All in all nice place. Our biggest problem was moving rooms. When we arrived the room they tried to put us in had two big air machines running went to front desk they sent us to another room. The next morning we complained about the room was not cooling off and it was to hot lady told us some story that didn’t make sense and said she would try and get somebody to look at it we was gone all day when we came back walked in room still hot had to go back and complain this front desk person did send someone. Come to find out it was not working so we got moved to another room. Very frustrated that the first person didn’t listen or send anyone after we complained. Never played musical rooms so much.

Everything was good, just the window in our room that needed to be replaced or re-sealed because we could feel the outside weather and there was water coming in through it.

Heater was out of order. Room temperature was 55 degree and cold air came out. My kids and I were feozen to death. The handyman came 4 times but was never successful.

We stayed at this property over the weekend while we visited the area and our experience was top notch! The property its self was clean and welcoming, staff was nice and helpful and the amenities were plentiful! The rooms were cozy, we were able to control the temp of the room, and as an TV watcher, the amount of tv channels we had access to was appreciated. Then, to top it all off, the free evening reception and the made to order hot breakfast were the icing on the cake!
I DEFINITELY give this experience 10 out of 10! We will for sure be returning to an Embassy Suites the next time we travel anywhere!

Have loved ES for more than 30 years
Everything we’ve come to expect from Embassy Suites over the past 30 years. Good value, one of the very few true two-room suites ( with a door between) available in hotels these days - very helpful when one suffers from insomnia and the other does not.) Rooms may need a remodel soon, but everything was functional and clean. Complimentary happy hour and breakfast still great!

It was just OK. Room was good but the cleaning service was not the best. All they did in my room was empty one trash bin and took the used towels. Didn’t replace the coffee, the hot and cold cups. I got to go @10:00 pm and find some cups. The worst part was being charged to park. They get enough money for the room and you’re going to charge to park. There is no where else to park so you have no choice. If you’re a paying guest parking should be included.

Great place. Love Embassy Suites and this one is great location. Indoor pool and bar where they get you a free drink. Awesome breakfast! I am not usually one to eat free breakfast, but they had awesome omelets with all toppings of choice. Would definitely return to this one as well as all the others. Never had bad service at any of them. Had to spend three weeks at one during COVID shutdown because family members caught it. Me and my boys still were well taking care of.

We stayed for 7 days, and I told the housekeeper that I want my bedsheet to be change, but she didn’t understand so indeed of not changing at all.

An ok hotel
This hotel was ok. It was not terribly dirty or clean. Beds and pillows weren't the most comfortable. The breakfast was good.
Service was not the best - a couple of requests (e.g. for towels) were ignored or forgotten. One of the front desk staff seemed unwelcoming (or too tired of customer requests).
The pool was ok - the kids enjoyed it. The chlorine smell was a bit overwhelming.

Wished we could have slept.
We had a rough stay. After a long drive we arrived at 9:20pm, and starving. We were informed the restaurant was open until 10 but already done serving food. So we decided to just go to sleep and we had to get up early to continue driving anyway. We got unpacked and settled but then the room started smelling like weed very, very strongly. Front desk did offer to move us but we had our dog and she was already stressed so we decided to deal with it. We went to sleep then at 12am we were all woken up by loud bass thumping music outside our window. The front desk went out and asked them to turn it down but then they turned it up even louder. The front desk said they can’t do anything about it because they are outside and are also guests. Even though that county has a 10pm noise ordinance. So we ended up moving rooms at 12:15am with our dog. It wasn’t fun. We finally got to bed around 1am but by then we were wide awake from having to move. anthem we got up to leave at 6am. Exhausted. I know some of this was out of the hotels control but it really should have been handled in a more proactive manner after spending $275 for a one night stay. Maybe they should employ a security person to handle these situations. I’m a bit miffed since this whole situation ruined our whole new years holiday by making us too exhausted to fully enjoy it, which was the whole point of this quick trip. We stayed here as a stop over so we would get a good nights sleep. We barely slept.

Tub was completely clogged, showe curtain was disgusting, and there was hair in the shower. Dust everywhere. Beds and pillows were so uncomfortable and outdated.

I travel a lot for business and pleasure, so I've been lucky to stay at a variety of properties in both the U.S. & Europe. I've stayed at over 50 hotels in 2023. Staying at this hotel was my last stay for the year. The hotel was run down and looked horrible. Whatever cleaning products they use ended up giving me an allergic reaction, as I had trouble breathing the entire night -- and couldn't open the bedroom window for fresh air. The bed was old and unsupportive. The pillows weren't typical Hilton brand fluffy pillows. Some sketchy folks were roaming the parking lot in the evening and also late morning. Overall, I recommend you look for another hotel.

We loved our stay at this hotel. Though the hotel is older, they had made updates that make it a great place to stay. The omelet bar was a plus as was the indoor pool.

Crappy service, interface with hotel and system.
I had to cancel a few days after making the reservation. THEN, I kept getting emails about the upcoming reservation and then finally how the stay was going! Unbelievable…I had to call the hotel back 3 times to confirm and ensure that I had indeed cancelled and wasn’t going to be billed for the stay “that wasn’t “. It’s unbelievable that the left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. My calls to the hotel were just an exercise in futility and a waste of everyone’s time. You folks are incompetent!

I did not like the unpublished charges. I did not like that they would not provide a receipt for the charges when asked. They claim that a third party would provide the receipt but since the charges were from Embassy Suites, the third party has no information on those charges. I asked a second time and the Embassy Suites person pretended to care but did nothing.

Great made-to-order eggs with hot and cold buffet created an excellent breakfast. To avoid the $10 parking fee per night, you can always park next door which was very close to a side entrance. Excellent atrium hotel.

Unfortunately we were given a room with a toilet that didn't work. There was no hand soap available in the washroom either
The HVAC is extremely loud and will wake you up because it sounds like drums.
The sofa bed feels like you are sleeping on coils
Horrible experience. Will not be back. The breakfast was ok but it was not a good experience staying here.
I let the front desk staff know about our issues and she said there was nothing she could do because I had booked through Expedia

The property is conveniently located. This is my second stay at the property. Last year I was given a very nice room with a separate bedroom. This stay the room was all in one and very small - it was an end unit and did not even have a full closet - the closet was a half bar midway down - so dressed or coats would be hitting the floor. I will make sure to specify the room style I would like next time. The breakfast is very nice and well staffed.

I love the property but very disappointed that I left a very expensive dental device in my room (it was in a white dental cup) it could not be missed. It was tossed in the trash. The housekeeping should really consider saving items left behind by quest for it's not just trash and can be very costly to the quest. No one leaves behind items intentionally. Very disappointed in that aspect of service.

The hotel and the location is great. One front desk lady should not be there at all. The way she deal with customer and guests really terrible. She looks asian black hair but the rest of the staff, the housekeepings and the bar staff are really nice. They smile and really they doing good job. That lady should go through some customer service courses.

We visit DC once a year and stay here every time. We love the cleanliness, comfort, continental breakfast & manager's reception in the evening. The only downside is you have to pay to park which I always find to be ridiculous in hotels with their own parking lot.

I did not like how smokey the property was. When you got on the elevator it frequently smelled like cigarettes. The first room I was put in was not satisfactory as it stank also. The manager told me that people smoked in their rooms, this is NOT satisfactory and needs to be firmly addressed.

3 night stay-- no one ever remade up bed, no one ever resupplied coffee so were out by second day, no one ever picked up used sheet put on floor to be picked up or otherwise serviced room except for towels.
