Great quick stay!
Excellent quick stop for when you are driving through. I was very impressed with how clean the room was for the cost! I would definitely stay here again, and management went above and beyond for us to ship something we forgot!

Room was decent but once we settled down we saw roaches went to the restroom there was a bed bug in the toilet paper there was bugs in one of the beds my cousin got bit several times. Just nasty how can they not make sure the beds are deep cleaned!

To start off I was called while traveling to the hotel that day that there is a problem with my King bed booking due to maintenance problems and would I accept a queen instead. I felt I had no other choice so I accepted. Check in was smooth and nothing said about the changes. I booked a non-smoking room which the sign said on the door. When I entered I could smell smoke immediately. I looked around and noticed there was only (1) bath towel and no soap. I went back to the service desk and asked for another towel and soap, they gave me the towel and some soap and said that housekeeping probably just forgot. I don't think the room was totally cleaned-I found cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor. The sink was broken, it didn't even have a drain stopper that worked. Make sure you bring a clock and a phone since there are none in the room. Basically you get a bed, TV, and lights (bare minimum). Didn't even have a closet to hang anything. Very outdated and really needs a good painting. I told the front desk about the smoke smell and I was told it was probably coming in from the vents. We won't be coming back anytime soon.

a 2 day stay should have double the amount of linens. Nothing was cleaned before 2nd night and tiny garbage cans were not emptied.

Overall, it was fine. Cheap rate. The hallway is messy/doing renovations but not kept up. Room had a funny smell. Most likely paint. Seemed clean. Bathroom was decent. Not the best budget hotel but stay-able.

Even though the stay was paid for in advance, we were asked for a $20 cash or card deposit for incidentals. What incidentals? Refundable. Thank goodness. Room was clean, beds were comfy, sink was broken but otherwise ok. Sketchy people in the parking lot. Denny’s and Dunkin right next door.

There were cockroaches all over the room. They were crawling on the walls. It was the most disgusting place I have ever been. We walked in our room and immediately left. We now have to fight to get our money back because we didn’t take a picture of the cockroach infestation!

If you like bugs we had plenty in our room. The bathroom the tub didn't drain. The bed and pillows were terrible. Didn't sleep all night because people were partying until 2 am in the morning.

I booked this hotel because it was $61 a night and I needed a place to sleep at night while in the area. I slept on blankets on top of the bed I brought myself because the comforter provided had a white powder like substance on it, and the corner of the sheets I pulled up had marker stains on them. The room itself and the shower were not clean and the walls were paper thin; I could hear the conversations in the rooms across the hall behind closed doors. This is simply a place to crash at night if you don’t mind all of the above. The woman who checked me in the first day was very nice, but the man who checked me out asked me three times to leave a “good review” for this dump of a place. I would never ever stay here again even if it was free.

The worst stay ever! Disgusting
When we go to Motorcycle races down in WV we always usually stay here as it is on the cheaper side and we dont spend much time in the room And its close location to were we go. however this stay was the worst ever, the TV controller didnt work, there was no ashtrays in a smoking room. There was no bathtub plug if someone wanted to have a bath. the tub and room were not the cleanest. Oh and the "free breakfast" was laughable the juice machine wasnt working there was no fruit offered had 1 kind of cereal to chose from. This was the worst stay ever there. Will be thinking of trying another place.

Most disgusting place
The place was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were full of roaches. Everything was dirty. I do not recommend this place, not even to my worst enemy.

It wasn't too bad if you needed to just get in, sleep, and promptly wake up and leave. Not the most comfortable or inviting place for an extended stay.
Staff had a lot of troubles with their reservation system. Guests ahead of me all seemed to experience issues that took extra time to be resolved thus requiring me to patiently wait for my turn in the que while witnessing mounting frustrations between those guests and staff. It wasn't very encouraging or inspiring.
When we finally entered our room we discovered that the toilet had been used and not flushed. That had us scrutinizing everything else more than we normally would have. In general it was all passable at best but was excepted since it was late and we really needed to rest, wich we did. The beds were fine but we each only had one thin pillow to use. We had some extra pillows we brought from home and used them as well.
I can not recommend this place.

Not a good stay!
Housekeeper was rude when asking a question. Walked in our room and the bed looked like a satellite dish, completely caved in in the middle. Not clean, slept horrible! Bed felt like I was laying right on the springs. Will not be staying at a days inn again.

This place was a dump! Toilet seat falling off, shower rod falling off as was curtain over window. Chipped paint everywhere and missing electric socket cover...fire Hazzard. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Will be writing corporate.

Place is slipping toward being a
dump. Sink broken with a roach strutting about...tub broken, no hair dryer and staff said "they all outta spares". The supposed breakfast is truly a joke. One choice of cereal and white toast.

I am almost 100 percent sure that the room we was in had bed bugs. I started breaking out 4 days after we left and my daughter 7 days after we left. We moved into a house with Zero furnature and hardwood floors. I called the hotel and the lady was rude to me on the phone. So I just called the health department.
I do not recommend staying here.

Good stop for overnight stay
Well worth the money. Room was very clean. Had a table and two chairs in the room along with a desk. No elevator so if your room is on second floor you will have to walk up the stairs.

Not worth the money
I did not feel safe. Client was lurking and had to be told repeatedly to leave check in area. There were roaches throughout the room, running up the walls of the room as well as in the bathroom.

The housekeeping were the only nice staff there. There were water roaches because the air conditioner would leak all over the floor. The manager and front desk lady that was working on 8/8/22 were very rude. The shower head was broken and the water came out like it would a hose then the water wouldn’t even drain so I might as well have taken a bath.

