Broken elevator
Check in was quick. No mention of the evelvator being inoperable from the floor they placed us on. So we could use the elevator to go up, but not down. Mystery stain on our door and one of the three towels in the room also had some mystery stains. One bed sounded as if the base was broken. AC unit loud when going on and off all night. Bathtub creaked and popped when stepping into it. Guessing someone went cheap on supports for the base. Breakfast was good and had a good selection. There was a hockey team staying at the hotel but it was quiet (besides the AC unit). For the price we're staying at another hotel next time.

Large studio, very comfortable bed, convenient location, the staff was exceptional, extremely quiet, wonderful hot breakfast with numerous choices of other items, nice dog walking area etc. It had everything I look for in a hotel. Will stay again.

When I checked in the room smelled bad, the carpet was damp and sticky and the pillows were dirty (makeup stains and clearly not washed) and not even big enough for the pillow case. When we called downstairs to replace the dirty pillows, they said they couldn’t because the were all out. So we had to sleep with no pillows the first night. The second night we asked for pillows and got 1.

Hampton updates needed
hotel location is good, however room interiors are outdated, shades not maintained, bed mattress and frame structure sagging, Pillows and bedding well worn and not typical of a Hampton Inn, especially on the east coast. Common area hall way and corridor carpets soiled and show obvious wear and tear. The hallway outside room had fragments of broken glass and small pieces of trash.
When you get into room make sure to not take shoes off, carpet feels greasy.
Interesting - pantry sells pot pies - but why only vegan? Dont worry bout answering - brought a turkey sub

Great Staff and Welcome

I live in vegas and this hotel was as much as a hotel in vegas. Only said they could clean the room once in 5 days I was there. They never cleaned it. Horrible service.

Pool was opened. But at check in told that the city changed laws and because there is no lifeguard on duty the pool is closed. Wish we knew this ahead of time for the only reason we where staying at this hotel. Very very disappointed wasn’t even offered a discount. Not the hotel fault but make it known before booking because it may be a deciding factor in where one chooses to stay.

Suite air conditioning did not work we were at 80 degrees for two night we call service first night and althought they were very nice they couldn’t fix. We had a 15 next day we couldn’t deal with heat but moving to another suite was too inconvenient for us. We put up with no ac it was horrible. Only bad thing about it. We received no discount at all.

The one good thing I must say the staff is very friendly.
I booked Father’s Day weekend gateway. After Checking in and changing to our swimming gears the front desk informed us that the pool was closed my kids started crying 😢 that same evening we went back to the room to make some coffee and didn’t know that the plastic that holds the coffee bag maker was broken my husband was burned by the splashy water.
We always stayed at the Hampton in hotels but that was definitely one of the worst experiences we ever had.

My family and I has the misfortune of staying at your Hotel for June 8th to 11th 2023 in the room number 312. During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.
First, there was no house keeping done our 3 days stay. Every night I had to request towel for Restroom. Beds were not done. When I asked the reception staff ( Bria ) about the reason of the not to doing the house keeping service, she mentioned that we have to request for that. And which I did next day. Still nothing was done. I took enough pictures for the room. I was little upset at the front desk lady ( Bria ). She was threatened me to kick us out from the Hotel. I complained to the Hotel customer service. I hope you agree with me that this type of service is completely unacceptable at so many levels. It is not the kind of treatment I would have expected from a Hampton In by Hilton. I very disappointed from this bitter experience.

Disappointing
We were disappointed at check-in when we were told that the pool was CLOSED because they didn’t have a lifeguard. I have stayed at a Hampton Inn and Suites many times and never has there been a life guard. Also, when I searched on Hotels.com, I specifically booked this hotel because it said there was a pool, so this was upsetting as I felt like it was false advertising. When we got to our room, which was good size, there were a couple of houseflies flying around the room- not a big deal, but a little gross. Housekeeping did not come while we were gone all day from 6:30am to 8:30pm to exchange towels or make the bed. Overall, for the price, very disappointing.

The bathroom door was held together with a c clamp, so it didn’t close all the way. The shower was disgustingly dirty, and it smelled like pot. We had gone to the Taylor swift concert and just wanted to go to bed by the time we made it to the hotel 12:30, we were woken up twice by people on both sides of us arriving - also probably from the concert. At breakfast in the morning - they were out of fruit, and orange juice.

Friendly staff! The GM Steven Altieri went above and beyond to help us with a problem. He was friendly and professional. Our room was clean. Beds were comfy. Located about a mile from the Best Mexican restaurant with the best margaritas!

The staff and hotel itself was great but our room heat was not working. We didn’t realize it until around 2am when the temp dropped 6 more degrees. It was in the negative outside so it was pretty cold and I didn’t call down because our kids were asleep and we figured they’d just want to move us. We had a chill the whole day after.

