We chose this property for a business trip because of the excellent reviews. After on hour of being in our room we had a bedbug crawling on us. We gather our belongings and went to the desk. Bug in a jar. We were promptly moved to another room that had no hot water. We were offered drink, vouchers and moved yet again to another room. The staff was excellent they did what they had the power to do.

The fire alarms went off at 11pm, it was extremely loud, woke up my children, we went down to the lobby and no one addressed us.

The hotel was clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. The area by the kitchen smelled like sewage after checking in but the next morning the smell was gone. The pool was nice and clean, a bit cold but enjoyable.

For amount paid….poor quality
No hot water for shower pm and am, not handicap accessible, mattress on sofa bed stained and coming apart, you had to turn halfway and reach back for the toilet paper , no adjustable thermostat. We had to go downstairs from 5 th floor for extra bedding for sofa bed and towels. They knew 5 in room only 3 sets of towels. No where except on vending machines did it say no cash accepted had to make extra trips to room bc of this

Stay away from this hotel! It’s absolutely disgusting and dirty. When we arrived, we noticed the flood and elevator were dirty and smell but didn’t think much of it. The room the gave us had this terrible smell between humidity and weed. I asked for another room, they sent me to one that the key was not working, then to another one that was even worse. It was late and diced to stay for the night, we had been traveling and exhausted. The bed my husband sleep in has bug beds and the 3 of us had the worst allergy for the humidity. One of the beds had dirty linens and didn’t include enough towels for all gets. When we requested another towel and fresh linens and the Staff said no clean ones in the entire hotel. We decided to leave even when we had paid for another night.

Compared to the Embassy Suites brand and what I’ve become used to - my overall stay was average at best. Room was average - could pay more attention to cleanliness of the rooms, hallways and high traffic guest areas. The breakfast and evening reception was the best part of my stay. Tammy was awesome and amazing at her job. She’s definitely an asset to this property. Again, stay was average at best, not up to the Embassy Suites’ brand.

The property was an "airport" location, so it was convenient to the airport, but not much else. If you had taken a shuttle from the airport and did not have a vehicle, it would be difficult to get anywhere.

The bathroom has black mold on the wall and on the wallpaper and the water leak can be heard in the wall. The maintenance guy had to know about it!

Every staff member was extremely helpful and pleasant. They happily went out of their way to assist even when they didn't have to, like when my son left his airpod charging case on the airport shuttle. They located and held on to it for five days until our return. Above and beyond!

I love Embassy Suites and stay at them as often as I can when traveling for work. This was the worst one I think I've stayed at. My room clearly hadn't been cleaned well as there was trash behind the night stands when I arrived and the shampoo bottle was bone dry. The gym area is tiny compared to many other locations. The pool is fine but no hot tub like many other locations. The made to order omelette breakfast was not served at the same time as normal breakfast. I finished breakfast by 8 am both days I ate there and the station wasn't even setup. My last day I saw some omelettes being made around 9:30 though so I guess they do serve them but it's anyone's guess what time. The little "convenience store" area basically had nothing in it as well. It felt like staying at a hotel that was either about to go under or was brand new and trying to figure things out. It's not conveniently located near almost literally anything. Certainly not without a car and even if you drove, the turn in is kind of dangerous. If you want to stay at an Embassy Suites, stay at the one downtown. This felt like someone slapped an Embassy Suites sign on a Holiday Inn.

Terrible experience, we had booked two rooms and when we arrive to the hotel, it was 7 PM. They were no rooms available. Finally they gave us one room which had the smell of smoking and weed will never ever stay at the embassy extremely poor customer service. They had no timeline for anything. We were traveling with a small kid, exhausted after a full day. We had to cancel the booking and go to another hotel.

When I arrived at hotel they did not have me a room they tried to have me go to another hotel I refused because my room was already paid for for this hotel the manager had a lot of complaints from guests she was overwhelmed she finally found me a room when I got in room no plate for microwave ask manager for one she laughed and said I don’t have a plate I had to go get more food because I couldn’t heat up food I had already bought breakfast sausage was horrible breakfast was cold it could be better if they take they time and put out quality food and not quantity food

Disappointed in this location
As a family of 6, we have stayed at Embassy Suites a lot. However, this time we were disappointed. There were only two towels in our room at check-in despite the reservation having six people staying in our suite. When we asked for towels, they were never brought to our room. We had to go to the front desk the following morning to get towels. There also was no bedding for the pull-out couch. The shampoo dispenser in our bathroom was broken and despite requesting its repair three times, the problem was never resolved. The staff was polite, but didn't do well at solving any issues we had during our stay.

Camille was friendly at check in and accommodating with changing our room after the first room was in very bad condition. Upon switching to the new room, it was a bit better but below the expectations you would expect from Hilton. With it being late and my family hungry and not wanting to put them through a hotel change at 10pm on NYE, we agreed to tough it out and bring the new year in as best we could.

Nice place for a couples retreat.
Room was good. The bath and shower were very comfortable.
The bed was not as good as our bed in our home, but nothing beats that.
I did find that the remote for the TV did not work.
Breakfast was great and the chef was really good. Best omlet i have ever had.

