The phone in our room did not work and we were unable to call the front desk regarding partying in the hallway outside our room at 2:30am.
We checked out at 3:30 due to the noise.

Unimpressed.
Noisy outside traffic, no shower gel in the dispenser and the bed creaked. They now charge for parking which they didn’t a few months ago. We will look for other options next time.

Family overnight stay
The person at the front desk was very courteous and informative. The room is comfortable and had an extra blanket that we ended up needing. Everything is very clean. There is a $13 garage fee for parking that we didn’t know about, but seems reasonable.

Great place to stay!
We always stay at the Hampton Inn on Lake Washington Blvd in Renton whenever we visit. Really fabulous staff! Nice, clean hotel. Free breakfast is definitely above average as far as “free breakfasts” go.

Disappeared in Hotels.com
Didn’t even get to enjoy my stay because of hotels.com. The hotel that I booked could not find my reservation over the phone and I could not find one email from hotels.com to get the confirmation number. It wasn’t until I realized hotels.com emailed me in the afternoon on Friday before my check in on Saturday but unfortunately I was planning a holiday party and I did not see that email so I missed the opportunity to spend the night in the hotel. I did (after seeing that message early Sunday morning after my work party I planned seeing the pre—check in email from hotels.com) go down to the hotel early in the morning on the next day, Sunday so I couldn’t at least enjoy the breakfast and then I checked into the hotel so I could park.
I was able to take quick nap in the room that I was supposed to have all night. Needless to say, I don’t think I will book on hotels.com anymore because it should not have been hard to find my confirmation email from Hotels.com and because I couldn’t find it, I missed the fullness of booking my hotel stay.

I stay here frequently for work and the staff is so helpful and courteous. When I arrive they know my name, when I need something they help me with it, and there is always a smile and greeting when coming and going. Theo, Matt and Danny are great. I don't get to meet the people who clean my room but it is always kept clean well stocked and cozy...I appreciate them too.

We arrived after a full day of work and then an almost 3 hour drive. We were tired and a bit cranky. The check-in was smooth and quick with friendly smiles. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast and coffee downstairs was a great way to start the day. I will be coming back, either for work or personal.

I have and will continue to stay here a lot. Convenient to walk to The Landing for many shopping and dining places. The staff is great at what they do. It makes traveling for work more comfortable.

Comfortable with great service
Clean, comfortable and with great service. Shower was good and beds very comfortable, the only improvement I would make is proper plates and cutlery for breakfast. Overall a pleasant stay.

The parking spots in the garage are very small due to being “compact”. All the cars we saw were mostly SUVs that ended up taking two spots, so there was not a lot of spots left for parking.

Ok but paper plates and plastic cutlery!
Really friendly and welcoming staff. The room was comfortable but the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest (toenail clippings behind the toilet :( ). I wasn’t impressed with the breakfast in that you had paper plates and plastic cutlery!

Had sugar ants in my bathroom but having lived with them I know how hard they are to control. When I mentioned it to the front desk they offered to move me to another room without hesitation and were very nice. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the hot breakfast and helpful, friendly staff.
Did not like the design of the bathroom door bc it left open gaps when "closed" prevented us from having privacy when in use.
Bed covers were dirty and there was a light bulb off in one of the lamps.

I set my room all up to be cleaned and no one came.
Down to one towel for my 2nd night and I hate to go ask...I am expected to have Cash, and I never have that.
Gotta make it so one can use credit card to randomly tip people.
but if one must do something extra to get their room made...POST COVID...I never was told.

Put me in a lowest level room with an egress window at ground level as a single woman- felt super uncomfortable with the lack of safety. Requested a room change to a different level and they would not accommodate me. On top of that the curtains don’t close, so I had to get dressed with a sheer curtain and cannot have darkness in my room.

The pool and patio areas were very nice. The breakfast was yummy. I wish the towels in the rooms were bigger. The parking garage was clean and safe, but the parking spaces were very small. Bigger vehicles had to take up two spaces just to fit and so passengers could get in and out of vehicle with out damaging our vehicle or the one next to us. All around great place to stay. We had family in this hotel and the one next door. Our family were said that next doors breakfast was awful, they didnt have a pool and paid double.

Internet and tv was out for more than 24 hours. The desk staff was unapologetic for that. It was not there fault but still offered no concession. 3 AM one morning, it sounded like the room above was being remodeled. $13 a night for parking which was difficult to deal with.

Clean facility. Friendly staff and it was in walking distance (about 0.5 miles) from The Landing Shopping Mall. The Landing has food places and a cinema entertainment. Gene Coulon Park was across the road from the hotel and it was beautiful. Right on Lake Washington it offered a beach area, playground and picnic areas a gorgeous view and a couple of dining areas near the boat launch area.

I heard people walking on the hallway all the time, and people lifting and dropping off stuff from above story at 5am. I couldn't have a good sleep at all. Also, parking is not free and it's 13 bucks plus tax, it's not a common thing recently. Won't come back again.

The hotel was so close to the lake and shopping/dining areas that we could walk just about anywhere. The staff was friendly and overall everything was very clean. The rooftop patio was perfect to watch the sunset over the lake.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was super helpful. DoorDash delivered my food to the hotel next door so the front desk staff member walked over and picked it up for me.

Gentleman at the front desk was top notch customer service. Parking for my full size truck was tricky in a very tight underground lot. Any lift at all wont fit. Room was good....a bit noisy from road noise.

The pool.was not working and the manager refused to make any accomodation. We also heard there were several breakins and saw broken windows and we felt unsafe. The hotel is near a smallbut busy airport and next to a freeway and railroad tracks. Continental breakfast was ok.

It was OK. Pretty good breakfast. Friendly staff. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Odd faucet in bathroom - no real off and on, just find the center and it stopped dripping. Slippery bathtub. Barn door to cover bathroom and slide for closet.

No one told us the pool would be closed, and we were looking forward to that. It opened the day we left. Property is just run down and needs repairs or an upgrade. It is right across the street from a nice park and lots of options for walking to places to eat. The staff were very nice for the most part, but honestly it was "just OK."

I am so sorry, but I did not have a good experience with this booking. I needed to add my partner to the room, and I spent an hour going back and forth. This caused so much grief that I missed a wedding photo session.
