I love staying at the property and have many times over the past few decades-yes, decades! For the first time, I noticed the place is aging. For the first time, I also noticed the noise associated with the open center. It was New Years Eve and there were kids and teens running and yelling around the perimeter. No one seemed to address this.

Secret courts uncovered
We have been staying in Tukwila for years for soccer games and tournaments. We just found the Doubletree with racket ball courts and a big gym. This is where we will be staying every time from now on. It has a pretty good restaurant and bar too

Sleep disturbed, dirty washcloth left in shower.
Not so friendly upon check in. We had had flight delays and issues with the ice storm so this was not a planned stop, stay over. Room was nice. Dirty washcloth was left hanging on shower curtain/rail. Bartender in restaurant/bar area was working alone and was doing the best he could. Hot tub was lukewarm. Sauna was nice. No coffee in the lobby, not even in the morning. Housekeeping staff woke us 2 hours before check out by banging on the door. We had the swing latch engaged and it got pulled so hard that I had a hard time swinging it back so I could open the door. I was unable to get back to sleep. Overall, not a good experience.

The breakfast we had was not great. Eggs were bland the bacon was way too salty and the “fresh” fruit was not fresh.
The area that the pool was in was super cold but understand it was below freezing outside but the hot tub (spa) was ice cold. The pool was warmer than the hot tub.
There were rips in the bedding for the sofa bed.
Saying all of this we did not complain because we were only there for one night. If we were staying longer we would have said something to the front desk

It is very convenient to the Airport, but not in the flight path. Shares a parking lot with some great restaurants and shopping but quiet. Staff was Awesome, mini suites WORTH the small upgrade. Will stay their again and look for similar properties while traveling.

Probably will not be back.
While the room was nice, the surroundings were not. Loud neighbors on both sides, and above us. Called the front desk once, nothing was done. Why we were all next to each other when the hotel was not full, I do not know.

The idiot shuttle driver drove right past me and my child at the airport after we called and specifically told them where we were. The driver looked at us and kept driving. This was at 930pm in the freezing cold after a 7 hour flight. We were told we could just wait another half hour for the next one. No thanks. This place stinks. Don’t rely on the shuttle especially if you have hungry and tired children.

Nice suites that are clean. The beds are very comfortable but only double size. It was generally quiet but there was a strange bang in the plumbing every 10 minutes.

The way receptionist treated me was very impolite and careless. She was very unprofessional and i had to get the words out of her mouth. No greeting or any positive affect during the whole interaction. Nether recognizing me as a Hilton honor member nor providing the member benefits. First getting treated as a Hilton honor member like this. Very disappointed

We came up for a soccer weekend with our daughter’s team. The hotel exceeded our expectations for the price. The breakfast selection was great, and we were very pleased with every aspect of our stay..a great place to stay for families with kids with the Southcenter mall right across the street and all of the restaurants around the hotel.

I THOUGHT THIS WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A 3.5 STAR HOTEL
I wish that my review could be more positive but the truth is the truth. To begin with, the parking was $16 a night vs staying at many other nicer places where the expense was not an issue. Secondly, because it has a restaurant,
nothing is free ...including breakfast. Even the bottled water in you room cost $2.50. Want to use room service to eat? It will cost you! As for the suite itself?...well let's just say this hotel is in dire need of some upgrades. Our bathroom was so tiny! The toilet was very close to the door . The door was not of normal dimensions (small), opened going in and was a very tight squeeze. Only two towels were provided for 4 people.The beds were doubles and pretty uncomfortable...definitely meant for one person on the side by the nightstand. The staff was very much lacking good happy energy. In any case, we wont be back.

It was ok. Hotel is very dated and it shows in furniture and decor. Shower curtain didn't cover full shower area. Lighting was very dim in rooms. Beds were a bit lumpy. Service was decent but we only had interaction with one person.

Somewhat disappointed
Room smelled like marijuana towards the end of the night.even though it was a smoke free room. Smell was coming in from the vents.
Empty soap dispensers in the shower.
Lamps and desks were Very dusty.
Echo noise from downstairs was very loud even with the TV on.
Other then that the pool was nice ,but the
Jacuzzi smelled very weird, and there was no towels in the towel area.

Front desk evening staff were remarkably friendly, great attitudes and big smiles ... the warm cookies offered upon check in were a bonus! Spacious and comfortable large suite with plenty of coffee for the morning!

This is our second stay here and everything exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and welcoming and Vivian was very attentive to guests. We used the gym, pool, and steam room this time and all were clean. Location, price, and amenities fit our needs perfectly.

The front desk didn't want to put his self out to help the people waiting on the shuttle, He would not get off his butt to assistant anyone or answer question. He did not represent the Hilton or the Doubletree.

