We ended up going to another hotel to stay. Our hotel room had mold in the bathroom, pink stains on the wall in the bedroom, there were stains on the carpet and stained sheets. There was even a gum like thing on the sheets. When I requested new sheets, they brought them up and then had me put them on. Pool was also closed down so we couldn't even go swimming.
Also, parking is $17 a night so beware. I would find a different more updated hotel!

My husband and I stayed here with our 3 kids ages 9, 3, and 5m. We booked the queen suite, which was perfect as our 9 and 3 year old stayed on the pull out couch while we were in the bedroom with our infant. We loved that this was just off the strip so it was quiet and calm, but still very close to all of the action! We were just a quick 5 minute walk to the monorail station and that was so convenient! The included breakfast was really good - omelette stations, lots of hot foods, and a great selection of items! We also ordered room service and all the food was great! The staff was amazing! I would definitely stay here again.

Need an upgrade or full remodel of everything, lighting everywhere are so dark...bathroom tiles are dirty, smells. Unsafe outside, make scramble eggs a little more fluffy...

Room was spacious and the complimentary breakfast and happy hour were nice additions! Room service was good in general. When we needed extra towels or soap, they brought it up immediately. We were missing an extra television remote and requested for one, but never received it. There was a $17/night parking fee. Wish that would be complimentary though.

When we got to the hotel they told us they didn’t have our reservation and nothing they could do. We were out in a different room and kids sleep in the same bed. They didn’t offer enough cots. We booked a 2 queeen and given a king. The bathroom lightbulbs were out, shampoo and shower gel bottles empty, safe broken and the room didn’t looked vacuum in some places.

Our Room was not service even when i let the front desk know. when i return dirty towels still on the floor and room was not clean had to call front desk to get fresh towels. amount you charge doesn't make the service. this year i experience that. Room card were not working correctly i keep going to front desk to reset even driving in and out. not good this year

I dont like the room we stay because its close to the elevetor and its very noisy and neighbor room are very load and slamming there door. We request a room serviuce nobody came and there is no enough towels to use.

The hotel may have been short staffed for Christmas, but there was garbage, dishes, and sheets in the hallway that remained for 24 hours. There were visible soda rings on the surfaces in our room. And the breakfast ended early such that, combined with a very long line, you needed to be in line by 8am if you wanted to eat breakfast before it closed at 9:00.
The front desk staff was very kind and helpful.

Gorgoeus Embassy Suites Hotel. Rooms with view of Sphere was amazing. Fridge, microwave and nuce bathrooms. Staff was amazing. New Favorite for Vegas. Breakfast was killer, tons of stuff to est. reception at 5:30pm w/free coctails(2), and great munchies. Lived it!

I can't get water into the bathtub. Also, water does not drain well in the sink. The carpet was very bare and the sofa bed was also very bare. Overall it was not clean.

Fast check in. Good parking. Room was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing from room and 3rd floor windows.
Ppol was good with adult only hours after 10pm. Sadly the hot tub was not working

Really expected a higher quality experience since it is a Hilton property.
First we came in late in the afternoon planning to eat at the advertised on-site restaurant to learn it was closed. The shower curtain didn't fit right and got the bathroom floor wet so we had to use our towels to clean it up. This must be an ongoing issue because the bathroom had a mildewy smell.
On the bathroom mirror was a sticker with bright red "STOP" warning against stealing towels?!? Is this really a big problem at Hilton? Anyway, really tacky. Overall just not the beautiful suite we were expecting for a much needed getaway.
Building was really nice. Focus seems to be on common areas rather than rooms. Included breakfast was really good, especially the made-to-order omelets.
Probably avoid any Hilton properties from now on.

Usher Residency was the reason for my visit.
The front desk rep, Kat, was very kind and Sandra helped with resolving the key issue. My guest's key card didn't work for her initially.
Sunday night, it seemed the plumbing slowed in both the shower and bathroom sink. I contacted the front desk regarding the issue but no engineer showed up.
Enjoyed my stay and Mr. Philip did a great job preparing my egg white omelets during my stay.

