset=sun down, the breakfast area was hot on mornings, the lobby needs some work on ceiling.....

Great hotel.
Our stay was excellent just one thing was disappointing. I cannot sleep with feather pillows due to allergies and was told they don’t have any other kind and I should maybe bring my own next time. I usually do but forgot so I had to run out to go buy one.

The facility has only one elevator and if need to use it u better get a advanced ticket because this has to b the worst elevator i have ever used slower than molasses. The breakfast is awesome and so is the very nice lady running the kitchen

The front desk staff is great, very friendly and acknowledged us each time we entered and left. Check-in was also quick and efficient.
The breakfast was the normal HI Express fare, which is good, but it seemed to always be gone so we waited a couple of times and left a couple of days.
The pool is small, but nice, and they have a separate outdoor space to sit around so that was nice. The day we wanted to use the pool, it had lots of leaves in it but the water looked clean. We didn’t go in because of the leaves and debris. To be fair, it is in a very treed area.
I would definitely stay there again though.

Staff was friendly and courteous. I inadvertently booked a handicap room through the app and due to busy weekend, that particular room wasn’t available to get into early. After speaking about the mixup, the front desk attendant was able to get us into an available room. The room was comfortable and clean. Only negative was my room key wouldn’t work. Recvd a second one, that did not work either (husband’s key worked though) - was told they had a bad batch of key cards.

We came for my sister's 80th birthday and several family members stayed at the hotel. The breakfast selection was great and there was plenty of room for us to sit and talk. Also - they had one of the most comfortable beds and set of pillows I've ever slept in at a hotel. At most places I can pretty much guarantee I won't get a good nights sleep because the bed is too hard/soft and the same with the pillows. These were just right. Since I have family that lives in town, I will definitely stay here again!

I was put in a room on the third floor and the whole floor smelled like mildew. When a got to my room it was worst, the wall was peeling in the bathroom and by the air conditioner. They did put me in a much better room on the second floor and I was content.

Decent place especially for a quick overnight stay
We stayed at this hotel as a stop over for one night before heading to the airport the next day. It’s located about 20 minutes outside of Tampa which keeps the price down and makes for an easy drive.
The location is fine with plenty of stores and restaurants within a few minutes drive. The exterior and the lobby of the hotel were clean and well-kept. The room was very comfortable and was recently painted and looks to be new carpeting. The bathroom was recently painted but had some cleanliness issues. Mainly in the corners behind the toilet and behind the door. The tile floor is relatively old and a grout is stained and dirty.
Overall we felt comfortable and safe and we would stay here again especially for a quick overnight but would not hesitate to stay longer. By the way they do have a pool although on the smaller side.
Also the water pressure for the shower was very low.

Great weekend get away.
Check in and out were a breeze. Clean room/bath. Near highway but very quiet at night, no street noise. Outdoor patio with seats in both shade or sun, good spot to read. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast area clean with good options: fruit, yogurt, cold & hot cereal, muffins, waffles...etc.

I liked the staff at front desk and breakfast area was kept up and wrapped. I didn't like the room. It wasn' t cleaned properly the first day we checked in. Hairs left behind in the shower and bathrooms floor, iron was all burnt on the bottom. Short staff causes all this nis and days as I stayed here in the past and was 4.5*.