I liked that the pool & hot tub were indoors, but that was about it. The whole place has a prison feel with rooms like cells overlooking the bar and entry-way. The requests to staff had to be repeated because they were ignored, front desk staff seemed stressed and unpleasant from first contact, and the bartender was new and didnt know how to mix drinks (but still charged me). Everything was priced high but the quality was not. The room didnt have a microwave, didn't restock their coffee, wasnt very quiet, but at least it was clean. Won't be coming back here.

We had to wait 1 1/2 hour wait on shuttle to hotel. Every time that we call the shuttle would be there in 19 minutes. n there was around 10 people waiting on the shuttle. I don't think that i will stay there again.

Now I understand the phrase “sleepless in Seattle”. Traffic noise never stops- all night.
The car next to ours had the rear window smashed- maybe some local security would be in order?
Finally, at breakfast a rather timid acting lady walked in and sat down without permission.
The server, Danny, accosted her quite loudly and made her move to a different table. She was clearly embarrassed.
Perhaps teaching the waitstaff to never publicly embarrass a guest would be appropriate?

first of all we had to pay to park at the hotel we stayed at, Our Truck along with 3 other cars were broke into and various items of value were taken. No security cameras outside, The hotel at first said the reimburse me $16 for my parking fee since our truck was broke into but know they are saying they will also refund my stay. The man who cleaned up all the glass and made us a make shift window was so polite. The hotel was very nice and clean but provide no security of any kind and that is sad

The bathroom is so small and it had a moldy smell to it. The ventilation in the bathroom is terrible.
The front desk staff are very unfriendly. They act like they are unhappy with their job. On the recording when you call, it says unlimited cookies. When my grandkids asked for a cookie they were not friendly.

We have been to this hotel many times to use the pool/hot tub and usually love it! Last night the hot tub was the same temperature as the pool and had a weird smell from the water. We still love this hotel but we were disappointed that we couldn’t use the hot tub on our stay. Thanks

The hotel is wonderful! We absolutely loved the room, the pool, and the breakfast buffet. But....the area is ROUGH. There is a park right next to the hotel, so we walked over with our kids, soon found out it was full of homeless people and trash everywhere, I did not feel safe. In the middle of the night, there was not one, but two seperate (I'm assuming drunk) people that lost their minds and were screaming and had to have the police come multiple times. We were awake from 11:00-2:00AM My kids were traumatized, they have never been exposed to anything like this, and it was so loud, there was nowhere to get away from it. I loved this hotel, but honestly I'm scared to ever go back.

Room was large and the bed and pillows were great. Couch was marked and needed a scrub. Tv didn’t work first night but it was replaced for the second night and we were given a free breakfast. I did ask for extra pillows but had to call for them again in the evening. Front desk staff were mediocre at best and the head girl in the restaurant on the first morning was silent and grumpy. She was minimally better on the second morning. Could you get any cheaper toilet paper!

What I liked: Rooms were spacious, we received hot cookies when we checked in, they have airport shuttle services
What I didnt like: The linens- towels specifically smelled like mildew. We had a lot of luggage as we had stay for the next day flight after returning from a cruise. They did not have luggage carts and the receptionist told us to find by ourselves as they could be anywhere! We rolled each bag to the third and fourth floor(we had 2 rooms), which was difficult to do as my in laws we had a toddler and in laws were in their late sixties.

I have pictures of terrible condition of this hotel. I went back in time! The problem is it is nothing to paint ,take out the coffee table with cigarette burns in it. Fix the paint peeling on the doors, replace the discusting carpet throughout. I was very afraid of bedbugs in this place

Found our favorite hotel
Amazing stay with th family. And the price was so good at $250 for a family of 5. Chocolate chip cookies were given to everyone at our party and they were delicious. We got there early evening, had dinner at the hotels restaurant, food was delicious, and took the kids swimming. Husband and I played a bit with the kids and then relaxed at the hot tub. Pool and spa cloae at 12am so you're able to enjoy it for extra time on vacation!!!
We were picking up our teenager from her trip from Alaska at the SeaTac airport in the morning of our check out. The shuttle service was clean, quick and convenient
In the morning we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, wow it was delicious. Everyone was welcoming, the environment was warm and friendly.

Overall, an okay stay. Just wish I would’ve seen they charge for parking ($16). Last minute booking and I know a lot of hotels close to the airport don’t charge. Tub drain stop was broken. Lots of hair all over the bathroom upon arrival, but as a woman I know how it can cling to things.

I really enjoy this property anytime we have to stay in the area. The suite is perfect for families when mom and dad want a little separation from the children but still in the same room and the pool is perfect to occupy and tire out the kids and the gym is well equipped get a great workout when your away from your normal routine. I also love the location as once you park you can walk to almost any dining or shopping you want. Will continue to use this as our go to overnighter when we travel to the area.
