Nightmare
Where to begin? First the Absolute worst place I have ever stayed! Staff unfriendly, door did not shut properly, phone did not work, no coffee pot..had to go to office for a cup and it was horrible, beds harder than a rock, tiny Centipede's crawling e every where, curtain did not cover window, all vending machines from the 50's and ate ur money. I would not recommend my worst enemy to stay there!!

Not great. The room was clean, but the toilet didn't work, the A/C fan was busted, and the people in the room next door were very loud –– and the walls were thin. After some back and forth, the staff permitted me to move to another room. If not, I would have rated it much lower.

Don’t book this property. We booked & confirmed our reservation several weeks out, then 5 days before, then the same afternoon. They STILL have our room away, stating they were “overbooked”. We were in town for a huge music festival. Finding another place to stay too several hours. Skip this cut-rate establishment. Their practices are unethical.

Rude feont desk. Put me in a smoking when it was supossed to be non smoking then got mad when we asked for non smoking. The doors looked like people kept trying to break into them. I left after the forst night and want a refund absolutely horrible.

I know this isn’t a Hilton but a little update wouldn’t hurt. The beds were hard and the room smelled like cigarette smoke knowing we got a non-smoking room.

Clean and quiet. Smelled of Pine-sol, but at least you know they're mopping the floors. Some guests seemed to be long term and the building seemed older. Fair enough for one night's stay.

The staff was helpful and friendly; had me checked in quick.
Besides that I only have two words: Bed Bugs
Found the bites on myself. Didn't bring them into the place as I had been bite free. Left the next morning with bites all over my back and legs.

Ver dirty and run down! Bedding stunk like bad body odor door to room wouldn't close without slamming shut very hard! Shower faucet was literally hanging in place! Toilet had no cover on tank and didn't flush properly

Avoid if possible
Hotels.com put me in this hotel after my original booking (which I booked six months ago) was not going to be honored by the hotel that I reserved.) But that’s another story. This hotel was dirty and noisy. It is a few feet away from a busy roadway. The room smelled of mildew. To top it all off, we came back to the room after being gone all day to find our door left open by housekeeping. Luckily, nothing was stolen. Of course, housekeeping amounted to only new towels left on the bed. There was no breakfast as listed in the description. Avoid if possible.

Okay,Not As Good As Years Past
It was not a bad place to stay. We have stayed there for years when we visit but it has been a year or so since our last visit. The place seems it has gone down hill over the past year. The condition of the bathroom was less than desirable. Paint had chipped away from the wall,rust stains around the light in the bathroom. We killed a couple roaches in the room too. The staff were okay,just not as friendly as before. They also dropped the continental breakfast or breakfast of any kind. We will be looking for another place to stay next time.

You might not get to stay where you pay to stay
We booked a room at a hotel and then we're sent to another one several miles down the road. Maybe just count your rooms and only book that many per night. While you're at it, it would be nice if you could move in the bathroom.

Just say no
Well the first room they gave us was still dirty; no problem. Get the new room, linens were visibly dirty from 5’ away. Stains, hairs, and 2 roaches. I’m not one to complain about crappy hotels but AT LEAST HAVE A CLEAN BED. No breakfast like it was stated there was. Terrible for the price.

It was perfect for our needs. Very clean. The parking lot was spotless compared to the properties around it. I think that says a lot about the caretaking. I would definitely stay again.

Overnight getaway
Check in was easy and straight forward. Room could have been cleaner, mold on the shower, the fan in the shower was broken and made a horrible noise, but other than that it was fine. No problems with anything else and the beds were comfortable.

Bad experience
1st room bad air conditioner, really hot, and non-working fridge. 2nd room had majorly bent door from police battering ram and room riddled with roaches. Killed several and woke up twice with one crawling across me.

Not trustworthy on statement from Hotels.com
Bad odor smell not able to sleep with bad smell. Keep getting nose blocked due to hard smell and ac also very noisy. Hotels.com says breakfast free but hotel manager said no breakfast but in the lobby also have breakfast hours display between 6 am to 9 am. Room also had fungus on wood board, I feel which may have one of the cause for micro toxic smell.

Disappointing at best

I was pretty disappointed with this motel. First of all, when I booked the five-night stay, it said breakfast was included. However, there was absolutely nothing to eat. Not even fruit. There wasn't even any coffee or a coffee maker in the room. Cheap! I also didn't like the stained sheets...my husband stated that the red stains on the sheets were old, but I couldn't help feeling that the sheets hadn't been changed. If I'm gonna sleep on stained sheet, they will be my own...at least that way I know they're clean. The staff were really nice and there were no bugs, thank goodness. The refrigerator was loud and kept disrupting our sleep at night. One of the keys failed to unlock the door. Thank goodness my husband and I were always together or we would have had to go to the office to gain access to our room. Nice bathroom and shower. All in all, I would probably NOT stay there again unless it was an absolute last alternative. There are worse places to stay, however.

Check in was good. Room was clean. Bed comfortable but the doors are not in an inside corridor and all open to the parking lot. I heard men talking throughout the night and cars coming and going so I had very limited sleep. Would have been ok if I weren’t traveling alone.

Showring with a Roach
It was ok. Beds were great , shower would go to hot to warm every so often . No dollar changer for there coin paid washer and dryer. Roach was crawling in shower wall while taking a shower. For the price I paid didn't expect to see that 🤔

NASCAR DISAPPOINTMENT
Most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, and i was deployed to Iraq and Afghanistan. The TV was exceptionally small for room also. Obviously price was raised to $200 due to Nascar Race. Would never pay that much for that room

Hotel was dirty. We started having issues with cockroaches coming in. The water was shut off on everyone staying in the hotel unexpectedly and several guests stormed out. It was a very bad hotel stay.

It was very pleaasant stay my gratitude goes out to the woan at thefront desk. She may come off a little gruff but thats just a facade she is very sweet underneathshe just workslong hours. It was a good stay.

The heater in our room did not work. No nonsmoking room available to move to. The vedt we could get was 2 blankets and a space heater. No offer of a discount or free night. Would not recommend this place!

Absolutely the nicest check in. Sweetest most helpful lady, Lois, at the counter. Could not have liked her more. She was personable, helpful, so friendly and welcoming. Best part of our stay.
This is probably not the nicest area to be in but not having explored more maybe it is all like this. It is very conveniently located near State street (why we stopped) but I would rather have driven over and stayed somewhere nicer. Smells very moldy in our room but looks clean. Air conditioner has two settings freezing or melting. It has a fan but that just blows warm moldy air around. I wouldn’t come back here.
Again, Lois was as wonderful as could be!

Great room, comfortable bed. Front desk gave great recommendation for dinner. Only problem was shower was warm then cool then hot then cold, all in the space of 5 minutes. The hotel is pet friendly but there is no grassy area to take your dog at the hotel. Front desk also gave fantastic recommendation for Sugar Hollow Park for dog walking. Thank you we loved it!

Nice hotel. Only thing I was not happy with was there were no outlets in the sink and mirror area. No way to plug in a hair dryer or other hair items. Or iron.

I enjoyed my overnight stay. The owners seek to improve customer satisfaction. The updates have been good like the expaned breakfast area. Two years ago when I left my jacket in the room, they sent it to me C.O.D. I was pleased and greatful.

You get what you pay for
The beds were very uncomfortable, basic rooms. Continental breakfast is best slipped. Find somewhere else to eat. Stayed here as an overnight on to somewhere else. Served the purpose.