Hotel room was dirty. Used mouthwash. Hair on the toilet. No breakfast in the mornjng because the cook didn’t show. Complained about my autistic child and I had to leave early. Forgot my coat in the room and staff rude and unhelpful.

The lobby looked great. The door to our room was slightly ajar but easily closed after entering. At first glance the room looked fine but as we put stuff in place we realized the counters; bedside table, tv area, desk, had greasy puddles on them. Getting ready for bed we realized the bathroom floor was filthy It was very late and the desk staff was unavailable, so we cleaned up as well as we could.
The next day we told the desk and all they said was we will clean it for you- as if it was no big deal.

Only a few cons. The bathroom was not great. The shower head had almost no pressure to it and the tub would creak a lot. The elevators sound like they need maintenance. They made a lot of concering noises when going up.
Pros were the breakfast options were very nice and plentiful. Target super close by. Great middle point for getting to Foxborough and airport.

We paid a lot of money for a broken elevator, doors from the parking lot that "didn't work" so everyone had to go all the way around the building to go in, and breakfast that the coffee had already run out by 8:30. The construction next door was a beautiful view in the morning, and the violent fight at the gas station right up the road was also fun.

I stayed two nights from October 8th to 10th in 2022. The condition of the property was excellent and my room on the third floor was large and comfortable. Wi-Fi was excellent. There was decent selection of food for the breakfast which starts at 6:00 a.m. Staff was friendly and professional. My only gripe was there was leftover food in one of the drawers from a previous guest. Overall, it was good value compared to any downtown Boston hotels. I would stay here again.

The actual building and room was fantastic. However, we were woken up early in the morning to housekeepers loudly talking right outside our door lasting about 15 minutes. Breakfast set up was awful. There was only cereal left. They didn’t restock anything and it was only 8:30am, trash all over the counters. We went elsewhere for breakfast. I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inn’s but this specific one was disappointing

From the moment I walked in for check in the front desk agent was unprofessional then once it was my turn to check in she then proceeded to rudely suggest that I could not see a huge sign in front of me that says room service is by request only. She then proceeded to be very rude to a person she was on the phone with which made everyone waiting in line extremely uncomfortable. The agent who actually checked me in didn’t seem to know exactly what he was doing. I was placed directly by the pool which was extremely noisy even at night. People next to me had their TV so loud beyond midnight that I had to use ear buds just to go to sleep. Never again will I stay here

The carpets in the hallways are stained the carpet of the room was even worse there were stains everywhere even on the chair and the couch inside the room. I can’t believe somewhere that this dirty has as high of a rating as it does, fooled me into staying but I will not stay here again.

The breakfast on Saturday was lousy chopped-up-hot dogs is not my idea of breakfast meat. That, with the cold scrambled eggs made for a nasty breakfast. Sunday' breakfast was much better with some bacon & pastries that were not part of Saturday' breakfast. The receptionist was fine, no complaints with her or anything else.

We choose Hampton Inns for the convenience of the hot breakfast in the morning. There were staffing issues and no hot breakfast for our stay. We feel a partial refund or credit should have been offered. Disappointed.

VERBAL ASSAULT SHOULD NEVER BE OK
The staff (when I checked in) was unfortunately being verbally assaulted by another visitor. I hope you realize the staff (at the time I checked in) is the epitome of EXCELLENT SERVICE and I pray you have THEIR backs. No one should be VERBALLY ASSAULTED. I don’t care if that person was a visitor he was wrong and you shouldn’t want him as a visitor but we already know it’s about the money smh. Anyway because of those 2 We will be back and hopefully you gave staff like them at all properties ❤️

Front Desk Problems
The room was great, though a little small for a king size bed. The front desk was the issue. One person, very polite, but incredibly slow. Each time (check in, check out) she knew someone was waiting in line. Yet she purposefully engaged her current customer in all kinds of conversation unrelated to the process. I finally interrupted at check out, after 10 minutes of waiting and listening, to hand her my keys, remind her to void my $100 credit card miscellaneous balance, and to email my receipt. The credit card got reversed but no receipt. Plus she looked at me like I was crazy. Front desk training needs to be enhanced. Despite the great room, I won't stay here again.

If you like fire alarms, this is the place to stay
Fire alarm went off three times in a 27 hour period (once at 3:30am) due to "system issues". Doesn't make for the most relaxing stay. Staff's response? Sorry, sh*t happens. Not our fault, nothing we can do about it - leave us alone.

Great Place
I would book at Hampton Inn again; however, the breakfast was not that great with not many options perhaps due to pandemic. Screambled eggs were not fresh like frozen taste.

Pool was closed so that was a real downer. The first customer service rep on a Friday 6/17/22 was really nice and friendly. The Sunday front desk associate did not approve our late checkout request which was a little inconvenient.