The full free breakfast was great!
The indoor pool and outside hot tub was awesome for my kid. Staff was friendly and very responsive when I asked for more towels, light cleaning of the room, and when the hot tub jets weren’t working. They always sent someone right away to take care of my needs. I saw the staff constantly cleaning- replenishing towels for the pool. Keeping the hotel clean.
However, their rooms are OLD and depressing! The mattress was old and it squeaked. Pillows are not plush. They’re “soft” but provide no support. I had to 3 extra pillows just to feel semi comfortable. The pillows were worn down! But I loved how my room smelled fresh, clean and smoke free!
The last night of my stay I heard a very loud humming sound- maybe from the hearing system or pipes? Im not sure both are old. The heating system was so old, I couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat. Luckily, the cool room temperature worked for me because I have menopause. I was able to do without the heat.
So I don’t know where that sound was coming from. I was just glad it happened on my last night.
The plumbing is also old because the bathroom sink would back up in the morning during peak time when people were up. I read a review prior to my stay about the plumbing so I took my showers at night and midday so the water wouldn’t back up on me.
This property has the making of being a gem for families, especially for non-smokers, if only they took some pride and refurbished their rooms.

We booked very last minute for 3 nights and we’re quite happy to find this hotel off the strip.
Included breakfast was excellent, we didn’t manage to partake in the included happy hour.
We paid more to have balcony doors that open for fresh air, well worth that. Bed and room comfortable. Mini fridge and microwave.
Major negative for us was the extremely loud ice maker next to us, literally shook the walls. Thought it was the ac first night, then realized they removed the soda machine second day so thought it was that. Didn’t realize what it was till last morning. Should have asked for a different room. We booked and prepaid through third party so compensation was limited.

Let the OK times roll
This hotel did not hold reservation despite contacting site and explaining flight arriving late. Was told “it’s because you booked through a 3rd party site”. While staff did arrange for an alternate room for the night, it then required us to wait around the next day to change rooms. Had a mix of both wonderful and downright rude staff. Beds comfortable. Rooms dated but clean. Wifi did not work much of the time. When asked the front desk was told, unapologetically “yeah, the wifi is down”. Based on that I wouldn’t recommend this place for a business traveller or someone trying to avoid data roaming charges.

Hotel room smelled terrible. Black hair in showers & table. We are both blondes. Bathroom door was damaged. Microwave didn’t work .
Pool heater was broke & pool looked gross.
When I wanted another room they said there were none available. I wanted to transfer to the Embassy suites on University down the road who had plenty of rooms but they said I couldn’t because I booked with you & not them !

The room was as expected, and we’re satisfied with the service. However, one detail we found distressing was that, in a hotel in Vegas where the busiest travel of the morning is Sunday, their breakfast service is promptly at 7am, which left us out of our meal as we had an 8am flight. I was surprised they had no sort of boxed option, or a quick grab bakery opportunity , but the staff refused to allow that. I even asked one restaurant staff if they’d mind my grabbing a couple muffins & a bagel (at 6:45), and he looked at me and said “We don’t have any of those things, sorry.”, even though I could clearly see that had ALL those things right over his shoulder 10 feet away. Not good customer relations.

I had to book a room urgently after a cancelled flight. Found good reviews of this hotel and attempted to book. Didn’t notice that my dates had changed to two weeks later rather than that night. Noticed the dates were wrong immediately with the confirmation. Called Expedia first, was told I needed to contact hotel directly. Spoke with hotel, said we needed Expedia to contact accounting in the morning. Expedia claims hotel wouldn’t adjust, hotel claims Expedia didn’t call. Either way, I’m out $170 because I booked a non refundable room with dates that for some reason we’re different than my search dates. I literally called within 5 minutes of booking because I noticed the error with the confirmation.

Poor shuttle service. Shuttle only to shopping mall and convention center, but not to central Las Vegas and not to airport. Last shuttle at 6:30 PM.

My room keys were deactivated 3 times during my stay. I had to get them reprogrammed each time. The digital key wouldn't work at all the first couple of times, and the night staff couldn't help me with this, so I had to come back in the morning.
The breakfast was nothing to write home about. The dinner was okay, but pretty limited. The restaurant is only open after 5, so if you're hungry before then, tough luck.
Walking around the hotel area alone at night is not recommended.

