The staff was very accommodating during our stay. We needed to meet with relatives to discuss funeral plans and they gave us a private room to meet. We also were late checking out and they were very nice about that as well.

efficient and professional check in and checkout. good variety of breakfast items. clean bathroom.
only criticism would be to move the in-room coffee maker from on top of microwave cabinet to either the dresser top or desk top or even on bathroom counter.
you had to be at least 6' 2" to operate the Keurig coffee maker and moving it lower means you can't open the microwave door and to move the Keurig to another area is a hassle as the machine is plugged in to wall behind microwave cabinet and not easy to access!

Great value and pets stay free
I had a dog sport competition in the area and needed somewhere to stay. The price of this place was incredibly good and dogs stay free. It was very clean and quiet with a good breakfast. The bathroom was in need of updating though, with a finicky toilet and a broken fixture in the bathtub but overall it was great

Meh. Too expensive for what you get
Service was nice but the hotel is rough. The bathtub has paint chips. It rained while i was there and the floor by the window was completely soaked. Needs an update before i will stay here again

Good Stay in Goodyear!
Excellent stay at Red Lion in Goodyear, AZ. Conveniently located off I-10 with lots of restaurant options near by. Comfy and clean room with large bathroom. Nice hot breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, yogurt. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again and recommend to others!

Excellent facilities and friendly staff
Hotel was clean. Hot tub was enjoyable. Staff went above and beyond to take care of us. We had a problem with TV remote and they came to our room in less than 5 minutes and had a new remote for us in about 15 mins.

The phones are very faint. We couldn’t hear the staff from either our room or outside the front door. Also, requested an additional room chair, as there was only one in our room. They responded they had no extra chairs. Other than these recommendations, the staff was helpful & property nice.

Gave the property another chance. Unfortunately the first night was difficult due to an overwhelming marajuana smoke/smell on my floor. The beds uncomfortable and repairs being non finished. It was ok experience but for over $200 per night, not at the level I expect from Redlion.

Excellent breakfast bar that is friendly to vegetarians! They offered Oatmilk, greek yogurt, and other alternatives. The room, bathroom, gym and pool were all very clean. I saw cleaners at all times of day. Front desk staff are all awesomely helpful. My friend and I walked over to the square across the street after sunset. Redlion is very convenient to Target, Best Buy, and many other well-known stores. Although our room and beds/sheets were all freshly clean, it seems that floor-level rooms are a bit worn-down: the grout is a bit faded, and the walls, near floor level, were a bit scraped.

It was our second stay at the Red Lion in Goodyear. The staff is friendly and helpful. They offer free breakfast which is very good. The hotel and rooms are clean, parking is no charge. There are many good restaurants nearby to choose from, you dont need to drive far.

We visit the Phoenix area several times of the year and always choose Red Lion Inn.
The employees are always friendly and enjoyable.
There were a few situations on our floor. where the house cleaning service team, early AM, were speaking loudly with each other; one using the speaker phone & talking loudly; another using the phone to play music with the volume turned up.

We stayed there for 4 days it was very comfortable & clean I do like the fact that they serve breakfast up to 10am so you have plenty of time to get up without rushing to go eat. There are alot of restaurants within walking distance shopping as well.

The entire staff here is always amazing... This hotel is also in the perfect location dining and shopping are only seconds away on foot!!. The place is always clean and updated....The breakfast area is nice .. This is always my 1st choice when coming to this area...

Bad experience
I arrive at hotel and ask kindly the front lady for a room facing the parking lot and close to exit door and was told there were none available gave me one on third floor after I told her I had a bad knee and had trouble walking far as me and my wife walked to our room we saw the cleaning lady if there were any rooms available and she did told me she had finish cleaning a couple right next to the exit and on first floor.Also another problem we had when we went to the swimming pool we got in the spa area and our eyes and skin was burning from all the strong what seem Clorox in the pool and spa mention this to front desk and again did not seem to care

Best spot for me at least so far easy to get to the places I need and mostly within walking distance, pretty clean outside pool needs a deep clean but it's reasonable , the free breakfast has decent hours and a good variety. The people that work here are sweethearts .

We stayed a total of 4 nights and have no complaints. The free breakfast was good. There are 2 restaurants on either side within walking distance as well. We enjoyed the pool.
We commend the hotel for accommodating patients from the Hope cancer treatment center. It was inspiring to meet and talk with them as well.
