Everything was perfect, the room is nice and the bed is comfortable. The thing that made me put 4 stars is the breakfast. The area is not adapted to the number of people so you have to wait too long and even when they refill the food, it disappears in seconds because everyone run to it.

Breakfast was chaotic. We could not find any plates to eat, ended up eating in paper bowl. Very long wait times to get fresh omelette. There was no milk to eat cereal with. All other amenities were very good.

Room was fine. Customer service made me feel like I was asking them to eat a shoe instead of checking in. On their phone when I was checking in... Different one also on their phone when I was trying to buy water... and the guy in the morning when I was checking out was on his phone and couldn't care less if I lived or died. I mean... most places they at least fake it that they care. When are the robots taking over? These humans suck.

I loved every morning the guys that have the homemade omelettes that was a great experience. The front desk was super helpful. Everybody brought us linens when we needed it and they also help me out with my luggage because I have bad vision.

Always enjoy the breakfast.. So many options and friendly cooks. Clean only issue seemed they had leaks when it rained but they resolved with buckets. Cleaning ladies were very helpful and friendly.

The hotel lobby is simply beautiful. Friendly staff and pool area is very nice as well. Breakfast is included and has many options even a made to order section. Rooms are nice as they have a separate living area, mini fridge, and sink. But it feels as if it falls flat in comparison to the lobby area. All our sinks were clogged and the shower drained extremely slow while showering. The shower curtain is on one of those curved rods and it is angled incorrectly so the shower curtain couldn’t keep closed on either end. There are also hardly any outlets in the room. Our closet door had a large hole in it as well.

Toilet flooded bathroom during stay and blocked on 2 occasions. Large section of pool was fenced off and there were very few sun chairs available for guests. The hotel has become very tired since our last stay.

Come here for the breakfast! The rooms were super nice too. Super kid friendly place and far from influences of casino, smoking, etc. the only thing I would improve on was the pool. During our stay, only one half was open due to life guard absence.

Road construction made it hard to navigate around. Homeless camp close by. Our car window was smashed and it’s items stolen from car. When you have to pay to park this is the last thing you should have to worry about.

Well to start off I booked in time called day of to tell them I was arriving late I had 2 other family members also going so 3 rooms in total at arrival they said they over booked and had no room for us they did provide another hotel my kids were tired fuzzy and had to get another Uber to the other hotel the next day they wanted us back ! We were just there for 2 days 3 nights after a lot of discussing they agreed to pay our stay in virgin hotels but it was not a pleasant experience

Loved it! Would definitely stay again. Nice pool. 1/3 was roped off due to not having 2 lifeguards on duty. But nice waterfall, clean, nice palm trees all around. Room was clean. Every employee was polite and happy to see us. Breakfast was fantastic… many options. A lot of road construction nearby. My GPS also could not find the property until I realized University Center Dr is also called Swenson St!

Pool closes at 7, but they let the kids swim until sunset (which right now is just past 8pm). Cocktail hour is always a nice touch! The rooms were clean and comfy and the breakfast is really good. We've stayed here before and will definitely come again.

Great hotel to be away from the strip and the Casinos. Comfy and quiet. Spacious rooms.
Breakfast is a feast.
The happy hour, a great treat.
2 nice hot tubs and a pool, except not heated for chilly days.
If only they offered shuttles to the strip and the airport!

We really enjoyed staying here. The staff were super nice, this includes the guard, very nice gentleman. The location is pretty close to convenient stores and restaurants. Its about a 20–30-minute walk to the strip which is not that bad. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is a great place to stay. The location is good. Easy access by bus, uber, car.
The breakfast is excellent.The staff very helpful, friendly and professional.
The only suggestions that I have are:
1. Breakfast time during the week be the same as the weekend.
2. Offer shuttle to/from the hotel and airport.
3. Add and extra garbage can in the room. As the room only had 2 very small ones.

The only thing bad I can say is the elevators. There are 3 but only 2 are being used. With 6 floors, they can take quite a long time. Otherwise, the place was great!

Great service. Beautiful layout and lobby area. Our bathroom on the 2nd floor had cracked tiles and a lot of dirt under the sink. It needs a remodel. Room seems spacious. Not happy to wait 30 minutes in th omelette line then to realize that i could have by passed it if we didn’t need omelettes. Omelette was excellent. The kids could have had their food way sooner if the sign was bigger and at the back. i was there at 8:30 AM and breakfast closed at 9 am. the day after Thanksgiving. It would have been nice to know that it was not 7-10 am. Pool is beautiful but i could see some things in it.