The room was cleaned.
The commode lid was loose .
We did get clean towels daily and trash removed.
The halls were very dirty furniture was old and scratched up.
The cable hook up was hanging out of the wall loose dangling.
We will not being staying there again.

Was empty and had coffee but mo cream or sugar. No decafe coffee.
No bar to hold on inside the shower to hold on to it was on the wall by the towel rack.

This was one of the most filthy hotels I have ever stayed in. Stains on the sheets and blankets, floors hadn't been swept or mopped in a long time, the room had a god awful stench, and i couldn't even shower because the tub was so filthy. I would not recommend this place-at all.

Dissatisfied Stay
It started off wrong. The place smelled like cigarette smoke on the second floor where our room was. Then the room we were given contained mold in the bathroom and along the window area. After trying to reach a manager that wasn't on-site. I was told that there was no other room available. After finally reaching the manager, I was given another room which wasn't that much better. It was missing items such as smoke alarm, iron board, etc. It was a disappointing stay. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone until things get a lot better.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed at. It was dirty , felt unsafe and the smell of smoke was so awful even the sheets didn’t look clean the bathroom was totally awful they should shut that place down . We had been driving all day got there at 10pm so tired otherwise we would have left. I think I’m done with Days Inn.

Bedding and towels were adequate and clean, but the room and bathroom were not cleaned as they should be. Hair and dirt in corners and along walls. Bed was fairly uncomfortable.

Room was ok, fresh towels and sheets but bathroom needed to be thoroughly clean especially tub and toilet. Hallway smelled of Marijuana and paper peeling off. Stayed here last year, it has went down since then. Plenty of free parking and within walking distance to restaurants

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year or so since they have smoking rooms & have been completely satisfied. But this time there was no remote for the TV & the bathroom was in poor condition so I didn't take a shower this time.

I would rather freeze than stay another night
I left in the middle of the night not feeling comfortable or able to get sound rest.Guys hanging out conversating way too loud and letting children play in the hallway instead of their respective rooms.

the whole building, including our nonsmoking room, reeked of smoke so badly our throats burned. definitely not a place to stay with children. the floors in the bathroom were full of dust, grime and hairs from previous stays. better than sleeping in a car but barely.

Clean room not quiet area
This is an economy days inn.it was clean but shabby. Area busy not aa secure as we normly feel at days inn property. Bathroom area small but hot water for shower. Sheets smelled great and were both comfy and the highest quality part of stay. We were woken at 3:30 am by noise. talking and music. Could not tell if it was outside or from 2nd floor. This went on till 4. We called front desk who assured us there was no party.i thi k thry did not even try to figure out where it was coming from. Breakfast very meager. Staff nice.

Clean, good value. Security and curb appeal lack
There was a derelict vehicle parked in the lot - looks like it hasn't moved in years. Right away makes you leery about what type of establishment it is.
The door from outside into the hallway does not lock, which is another warning.
Once in the room, it was clean, and did not smell of smoke (surprising these days). The HVAC was on and the room was a comfortable temperature.
The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noisy, as were the faucets at the sink. You could hear when anyone nearby or on the 2nd floor used their sinks

Booked the room in june, the day of arrival in august we were told our room was no longer available, we could take a room with one bed rather than the two beds that we booked or we could cancel, since everything else was booked we took it and dealt. The next morning our 11 month old baby got her hand stuck in a commercial grade glue trap that is used for rats and bugs, it was a nightmare to get her tiny fingers free. I complained to the front desk, she first tried to deny it, then admitted they were put there for roaches! (Not surprised) Never offered an apology or anything and told us to never come back. We won't, the place was gross, broken down and not taken care of, the continental breakfast consisted of stale toast a bagel and corn flakes, but was not eating anything there! Place was a dump! Don't waste your money!

Location was in a central area and easy to access various areas of Winchester at a somewhat budget friendly price. Amenities that were listed as available when booking (such as hairdryer, toothbrushes and ironing tools) were in fact not provided or available when requested. The provided breakfast was very disappointing. When I went to the breakfast area, only juice and dry cereal were available (no milk). The several staff members that I interacted with were not helpful, at all. Each request for an item or information was met with a "No, I'm sorry. You know how things are now". The room itself was very basic with uncomfortable furniture. Overall, a very frustrating and disappointing stay.

We didn't stay because they gave away our room even though we had a confirmation number. Front desk person nonchalant and couldn't care less they should put us out. Wouldn't even let us use a restroom before had to drive off to find another place to stay

Room was clean, and that is only reason why I didn't rate it lower. Overall, building stuck in 80's. Needs much improvement. Check in took place in the hallway, thru prison door...... I get it, it's Covid time, but they are better ways. This door gives impression of plece that, is not ssfe.And in fact, was loud, smell like cigarette, and weed. Shady. Rate was chep, but in future I rather to spend $10 more per night, and get much better place.

Everything was just OK. Bathroom too small for a larger person but it was clean. Beds barely comfortable. Could hear all the hallway noise. No amenities. Ok for a 1 night sleep.

The staff at check-in was very difficult to understand. She seemed like we interrupted her and it was inconvenient for us to be there. Our room was near an outside door, which was never locked, in fact the lock is missing. I will not stay there again.

Would not recommend because of unsavorable element also staying there. Once settled, did not leave room until left. Skipped dinner and evening walk with 100lb dog. The only good thing I can say is the water pressure was great.
At check in, clerk told me taxes were unable to be charged on my card, so $10 was due (in cash) to cover. Fleesed!!
