Wow!
Definitely a bang for your buck. Wonderful onsite restaurant, fabulous complimentary breakfast, as well as a nightly welcome reception with complimentary snacks and beverages. EXTREMELY clean.

Try another Hilton hotel
The lobby of the hotel is amazing and inviting. Check in was nice and easy. Went to the room and made a coffee in the rooms "Keurig", only to find maggots in the coffee maker. Went and asked the front desk for a new one, after 3 more coffee machines that didn't work I was done. Breakfast is good, if you want to fight through 100 people to get food. The room hadn't been cleaned properly in forever. None of the housekeeping speaks English. They automatically checked me out @330am the day we were leaving. Asked for a late check out(noon time), housekeeping still broke in the room @11am while we were packing. I have had a great experience with these Hilton honors hotels, but I did not like my experience this time. Also was harassed by a Hilton honors rewards associate for 20 minutes while trying to check in in the hotel lobby. He was very aggressive trying to get me to book a trip and use my reward points while paying up front at that time. I was very forward saying it was not interested while my hands were literally filled with luggage. That did not deter him from continuing his aggressive tactics to try to get me to purchase a trip.

Poor front desk and housekeeping communication
Would have rated it higher if not for the hassle and rudeness given to us on our last day. We spoke with front desk of our departure time and they confirmed. But housekeeping came while we were gone and took all our personal belongings. The front staff was impatient instead of understanding how upsetting and how they've inconvenienced us. They did return our most valuable items but not the food/snacks/drinks.

Fantastic hotel
Awesome hotel. Awesome location. Super clean, fantastic breakfast, great service, great amenities. My only complaint is the pillows. Same complaint I have at most hotels. Every room should have both firm and soft pillows to accommodate guest preference. But other than that, 10 out of 10.

The location was quiet and safe. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was amazing. Hotel was within walking distance to several options of places to eat as well as onsite dining options. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Have stayed several times in this area. Tried one & looked at other hotels in the atra. Choose the Embassy suites everytime. BEST complimentary breakfast from here to Maine that I jave experienced.

The elevators were not working, when we checked in 1 was already out of order then the next one went out of order. The pool was dirty. Kids were running around screaming and creating absolute chaos. When I asked to switch rooms to a lower floor because I have a handicap sticker for my knees I was told to wait it out and that they had too much going on. The elevator was not fixed until the next day. Breakfast was great!

We found bedbugs in our initial room, then we were offered the room right next to the original one, which we denied for obvious reasons. Eventually we were given a room two floors down. If it was not already 8pm by that point, and we were not with our three kids, we would have gone to a different hotel.

Very impressed with this hotel. It's a really gorgeous property with a pretty courtyard and glass atrium lobby. The suite was massive and clean. The bed was soooo comfortable and it was so quiet despite being placed next to the gym. Every staff member i encountered was friendly and kind, i really felt like a welcomed guest. The pool area was clean and the hot tub was perfectly relaxing. Breakfast was a real treat, a well stocked buffet with fluffy made to order omelets in an aestheticslly pleasing eating area. I'm so happy i chose to stay at this hotel.

Almost everything about this hotel was perfect!! The food was very tasty. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The room was big and clean. The one thing that was frustrating was the elevator took forever. But that’s a small inconvenience and trade off for everything you do get that’s perfect. The area itself offers many dining/entertainment options and a grocery store almost right next door.

We come here annually and this time the only bad experience we had that no room service at all for three nights. When we asked they told us you have to request that 24 hour in advance which is something we never heard of before as you assume your room will be cleaned at least twice during a three night stay. The person who told us that on the phone also had an attitude issue , but maybe she had a bad day so we understand that. Definitely will come again!

Spacious, complex is enormous. Elevator is a little small, but that is not a big deal. Very pleasant experience although for information about hotel services you have to scan a QR code, which is no use if your phone is dead. Also wondering why housekeeping knocked on my door at 8:44 am to see if the room was occupied when check-out is 11 am.

The room was very nice. My 2 issues were, there was an adjoining room and I could hear everything through the door and I guess you have to ask to have your room made up as there was no service for my 2 nights there.
The front desk team was very nice and helpful and the breakfast and breakfast area was excellent. Very bright and airy feel.

Our room was very comfortable we had plenty of room (4 guests). Bed were not the most comfortable but after a long drive we did not care!! Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. The pool area smelled srong of bleach but I get it a lot of people swimming in there. The front desk staff at check in were not the friendliest. The front desk staff in the morning was great she said good morning and helped us find our way to the dinning room and pool. Price was reasonable. We tried to stay a second night but the front desk lady we check-in with said because we booked our stay with Expedia we would not be able to book with them... weird so we went to a place down the road. Would have preferred to stay there but we cant make people take our money!!

This will be the 3rd time we’ve returned to the area. We’ve tried other hotels but have decided for the price, proximity to Apex center, cleanliness, and especially the breakfast it is our favorite place to land. Check in was easy, checkout even easier. Love Embassy Suites!

This was a second stay at this hotel and they did not disappoint! You actually see the employees. Yes, more than 1 on evenings sift. Food is very good. Bar tender is warm and friendly. Her suggested cocktail for me Was right on point Lounge area very inviting. Staff did an excellent job keeping the lounge area clean.
Not sure how they recycle since I did see garbage/trash containers and staff is responsible to remove plates and garbage.
Also, there was 3 bridal parties in the hotel and lots of children. At night it was very quiet. Kudos to the hotel staff ability to place guess in right rooms.

It was conveniently located near entertainment and many dining choices. The elevators seemed really slow and the property is a bit sprawled out, and a little confusing. We were located quite a ways from the pool. So I would say if you are going for amenities, request a room that is closer to them. Overall we had a very pleasant experience. Great for families.

The hotel is really nice. Excellent for families. Breakfast is amazing. The only thing I would say is they can use a better bigger pool and a better air circulation in the pool area. Very muggy and can’t hardly breathe in there. Other than that hotel and room are great and clean.

Second week in a row that I have booked and Premium King Suite and upon check in told they do not have one and given a room with double beds. I refused both times and was given a standard room with king but still pains for premium. I will not stay here again.

Was really impressed with this place. Our room essentially had a living room and kitchen split out from sleeping area. Hotel inside was impressive, big common dining and bar area with balcony rooms surrounding it and looking over it. Breakfast was included and had an omelette chef, lots of good options. Fitness room was large. Staff friendly and professional. My daughter even said she’d like to come back to this hotel in the future. I give it a 10/10 for the level of hotel it was.

The staff was delightful, very helpful. Breakfast was a treat. Not sure why shoes are required in public areas; seems like an unnecessary restriction.
The biggest problem we had was HVAC. We could not get the room below 65 F, which we found too warm for sleeping. We opened the sliding door, but then got traffic noise. Regardless of the door position the system kept turning on -- quite often -- and it was loud enough to keep me up.
