The place was clean, no issues with the internet, and the staff was alright. There were some minor issues with the room, the toilet was a little loose in the floor, the bathroom tap was drippy, and the deadbolt on the door was not lined up properly with the frame so I had to pull up on the door hard to throw the bolt. I appreciate being close to multiple restaurants and stores are nearby, but there are no sidewalks and not enough green areas, it is a pedestrian nightmare.

The worst experience
When we went to our room to only find the most foul smelling, dusting room of urine and fecel matter in the toilet, on the seat and rim all down the side of it. There was black pubic hairs on the floor of the bathroom. The shower drained very slow, The water presser was bad. You cloud see light through the crack of the wall and vent to other room. The mirrors had splatter of tooth paste , and hand prints, the floor was never swept at through the room, The bathroom sink was never clean out.. The sheets of the bed look like there were never change and same with the pillow case of having sand or something in the bed.. Thr microwave was never clean and food matter in it.. lamp shade had some on them and bugs. The door was not wiped down at all..
Let’s talk about security of the door the door did not properly lock of the dead bolt, you could see lite from the outside to inside of the room. The noise level was horrendous you could hear people through the wall, above you and outside of the room. The air maker never shut off and ran all night long, and the toilet ran all night of never shutting off after very flush.The toilet handle stuck every time.. i spoke with the manager about the room not being cleaned the condition that it was in after I walked into the room upon arrival. I did informs the manager that I cleaned the bathroom. The manager offered no compensation or change of room . At checkout manager was rude refused refund or anything. very rude. I except a full refund!

Decent property. We only stayed one night while traveling to Florida so it was not much of an issue.. Breakfast options were limited. Air conditioning unit was a little noisy. There is a big shopping center with Target right behind this hotel which was convenient.

Passing thru so didn't need anything fancy.
My bed was comfortable but the mattress was well worn, furniture was nicely upgraded and walls painted modern colors but tub area could use an upgrade. The fridge worked!
My main complaints were the cement stairs and balconies/outdoor areas that were so gross and stained from people doing who knows what out there, gave me the creeps. They need to powerwash or wash these areas frequently and paint them, please!
I did like the fact that the exterior areas were really well lit at night so noone could really get away with too much.

My most negative comment for this property is the safety of the room itself. The flip lock was partially unscrewed from the wall and not secure at all. The hotel staff was very accommodating and welcoming. The room was clean but dated. The toilet flushed most of the time on one try. You're paying for what you get staying here.

The staff were amazingly accommodating. There was a woman in the dining area who was so welcoming and sweet to my family, I'm very sad that I didn't get her name. 10/10 experience for my family, including my 2 dogs and cat.

Beware of inaccurate extremely high and unwarranted ratings. Property has been renovated, but the term "Painted Pig" comes to mind. The property is not well maintained and is not cleaned thoroughly. Sheets had holes. Telephone was dirty. Tub was stained. Toilet tank cycled water throughout the night. Door knob to bathroom was partially detached. Metal floor tray for refrigerator was filthy. Late night staff were disinterested and lacked customer service skills.

No elevator. Difficult 2 flights of steep outside stairs. Hard to get up carrying luggage. Then our rooms door was open and wouldn’t close. My husband had to go back outside to the front desk and get or room changed. Then the key didn’t work. Then third trip outside to the desk each time up and down the stairs. Finally we got in the room. The room was clean and actually comfortable. Comfortable bed

The room was sufficiently tidy but not sparkly clean. The area around the parking spaces was “trashy”. A little before 4 a.m. I was awakened by the strong permeating and overwhelming smell of pot. About 30 minutes later I fell asleep but not regular sleep, and slept past my usual wake up time. That was weird and uncomfortable especially since I was in the no smoking rooms. When I got up I showered and left expeditiously . That’s my review.

Great for the price
For the price, I was pleased with our room and the hotel overall. Sausage gravy for breakfast was a nice surprise. You can tell the hotel is dated but that there is a lot of effort to make it clean and a nice place to stay. Looks like they are replacing the carpet in a lot of the rooms which will help with what I call “old hotel smell.” Our room only had a faint smell to it but not bad. The fridge was a bigger size than some of the nicer hotels I’ve stayed in. We just needed a place to stay for my son’s soccer tournament and this place served us well. The location of the hotel was near plenty of restaurants and shopping, so that was nice as well.

The bed was comfortable, the front desk staff were helpful, and the lobby seemed new and well taken care. The rest of the property was not so great. The first room that I was put in smelled really bad and felt like was going to give me an asthma attack. Seemed like people had probably been smoking in there and there was a smell of too much chemicals plus the feel of the smoke that wasn’t totally removed. They moved me to another room without any issues. The second room smelled a lot better but the room seemed like it had barely been cleaned and was fairly gross. They probably only changed the sheets and towels. Maybe vacuumed. A lot surfaces were really grimy. The toilet had a black ring in it and the shower had black stuff in it. The property also has a lot cracked concrete and rust stains from the a/c units. Seemed overpriced for what was.

I booked a room thru hotel.com. it was paid for and when I went to check in they informed me of a $280 deposit for my stay. This needs to be established b4 hand. Needless to say I will never stay there again. I still haven't received my deposit

I just slept there. I left at 4am, so I didn't get to enjoy the breakfast. I've stayed there several times before, which shows that it's fine. Great location and easy check in ans check out.

