We stayed here for one night before our trip-on-the-strip started because it was expensive for the weekend, it is close to the airport, and we were getting in late. To start off, check in was easy, the hotel lobby was clean, and they had it decorated cute for Christmas. The workers chill. However, I could not shower in the hotel, it was absolutely disgusting in the bathroom. The shower head was covered in gunk and the drain looked like something was going to crawl up and kill me. I was afraid to touch anything, and the toilet was dodgy. The sheets were clean, the tabletops were not. Overall my expectations weren’t going to be great anyway, but for this one being the ‘better’ option of the hotels near the airport, I was shocked that it was able to lower my already low expectations of basic-level hotels. 👍

There is a weird smell of old building in the hotel and also the bathrooms had a used towel and the water was not draining fast enough. The beds were so old that they went deep in on both sides of the bed while the center is elevated. Add to this the hotel charges $10 for parking on the property when the rates are already ridiculous for this kind of a hotel. Very disappointed with the hotel, the price and the overall experience of staying in here.

Charging For Wifi and Parking
I forgot this was a Hilton style hotel and they charge for parking (even though it’s out at the Aeroport, and wifi (or using you info, in exchange, still wrong).

We arrived late in the evening and had to wait 30 min because the person that manages the front desk was also the shuttle to airport driver - even though he tried to amend with good service makes no sense to be that under staff … the room was dated but clean - don’t think we will stay there again

The staff were awesome the made us feel comfortable. Our shuttle driver Sven, was so friendly and courteous. He picked us up from the airport when we arrived and greeted us with warm cookies. He also made sure that i made it to the airport on time to catch my flight back home! We'll definitely be staying there again soon.

We waited over an hour at the airport to be picked up. When my husband called to see what the hold up was the desk clerk was rude and not helpful. We had been traveling for over 15 hours and were tired and I was sick. We finally got to the hotel a little after midnight. They charged us 394.00!! I said for one night! When I booked the hotel they had sent me the cost in sterling or pounds so I had no idea it was going to be so expensive. No breakfast included- a Huge sign at the door 10.00 to park your car! 3 weeks ago we stayed at La Quinta not far from your establishment. Very clean-up to date-free breakfast- free parking and half the price. We will go back there- your warm cookie on arrival does not make up for everything you are lacking.

I book 2 rooms one for my family and the other one for my friend, I pay for both rooms at the time that I booked them, mind you, only one of my rooms was ready the other one took almost 2 hours for my friend and her kids to get her room and her with a 3 months old baby and on top of it, they told us that VIP customers had preferences Vs us , even though I had pay for the rooms 8 days prior to our arrival

Liked: Room and pool.
Disliked: The hot water ran out in the evening and was not restored until the next morning. More importantly, dinner at the restaurant was absolutely vile. My wife ordered grilled salmon that was delivered like a well-down steak. The potatoes were salty beyond belief and the vegetable was almost frozen. The next night she ordered the same meal at Applebee's next door which was infinitely better and Applebee's is no one's idea of haute cuisine.

Air conditioning was very noisy. Thermostat in wall did not control the air conditioning. Water in shower temperature fluctuated from
Normal to no pressure to scalding hot.

No hot water
There was no hot water in our room. We were told that they had been experiencing issues all week and that they didn’t know what the issue was. When we requested a credit or discount because of the inconvenience, they let me know that I needed to handle that through Hotels.com. hotels.com was unable to acquire any sort of credit from the hotel and I’m disappointed in both the hotel and hotels.com because of it.

We arrived at the hotel earlier than planned. We were told we would need to wait for three hours to check in. Other guests arrived and checked in! When we checked in we were offered a choice of three floors, yet we’re told earlier no rooms were available for us and if we did check in early we would need to pay an “early check-in fee”. Our room lacked a closet door and furniture was in bad shape. One elevator had tape over the “1” button on one side of the elevator.

I really liked the location, close to the airport, and close enough to the strip, and many good places to eat!
Also, even though it was close to the airport, the room was pretty quiet surprisingly.
The only thing was that one elevator out two was not working, and the other one was really really slow. Other than that, I really liked overall staying.

I'm very disappointed in this stay.
First off, as a guest, you get charged $10 a day for parking. They do not share that info when your booking, so it does feel shady. I paid for 2 days, to get a tag to keep on my car to prevent "towing". There was not one other car in the parkinglot that had that tag. So I do feel cheated with that.
Second. The first night there, and when using the water in the shower and sink, the water stopped up and would not drain. I called front desk and asked for assistance, where I was informed that someone would be sent right away for help. About 10 minutes later, I heard a knock at the door, I rushed to open expecting maintenance or someone to be there to take a look at my bathroom. Imagine my shock and frustration when I open the door, and see a plunger at my feet.....I guess guests are expected to take care of problems. Needless to say, I will not be staying here again after that service. So disappointing. Treat your guests better than that. Their paying to stay there.

