Rather noisy with the renovation going on, but that ended at 6pm. Would have been an issue if we had kids that needed a nap
Room was good. You might look at the design in the shower. Hard to use the door unless you stand in the shower to close it. Weird planning

Super front desk person!
The computers were down at the front desk when we arrived. Kira was excellent. She stayed calm and got the computer back up with patience and calm and was a very knowledgeable person. You are lucky to have her…she gave us great service!

Holiday Visit
It was an overnight stay so we could visit family in Melbourne for the holidays. The hotel was fine, we really didn't use any of the amenities or even have the free breakfast. We were in the room maybe a total of 12 hrs. Our check out was on the 29th and I'm still waiting for the $50.00 security deposit to be credited back to my charge account. I understand it can take up to 10 days.
I guess my one complaint would be about the parking. With two hotels side by side it really didn't designate what parking was for which hotel & was rather limited.

Great experience
Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Our stay was quick as we were just stopping overnight on our roadtrip but it was everything we needed. It’s hard to find decent hotels that allow dogs but this one was better than what we excepted. The front desk was very welcoming/friendly and they even had the supplies you need if you left any products at home. Beds were comfortable which was a plus! Definitely recommend stopping here for those long road trips to get some rest!

Typical hotel for its category. Staff is friendly,courteous and welcoming. My family and were alocated in the 2nd floor and I'd recommend shampooing and maintening the carpet in thr hallways; they do need some serious attention. For some reason, the toilet in the room was very low even for my wife who is 5 feet 4 inches. We would also recommend replacement of the dark curtains in room 206; they do not close completely and once the sun raises, it goes through straight to the face of whoever is in that room. I belive these are minor fixes. We wouldn't mind coming back.

Needs some work!
Check in was great.
Room clean and tidy.
Breakfast was horrible! The person working the breakfast tried, but 2 cereal choices was gross! Not everyone needs Raisin Bran!
Fruit-asked for bananas, nope. Seriously, tangerine or baby apples.
Military eggs and something that was supposed to be sausage.
It was painfully hot in the small area where the food actually was.if you’re looking for a good free breakfast, this is not it.
They didn’t come to our room to give clean towels or empty the trash. They said we had the do not disturb sign up. Actually, we left the room at 9 am and it was there. But, housekeeping was just starting. I’m figuring the girl runs up and down the hallway and checks to see who has the do not disturb up, and marks those rooms “skip”. Not everyone is up and out by 9:00.
The next day I made a point not to put the “don’t disturb sign out”. Towels done, but forgot the trash. This area needs work.
Coming in Saturday night to get fresh towels (had to get, since no one did the room), there was a sign up saying have a coffee and we will be back shortly! The clerk was outside vaping.

I loved the stay here. I came with my family for a family member in hospice and the stay here made us extremely comfortable. The beds, pillows, comforters, and a/c were all wonderful. The breakfast was a 5 star!

Was very happy with the front desk check in. The room was clean and it was quiet. The bed was soft , just to our liking. The free morning meal was good and typical for Choice hotels. The attendant kept everything supplied and the area clean. Overall nice stay we will stay again.

The staff were great!
The only problems we had was our accessible room had beds that were WAY too tall for a handicapped person. And the only chair in the room had wheels. Not safe for a handicapped person to get In or out. I would have rated 5 stars if the accessible room had been more user friendly

Great Stay.
The entire staff were very friendly, our room was clean but a little more detail to baseboards would be great.
The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and sausage (there was bacon 1 day of our 4 day stay), two cereals to choose from, yogurt, breads and bagels, and make your own waffles. There was also juice, milk and coffee. The dining area was clean and sufficient, when we ordered dinner in we were able to still sit together like a family.

The stay was very good. My issue is very minor. The coffee and hot water station needs to be replenished on a regular basis. Always cold. Especially in the evenings. Other than that my stay experience was very good. Vey nice property.

Decent hotel- parking lot doesn’t feel safe

Check in was fast. We checked in at 6pm so they double charged me. Apparently they charged the card I booked with at 4 pm as well as the card i presented at 6pm. It would have been nice to know I’d already paid. But, the room was comfortable, the location convenient, and the laundry was a win!

Great hotel right off of 95. Check in was smooth and friendly, room was clean and what you would expect. Right off of 95, near gas stations and dunkin donuts. Less than 15 minutes to the beach. Best of all was the price.

Everything was great. No real issues. We checked in very late at 1AM. No problems with that, however there were no towels in the room. Attendant said she would bring them up. Stayed three nights. Did not eat breakfast there, cannot comment on that. Did get coffee, it was after breakfast closed, and they offered to make something, that was comforting to know they were willing. The room itself was comfortable and clean.

Clean and comfy hotel stop
This comfort inn is right off I95 so it was very convenient to stop here for an overnight. All the staff were so friendly, helpful and professional. My room was spacious and spotless and quiet. I was so pleased with all the staff I wrote the manager a nice letter. I’d stay here again.

The staff was wonderful pleasant and nice to talk to, the rooms were updated, but the floors weren't swept very well and the shower had hair and debris from the last people who stayed there and I didn't feel comfortable giving my kids a bath, showers only.

No a/c final night. Shower full of mold. Elevator door busted. Limited staffing. Had to ask for TP and facial tissues first day, due to it was not refilled.

Area was interesting as homeless were Accross the street. I did feel uneasy. 1st fllor room was not as quiet as hoped. I felt as if i was at a hospital due to the noise at any given time especially in the morning. Room appeared clean but floor was very dirty as it left my socks black

Right off 95 and the front desk people were so friendly and helpful. The hotel is a typical hotel but it was very clean and quiet. The man who work the breakfast bar was excellent he was constantly cleaning and restocking the breakfast area.
