Located in a really good area. Only two blocks from Ocean Drive and the beach. Shopping and plenty of restaurants are walkable. Keep in mind that there is a night club right next door that was active at night. A few times, loud music and patrons woke us up. If you’re betting on it being quiet throughout the night, it might not be the place for you. There’s a nice Italian restaurant downstairs with a nice ambiance inside and outdoor seating. Upon our check-in, we realized we had an issue with our room. It was quickly addressed and we were accommodated. All the staff were so friendly and nice. I will definitely consider coming back here when I’m in the area.

Nice location and staff was very friendly, but the conditions of the property are just not very good. stained carpet tiles in the room with soft spots in the subfloor which is likely caused by moisture issues. cleaning products trying to cover mildew smell caused me to keep windows cracked the entire stay. cleaning team did fine, its just an uphill battle in such a situation. club next door being loud, wasn't an issue with me, as much as property conditions.

They charged my debit card $36.48 dollars after giving them my card . I had not made any consumption at the hotel. They did not send me a paid bill either so I do not know what they are charging for.

Property was in a good spot with nice restaurants around. The only issue was the next door bar/ circus strip club having their staff hang outside by the window all night. Further, this bar had a nitrogen tank go off every 30 minutes until 3-4am. It made sleeping near impossible until they closed. I realize it’s not necessarily the hotels fault but they should be cognizant or figure out a way to turn that off.

We were only there for one night but the ladies at the front desk were extremely nice and helpful. Beds were comfortable and clean. I like a soft mattress, Great location if you are going to the Kaeyse Center.

They didn't have enough towels, they were fixing the hallway ceiling and didn't inform us before checking in. We have been charged for extra money for something we didn't do and we didn't have our room clean every day.

The room was clear but extremely small. The staff was not attentive to our needs. We expected something better from a boutique hotel than a major brand. We have experienced much better choices for accommodation in South Beach for about the same price.

Great place to stay. Clean well appointed rooms. Not huge, but I didn’t go there and hang out in the room itself. I did not use any of the resort amenities, so can’t comment. Great value. I would go back again.

Another Expensive Miami Disappointment
I felt like this hotel was just trying to create a million opportunities to earn more money. My booking included a free bottle of wine that I had to ask for, yet they had sneakily put two types of wine in the room that would have been between $45-$60. The room only had 2 towels despite having 2 queen beds and me listing there were 4 people. It felt expensive for what it was and the hallway in the room showed the pipes lol. I've stayed in hostels that have had a similar room quality and given them 5 stars, but for how Casa Boutique present themselves, it was disappointing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and did their best, but the owner should reconsider its current strategy because it's very transparent and leaves a bad taste in the mouth.

Good little hotel

This is my second time staying at the casa boutique and this time was even better than last time. The staff was very helpful n super kind. They made my stay very pleasant. The hotel is walking distant of the beach, shopping n food. For a quick stay, this is the place. It’s affordable and perfect if you in Miami for the experience of the city.

One night stay- Would stay again!
Although the music from the restaurant was pretty loud most of the night (I’m a light sleeper), we very much enjoyed our stay. The young man at the front desk (I believe his name is Jahi), was very professional and nice. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The food at the restaurant was excellent and the walk to the beach was close.

Smelly and broken AC
I do not understand how this hotel has the rating on here that it does. Yes it’s cheap, but there’s a reason and don’t be fooled by the word “Boutique” in the title, because it’s definitely not. My room was at the end of a hallway, which smelt absolutely awful. It smelt damp and moldy, so much so, I held my breath when I went to and from my room. The smell seeped into the room and so it was very unpleasant. Add onto this that the AC was broken and although I tried setting it as low as possible, it never got below 78. They had no other rooms available for me to move to and so I didn’t even stay for my second night. The lady on the front desk did refund me the resort fee (which in itself is a joke given there’s no pool ; this is definitely NOT a resort), but said that’s all she could do. My advice, spend a little more and give this place a wide berth

Nice place to stay BUT …
Overall our stay was okay however, it was not somewhere I would stay again if I was given the 2nd floor, particularly room 212. There was extremely loud music from the club downstairs, making it impossible to sleep. Consequently, we weren’t able to fall asleep until after 3AM!!! Make sure you put the party animals in room 212!

Cons: AC broke one night and temp inside was 84! Elevator didn't work. Staff didn't take any of the tips we left, so unsure if they can take tips. Door did not open to the outside at 0500 when I was leaving for my flight

Staff are really friendly and kind. Beach chairs are great and really nice spot. Easy access to south beach, restaurants and ocean drive. Super cute hotel! Good size room and bathroom. I imagine it gets quite lively on the weekends, but was pretty quiet as we were there on a Tuesday.

Exceeded expectations. Retro remod was done beautifully. Rooms on small side but that is not a complaint. Rooms in older buildings were smallish. The benefit? They have new AC and our room was easy to keep super cool. (We like it chilly when sleeping). Bedding is super upscale in mattress and especially the sheets. Shower is modern and super clean. Whole hotel was cool and clean. The only way to go from A to A is to have fridge/freeze where the freezer actually freezes. Retiring boomers all have meds that need super cold fridges and freezers that actually freeze. Despite that small issue, this hotel owns our quarterly business. Parking garage just 1 1/2 blocks away and beach with comped chairs/umbrella is 2 1/2 blocks away. Also…don’t miss grilled asparagus and any pizza. ;)

Check in process was horrendous. I’ve never experienced anything of such in all my years of travel. I arrived at the property and I am greeted with security. He elaborated that the front desk staff has taken off for the night and won’t be available until 7am. I ask, what does this mean for me, he shrugs his shoulders. SMH. I had to beg him to call a manager/ supervisor. When he calls, she says she’s off the clock, she doesn’t care. He places her on speakerphone and all of a sudden she’s able to “find my reservation”. After a full hour of run around, I am only able to access my room with the help of the security guard and his master key card (the one that can open every room on property). So basically, I booked a hotel room as a VIP Expedia guest and wasn’t even given a room key to enter the room I paid for. Such a crazy experience. Had it not been for the front desk staff making things right upon my departure the following morning, I would have seriously given this property a 1 star.

We stayed 2 nights Thu, Fri and had a room on the ground floor - it was VERY loud! I had to buy ear plugs and could still hear the noise which is amplified by the tiled hallway floors. Staff was nice. Restaurant is Italian and their food is excellent. The hosts seem to try too hard to please the customers, but if you can ignore them, the food is worth it! Walgreens on the corner and beach 2min walk. You get beach chairs complimentary at the beach, which is really cool! I woould stay again, but ask for a more quiet room

Beautiful, comfy and a go to hotel
I ADORE this hotel!! We planned on staying one night before our cruise departure, but when we returned from our cruise I cancelled another hotel JUST to stay here. The staff is great, the rooms are comfortable and it is close to Espanola Way which has quaint dining options within walking distance. The hotel is located a short 5 minute walk to historic Ocean Way - a beautiful historic street that is on Miami Beach. They offer beach towels and chairs for being a guest as well. You can also eat at their Italian restaurant located in the lobby. This is my go to hotel when we cruise from here on out. Cannot sing it's praises more!!

I arrived at the hotel and realized that my reservation was cancelled without a reason nor notification!!!
Luckily, I was managed to book another reservation with all the distress and discomfort.
The rooms are tiny, dated and we had no hot water before dinner.