The receptionist was nice and check-in was easy. It was late and I was very tired so when I got to my room and realized that it stunk horribly like those nasty brown cigars, I was too tired to move all my things, my dogs, etc., to a new room. I specifically paid for a “non-smoking” room because I have migraines and some smells really bother me. I got a horrible nights sleep as a result and should have gotten a new room from the start. Better yet, they shouldn’t have rented a room that had obviously been smoked in, to someone who chose a “non-smoking” room.

Everything in the room was very nice and clean. The biggest problem was the bed. It was a King size bed and evidently hadn’t been updated in sometime. It was so bad I felt every coil in my body. I could not sleep most of the night. Everything else though the blankets, the sheets, the bathrooms everything was clean and everyone was friendly. Update your king-size beds. !

Didn’t get to sleep in the room because it was so hot the AC blew out warm air and I just couldn’t take it any longer,my head started to hurt from the heat. I will never stay there again.

Loved the big spacious room one king bed also had a hot tub in there that I did not use but everything like the fridge the microwave all worked perfectly.
Only thing that I did not like that much was the weak coffee in the lobby.

Would recommend this hotel and will book again. The room was clean and bed comfortable, hot water is a must for me and I enjoyed the hot baths. House keepers saw us when we left the room each day and asked if there was anything we needed or restocked, that was great service! Enjoyed breakfast each morning.

We liked the room we stayed in the bed was comfortable the air was cool in the room all around good experience. The fee for pets was minimal which I appreciated. I didn’t like finding a used coffee bag in the coffee maker it made us not want to use it.
Other than that it was a good experience and I would stay at a quality inn again.

Quality Inn and Suites charges $135 to my card that they could not account for nor authorized. I had to call my Bank to get this charge dropped. There was a roach in the toilet paper roll that fell out on my lap. The air conditioner fell out the wall during my stay. On my third day I asked if my bed sheets could be changed I meant like all my bed linen including my cover. When I came back I noticed stains still on my linen so I kindly asked staff again to change my linen. The housekeeping lady came in all aggressive stating “don’t call me a liar!! I changed your sheets, here’s your $5 back ! But I’ll change your sheets again!” As she changed the sheets I noticed she placed the stained covers Back on the bed and I told her I meant please change all my linen. She states “well you should have said you wanted everything changed !” I tried to avoid all the unfriendly housekeepers ever since so I asked if I could borrow a vacuum cleaner so I could do my own housekeeping. They said they had a shortage of vacuums and I couldn’t keep it. Later I asked another housekeeper if I could get extra towels since my husband was joining my stay. She said not unless I gave her another towel in exchange. I told her I just wanted an extra one and she said “I’m not suppose to!” Another morning I was walking to breakfast the housekeepers were huddled together yelling arguing, and made my baby cry. I didn’t expect much but for the money I definitely could of stayed at a place with better quality.

I would not book here again! The place is just too old! Wasn’t really cleaned! Not to mention, we got no room service all three days. Had to constantly go and get clean towels, and towels, and washcloths. You had a choice of using the refrigerator, or the microwave!

From the moment I pulled into the parking I didn’t feel safe. The parking even has a sign that says park at your own risk. Check in was fine and the reception staff was nice enough. When I went to the room it smelled like a smoking room, the bed didn’t look made and the bathtub was dirty and spiders were crawling. I couldn’t leave fast enough. I was in the room long enough to use the restroom and left. My only regret was not taking photos of the filthy room before leaving, I felt very unsafe.

Nice oaisis but a bit scuffy
This was a perfectly good oaisis on the road. Pet friendly with reasonable charges.
Got there very late and got last room. Quiet and comfortable but not clean. Was too kate to worry reported in morning. Hopefully it was just areserve room waiting maintenance. Otherwise fine

The condensation water ran everywhere. Water on steps made it unsafe. Housekeeping came in 1 of the 3 day stay and made beds and just left a stack of towels on the bathroom counter and not on towel shelf. Only one little trash can with no trash bag. Refrigerator did not cool enough

The only thing that I didn’t like is the housekeeping took my towels. I bought my own towels and wash cloth and she took them. I never even use theirs so you would think that she wouldn’t touch them because there’s aren’t touched. The hotel was clean. The room smelled a little funny, but other than that everything else was good the staff was friendly.

When we checked in we couldn’t get in our room because the inside safety lock was on the door. The front desk person couldn’t get it open. She gave us another room but it was a smoking room. It smelled really bad. It was 11:00 at night. Very disappointed.

This property is right off I-95, convenient for our long distant drive. The staff was very accommodating for our late arrival. We felt safe with a welcoming air immediately upon arrival. Breakfast was great with variety and hearty, healthy options for all of us. The pool and pool area was clean and inviting - an absolute pleasure!

Couple hours of rest
On a road trip from Florida to North Carolina and because of a 2 hour traffic detour we needed a place to get some rest before traveling on to North Carolina to pick up family and return to Florida.
The hotel was great! Friendly staff, clean rooms and accommodated a truck a car trailer.

Not a big complainer but this was terrible. The ac was set to 69 degrees but blowing hot air. The metal towel rack holding the clean towels is covered in rust. Toilet barely flushed. The remote for the tv was missing a battery so had to manually change channels. The room was a total let down. My quick stay while traveling was more annoying than relaxing. A lot of hotels in the area, could definitely find a place cleaner and more focused on providing a decent quality room

Paper thin walls between rooms, guests in room next door partying with loud music till 1 am, I had to be up at 5 am. Took 2 calls to front desk. Not as loud from outside corridor as in the room next door sharing a wall. Won’t stay there again

Needs some updating and repairs but served our needs while traveling north. It was clean. Be sure you have your own shampoo and conditioner and soap. The complimentary bottles are teeny tiny.