Good location for the Sphere. A little sketchy outside if you plan to walk to any other spots. When large events are going on it’s no problem with the crowd to walk back with, but you wouldn’t want to be alone walking to anything at night.

The hotel was not bad for being a 3 star facility, rooms were clean and breakfast was ok. But the employees need to realize they are in hospitality business and they need to be pleasant with people, the staff was treating everyone like school kids and were so rude and unhelpful. I did not have a good experience staying here at all. Would not recommend

The hotel was near The Sphere reason why I stayed here. Glad I did. Was in walking distance. Felt safe walking to and back from the strip. They have shuttle that can take you to the strip. Breakfast is amazing. Nice and felt comfortable. Will be staying here again.

The hotel and room were great! Clean, well appointed, and large room. Very close to Venetian and the Sphere which was the purpose for my trip. The surrounding neighborhood is not one I would feel comfortable walking around at night so even though could probably walk to the Sphere from the hotel, chose to take Uber instead.

From check in to check out it was an awful stay all three days. The floor staff were great, the front desk was anything but customer service trained and orientated.
I booked the large suite and small balcony on Expedia. I entered the room and it was a basic king suite No balcony. Went back to her and said that’s not the room I reserved. She gave me another room with a dirty balcony, I wasn’t I pressed, same suite as other. I wen5 back to say I’ll keep the first room. She got snarky saying no, I’ve already changed rooms MULTIPLE times and I can’t keep doing that. I changed rooms once! She said the other room keys have been deactivated. Went back to 9th floor and tried the first room, the door opened, I put all my luggage in, they have no luggage assistance, even for ADA customer! Called the front desk and told them that I will be in the first room. I could go on but management would not do anything anyway so I won’t waste any more time.

Overall it was good, from outside it doesn't really look that great but the inside is really nice, breakfast was delicious and plentiful in flavor and variety. Pool too small for the size of the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. The only observation is bathtub 🛀 is so slippery. But I would definitely stay there again.

I Leave my car in front, the parking in back was full, in the morning we found clothes on top and rear light broken on my car, and obviusly, the hotel did not do nothing...just take pictures.

The room was not dirty but the pictures do NOT match what the hotel looks like now. My bathroom reeked of a sewage smell the entire time and it looked as if their were juice stains on the wall. The carpet was filthy, the couch looked as if it had seen better days 27 years ago. The ONLY thing good about this hotel was the balcony (the big one not the small one) the staff was very sweet and the breakfast… other than that I wouldn’t dare stay here again.

Ok for the price, good breakfast and helpful staff, but the bathroom sink was clogged, there was just a half a roll of toilet paper and a single bath towel in the room, and the room carpet was notably dirty as my light colored socks were black after walking around the room. Also pass on room service food, just use Uber eats

The interior of the hotel has been repaired/remodeled in a poor way with low quality material and you still see the some cabinetry fall apart. Hardworking staff couldn't help to improve the cleanliness due to the possibility of poor management. Old fashion and wrongly selected interior wall colors and wall decors and poor lighting, made this hotel one of the worst in Hilton hotels and other great hotels in vegas. However, breakfast was great and the chef is doing fantastic job.

A number of issues at our stay, unclean rooms, floods, wet room carpet, fans in our room the whole stay to try and dry the carpet which stunk, reckless guests fighting in the front of the hotel while my children and I waited for an Uber, requested the hotel contact me and heard nothing.

Not sure why the strange reviews I almost didn’t stay here because of them. Complaining that kids weren’t allowed in the bar, be a better parent! This hotel is clean and room 909 was updated. Good breakfast and the happy hour was a nice touch. Nothing fancy but the guests were all in a good mood and being very cordial to each other. They have a shuttle every 30 mins to the monorail in front of the convention center. I saw ZERO issues with this place. This isn’t the Bellagio and I didn’t pay $500 a night so you get what you pay for and I got a great deal! Ubers to the main sights ran from 10-15$ and airport was $15.
