I was welcome to the hotel check in was perfect room was very clean and there was 2 bottles of water very nice from the staff .very family oriented highly recomend .awesome management and awesome housekeeping.washer and dryer on site which is very convinient .next time i will stay for more days.

The hotel located in the middle of way to Key West a lot of beautiful beaches.

I am enjoying Florida City, Homestead, Key Largo, Miami with my family. Because Belmont Hotel is perfectly located, we enjoy our vacations with ease. Best location for vacation enjoy with family and couple . Hotel full lights decoration, romantic environment, swimming pool, place for drinks wine, whiskey and dance. Hotel staff is family . For Real this is the place for family and hotel was very well maintained.
Front Desk staff Yami was very good customer service
And I enjoyed.
Key Largo is nearby and Everglades is 30 minutes from the Hotel.
Overall everything is fine .

The front desk people were not friendly unfortunately. They made us feel like we were a nuisance to bother them.
The pool was not in use and that would have been nice to know ahead of time. They refused to give extra towels.
The place itself is in fine working order except for the pool.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, the atmosphere is amazing.

The smoke detector was missing ( I have photos)... Too many people walking around thr property at night. I felt very unsafe!

There was dirty and hair in corners near the head of the bed and near the door. There was a spill stain on the wall under the sink by the trash can and under the pull out couch cushion in the suite. Staff seemed to not want to help resolve issues. We were happy to check out.

Normally, I don't write reviews, but this was one of the best accommodations I've ever had. The Florida Keys, Everglades, and Biscayne National Park are all nearby, and it is incredibly clean and gorgeous. Overall, it was a fantastic value and a comfortable place for us to rest up before starting our Florida road trip. Breakfast was provided, and it contained scrambled eggs, sausage, coffee, waffles, and other things.

The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff was ever helpful and friendly. I will stay here again on my next trip to southern Florida. The breakfast area was well maintained and restocked by the staff. They also stayed vigilant in keeping the area clean and sanitized. The pool area was capable of facilitating many guests and pool towels were readily made available.

Great place for our 1 night stay before heading to Key West. Room was spacious, very clean, comfy bead, nice pool, plenty of parking and breakfast included, all for a good price. Just don’t go to breakfast just before it finishes and expect to have the full choice!

This location is very close to the Key Largo, the Everglades and to Miami. The room was a great value, the staff was excellent, rooms were very clean, breakfast was very well done every morning. I would recommend this for anyone looking to explore the everglades or to tour the keys. I enjoyed my stay there.

Service with a smile is what you will receive here. This hotel is clean, very well maintained and affordable. They definitely put the customer first. From the friendly, check-in to the amenities, this hotel is a winner. I chose it for the location, price, pool (heated!!), laundry facilities and breakfast amenities. All were thumbs up.

Horrible place. Mold smell, a not properly clean bathroom with sticky floors full of hair and god knows what else, rusty lamps exposition wires, chair full of stains. Can't think of anything good to say about it

Hotel was dated. Shower knob was broken and could not be adjusted either way. One mattress had “f*** you” in red marker written on it. The hideaway bed mattress was so bad you could feel the springs, our kids had to sleep on top of the cushions. There was a big blood stain on the underside of the sofa. Both nights there was fighting and screaming in the hallway and people thrown against the doors. Trash had been left in the parking lot. Our “suite” bathroom area was very small. For the amount paid, very disappointing!

I went to the check in desk and the guy was sitting there on his phone, he didn’t even acknowledge or know that I was in there. I wanted to see how long it’d take and I waited at least 5 minutes before I said something. He acted dumbfounded that I was there trying to check in. They don’t clean their rooms well, I wouldn’t trust touching anything such as the lamps and tables because there is buildup on them. Also there was crusty things on the walls here and there. I guess you get what you pay for but I’ve had a lot nicer for this price.

The hotel had a musty, stale smoke smell. The room was not very clean, the chair was dirty, there was a hair clasp behind the chair on the floor. Furniture was old and worn. Bathroom was very small. Towels were rough as others have mentioned. Staff was helpful, but not particularly friendly.

This property was disappointing in so many areas. The front desk staff were rude and not helpful. Nothing worked ! The vending machines, ice machines nothing. The rooms are OLD and you can tell they provide the absolute bare minimum. Nothing about this hotel was pleasant. There are no elevators! And this should be mentioned on their website. The housekeeping staff were helpful and courteous but aside from that, this hotel is terrible.

Mold in shower. The roughest towels I have ever encountered! Morning breakfast minimal as compared to similar hotels. Low water pressure in sink. Soap bars good brand but too small for appropriate use. Just never felt comfortable!

Bad choice
The breakfast consisted of Fruit loops, Frosted Flakes, waffles, and mandarin oranges. Not very healthy. At least they could have had yogurt. The towels were coarse with actual holes. The bed creaked as soon as you sat on it. You didn’t dare move. On top of that it was also uncomfortable. We’ll not be staying there again. I’m surprised Wyndham would be associated with it.

The shower is on off and tenp knob does not work well at best. After I tried to shut it off it somewhat went off then is not going to turn back on. Barely a drip of water in the sink faucet. Furniture is pretty beat.

Beware: Dirty and sketchy rooms
When we first walked in the front desk girl was friendly. However, after checking in we were given the key to the wrong room which lead us into someone else's room that was filthy with clothes computers, and other things. We immediately went to make note of it and then were given another key for another room. That room was filthy and the TV was damaged. The light in the room was not working and the wifi was down. We went back downstairs and canceled the stay because of all of this.

Room was already booked and tied up my credit card but eoyld have left. No breakfast, coffe pot in room had chunks in water filling part. Coffe came out in chinks like minced garlic in it. No washcloths available both days. Bugs in room and drawers on furniture all would not shut. Water wouldnt shut off and toilet seat slidvoff toilet everytime it was used....totally disgusting and disappointing.

Room should not have been rented. Got larger room to be able to sort through luggage. Couch bed was broken in an unusable position hallways were not clean.