One of the rooms assigned to my family was dirty, hair all over floor, toilet seat broken and crumbs behind TV. I left immediately. With my daughter being high risk for covid I did not want to jeopardize her health. I request that we be reimbursed for at least partial payment.

Want to charge you $50 to check in prior to 3 pm sharp. They would rather have a lobby full.of.people waiting around than just to let.you check in even though the rooms are ready. Will never be back.

Average room for the price.
Used my free night for this hotel. Had late check in and there was no one at the front desk at night. The safe needed a new battery which was replaced quickly. Needed an extra night but had to check out and recheck in all electronically because there was no one at the service desk. Did use the fitness room and it was adequate.

Staff was friendly and did a great job when system went down to check in. Bathtub had a rust stain that looked like blood. Shower and sink didn't drain properly so it puddled. Pool was clean except for leaves from nearby trees. Bed was comfortable (king)

We used the hotel for 1 night. Hotel was clean, the airport shuttle service was good, driver was friendly and on time.
The only issue is that the hotel has only one elevator working amd the stairs to 2nd floor were closed. So we need.to wait for the elevator eveytime.

Don’t book this hotel for the airport shuttle. We called once we had our bags and we’re told the shuttle would arrive in 12 minutes. After waiting over 20, we were called and told the shuttle broke down so we were on our own. They offered no compensation for the loss of a service they advertise, the staff acted like it was a joke that we asked to be reimbursed for the taxi fare we had to spend to get to the hotel.

Extremely disappointed as a good member
Went to the bar ordered two drinks then go to my room. I go to check out and my charges were 180.00. Bartender tried to charge me way more than what I ordered. Ridiculous.

Facility needs help
The pillows were cheap. They held no firmness at all. There is no jacuzzi. The phone in the room didn't work and one of the front desk barely spoke enough English to assist guest checking into the hotel or assisting my daughter. Only one elevator was working

You get what you pay for.... it was our last night before our flight out. One of the elevators was broken, and the other one sounded rough. Our AC made weird sounds and was not cooling very well. (We did not mention this as we had to leave at 3:30 am and we needed a few hours of sleep.)

No up to Doubletree standards
I love Doubletree hotels. Typically predictable high-quality. I liked this property because they don’t charge the ridiculous resort fees associated with Vegas, and it was very close to the airport. It also had an airport shuttle. The person who picked me up at the airport, Sven, was excellent. He was very helpful and was also the guy to check me in at the front desk. He also offered to later drive me halfway to where I was going later on in the evening on the shuttle, but that just didn’t work out because of issues I had.
As for the property itself, one of the two elevators is broken. The lights in the functioning elevator is broken. The room I was put in turned out. They have a blocked shower and after hanging a wrinkled shirt in the shower to steam out the wrinkles, I came back into the bathroom to discover that rain was blocked by hair and skin have a showerhead, overflowed, flooding the bathroom. In the whole process, my shirt fell into the flooded waters, nearly ruining the shirt. They were able to get me another room. On departure, I asked to book the 2:00 shuttle as they run each half hour. I was told that the shuttle was full. waiting for my Uber in the lobby, 2:00 came and went with nobody on the shuttle. I inquired about this, I was told that the shuttle was rented out to the airline and there were no spaces available. I told them that the shuttle was empty and it made no sense that it would go to the airport empty the pick up people. They couldnt care lass

Nickle and Dimed - Run Down.
I found the hotel very run down. The a.c. in my room made a lot of noise and the front panel was falling off.
I was very surprised I was charged $50 for early checking. Having traveled over 3 million miles for business over the past 20 years I can say this is the first time I have ever been charged for an early check-in. I felt nickeled and dimed. Would never stay there again.

There are only 2 elevators at this hotel and 1 of them was out of service while we were there. This caused some backups waiting for the 1 elevator that was working. We were on the 5th floor so carrying our luggage up the stairs was not an option. We did use the stairs twice to come down rather than waiting for the elevator.

Check in rep lacked customer service skills. She was miserable and not willing to check on my Hilton Honors membership . She did not want to be there based on her attitude. I have had nothing but good experiences at Doubletree hotels , prior to this experience. She definitely impacted my perspective. She could have offered us a warm cookie . Nope!
On the other hand all other individuals at the desk were outstanding and they redeemed my view in Doubletree.
Also, issues in the room- sewer smell in the bathroom for a day right when we entered the room. Water was bearly warm and the tub drain was very slow.

This used to be a great place. They now make you feel like you are a disruption to their work. They absolutely don't care about your satisfaction. Sad.