We checked in very late, front desk personnel was outside smoking while I wait to receive service. Room was decent, however; there was an oder. Shower could use some upgrades. Breakfast was horrible, bacon were over cooked, eggs were a bit hard after sitting so long, biscuits were hard, gravy was out. There was no refill on muffins, bread, etc, and this was at 9:00 AM. No one refilled food. There was a long line for omlets/pancakes. Food area was not clean. The gentleman who cleaned the dining area kept tables cleaned and opened. I can see that the front desk lady had a child there, ash she was walking back and forth to the child, she was also taking selfies. When checking out, the ladies was on the phone, I went over to the desk where the manager was, stood there for a while until he looked up. I advised that I’m checking out and turning in the keys. He took the key open it glances at me then stares, finally say do you want a receipt, printed or email? Seemed like he was busy so I said, email is fine. He never sent the email. Overall- it’s the worst place I’ve stay at when in checked in 12:30 am and checked out by 10:00 AM.

I did not like that there no only tepid water for showers. The people serving the breakfast bar were rude when we asked for more plates, because none were out. We have always stayed there when visiting St. Louis annually. This was worse visit ever.

Within 30 minutes of checking in at hotel our window to our truck was broken out, along with seven other vehicles. When we went to report the security was hanging out at the bar. When I talked to front desk they said they have been having that problem. Which I understand crime is everywhere, but if they have been having that problem they should have outdoor security patrolling the lot or even cameras. I was really disappointed my trip was cut short cause all window companies were closed till Monday, and they didn’t have proper security to watch over vehicles.

Everything was pretty good. Room service was restaurant quality, but they weren't prepared for how many would show up for breakfast. Food was not replenished very well. There was made to order food that was ok. The room was better than average, but there wasn't any sheets or pillows for the pull out couch. Also, anyone that stayed on the couch had to pass through the bedroom to get to the bathroom. It's just an odd setup if the occupancy if maxed. Only two elevators for 6 floors of people and no signage for the stairs.

Some other things of the hotel could use some TLC/ Upgrade. (ie carpet, walls, floors, tables, sofas)

All trash cans was full outside. Garbage over flowing. Lobby looked good. Staff was friendly. Hallway was full of towels, trash, and dirty plates by door. Even my door for a whole 24hrs. We never put trash outside our door it was there when we arrived. Towels was dirty. Baby crying all day and night the 1st night.

We had a easy check-in. The gentleman was very pleasant and helpful. Our room was ok. I would have liked to see the headboard cleaned. We had to clean it ourselves, because there were stains on it. Almost requested another room, but we cleaned it ourselves. Breakfast was good. Service employees were extremely helpful and friendly. We will come again.

The first room we were given smelled very strongly like smoke. The front desk staff was great though, and gave us another room across the hall right away.
We had to use the fold-out couch, and when we pulled it out there was dirt/trash on the mattress. The overall condition of the hotel just seemed old, run-down, and left a lot to be desired.

We have stayed at this Embassy Suites numerous times. It is convenient to both Lambert Airfield as well as car rentals. Hotel staff is always helpful and friendly. Hotel is always clean and quiet.

Would not recommend, price too expensive.
There were not enough towels in our room, or blankets and pillows for our family of 4. Our bathroom was dirty. There weren't enough towels at the pool. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows completely flat. Breakfast was continuously out of napkins, forks, coffee lids and cups. The stay was definitely not worth $180 per night.

Lack of towels and cleaning staff. Requested bathroom cleaning Friday for Saturday. Done on Sunday but toilet not cleaned and personal washcloths (6) taken as well as 3 personal pillows ( smaller than bed size pillows). Recovered pillows within 24 hours. Staff friendly, food good. Facility clean. Did not use pool or exercise room.

The let out couch was very dirty no linens provided. Two towels in the room when I called requesting more I was told I would have to wait an hr or so. That he turned into never. Check in was not a breeze room not available at check in time no correspondence was received regarding the wait in the room. I called back up to hotel about 2.5 hrs later the room was ready but dirty. Very dissatisfied. Will not be booking with this hotel again.

The only issue we had was showing up for check in at 5:30 and the room not being ready. We had an event at 7:00, and really had to rush to get ready. The people were super friendly and the hotel was clean and comfortable.

It’s a shame if I stay until the end of my reservation I’ll spend about two thousand dollars as I rented 2 rooms at the time of this message I’ve been 3 days we’ve gotten clean towels 1 time. The amount I’ve spent here today they could have bought enough towels for the entire floor . The sofa or old and disgusting. The are stained and very out dated . I took a sheet to cover them up just to sit on them.

My wife and i was very upset when we stayed here. There was only hotel THIS HOTEL was the only hotel on your website that had a hot tub and when we arrived it was closed due to COVID. No where on the site says the Hot tub was closed but it showed that the work out area was closed and the hot yub was.supposed to be open. it was not. NEXT i have a picture of the night stands next to where my children slept where it has a layer of dust and i wrote it out in the dust. TO TOP IT ALL OFF we brought some snacks, food, and drinks into our room and the next day there are ants all over our stuff. Absolutely worst experience ever and ill be writing a public review as well. We left and wont ever be coming back.
