Only issue we had was during check out, the elevators were both broken so we had to carry heavy luggage down the stairs in the rain. Other than that the property was great. Our room was spacious it was set up like a single bedroom apartment. There were multiple ways to get into the property, gates by each end of the building with keycard entry. I love the fact that they had games in the courtyard to keep everyone entertained. The pool was heated. They also had a restaurant with a bar inside of the hotel.

Upon our arrival, the staff was very rude wouldn’t make iContact and offer any cookies as they advertised the remaining staff was nice and pleasant but there’s no restaurants in the immediate vicinity only the restaurant on site which the food was good but we also liked some variety

It's a clean and nice suite. Liked the separate bedroom with door. Cool courtyard to hang out. Breakfast was delicious. Overall, great place to stay for a night... or longer. Nice accomodations, and safe neighborhood. Would stay there again.

This was a last minute decision to stay was planning on staying at a family members house on a blow up bed but my back went out needed a bed. The check in process was great friendly staff loved the complimentary cookies delicious. The room was more than I expected I normally stay at the raddison but I was not disappointed at all. The bed slept wonderfully. Will most definitely stay again

The facility is fine , rooms , bathroom etc. they’re clean and nice.
My complaint is that the personell at the bar and restaurant by night are so weird. The attitude of the barman and waitress are not polite.

Overall the place was clean, very cozy, the employees were very welcoming and kind. Downside of my stay sadly were my neighbors who fought all night long then started back up early morning with the screaming. So i didnt get the mini vaca or day away from home to rest... rather i left tired.

Nothing was working quite right
We stayed here to be close to the airport to catch an early morning flight. The restaurant was good. The cable was not working so could not watch TV and the heater in the room sounded like a truck driving by in the other room. I notified the staff and they said they sent a maintenance person to our room but we never heard anyone knock on the door. In the morning, we went to check out and their internet was down.

This is a nice hotel with an odd layout - if you have mobility issues this one is tough. The elevator also broke - finding stairs and/or getting to the other elevator is challenging

Finding the lobby entrance was tough. One side of the parking lot had no lights and the other side had dim lights, which worried me as I'm a woman traveling with another woman. The area seemed a bit iffy. We couldn't find another way in, so we had to walk about 3 minutes to the front entrance from where we parked. The person at the front desk during check-in wasn't very friendly; she seemed rushed to get us checked in.

I was in town for a comedy show and was lookig for a nice, safe and quiet place stay that was close to the venue. I'd definitely stay here again. Very clean, quiet and kind off of the road a little bit. Great experience overall!!

Nothing was unique about this property.
My room had bugs in it and I reported it to the front desk personnel and they said they would take of it and they didn't. Most of the front desk people were rude and un professional.

Parking is FAR AWAY from elevator (get ready to walk) not convenient, parking is DARK at night and scary for when your by yourself or especially for women's n kids. I was Expecting great conditions inside especially with the "NAME OR BRAND of this company", but furnishings are OLD and in the 80's or 70's and BED is a SIMPLE OLD BOX SPRING and T.V was outdated too. When you click GUIDE, it gave you stations NOT title of shows and that's how OLD or OUTDATED this place and there furnishing. Front desk or Lobby looked GREAT until you see your room. This is supposed to be the HILTON CORRECT and REPRESENTING THE BRAND RIGHT????

For the most part the facility was really good and accessibility to the airport was great. One minor issue was the coffee maker in the room did not work, when I went to the concierges desk I was told that someone would be up right away to replace it but they could not offer a complimentary coffee from the concession area. Well, long story short, the coffee maker did not arrive and we had to go without our morning coffee. In my opinion the concierge should be allowed to offer a complimentary coffee to a paying customer.

Check in was fast, front desk was very friendly. The room was outdated but the bed was very comfortable and clean, only down fall was the shower did have some mold in the ceiling and in the seams.

We had to cancel our trip 4 days before travel, due to family emergency, but Doubletree rejected any partial or full refund or credit. Lost $572. Expedia also reached out for an exception, also rejected. Our son recently moved to PHX, so we will be frequent flyers here, but won’t be back at Hilton. You can keep your chocolate chip cookies.

The place was nice. Linens and Towels were clean. It was just a little dated but comfortable and quiet. I do have to say that you couldn't find a nicer staff. They were extremely helpful with all of our needs.

Air vent filter looked like it hadn’t been changed in a year; they did come and change it though so props for that; the room on the first floor next to to pool had a mix of listening to the furnace run all night mixed in with a low pitched fire alarm all night made it great for sleeping. Pool and hot tub were out of service; bed was good; not worth the 260$/night charge

The restaurant staff were great. Jorge has been there for over 30 years and provided excellent service. Marcelo was a great waiter and very helpful. The bar staff was equally friendly and had very good customer service attitudes.

Could've Been Better
My biggest issue was with the room key(s). Twice, I had to go back to the front desk because my keys did not work when I first checked in. The staff was accommodating a changed my room. However, the tv in the living room didn't work. The following day, after returning from a long day at work, I couldn't get into the room. Apparently, the sensor on the lock needed new batteries. Though promised by the front desk that the facilities person would be waiting, I watched him go to a supply room where he stayed for approximately five minutes. I then saw him walk towards the elevator and come to my floor. He started walking towards me, made eye contact, then abruptly turned and went back downstairs, where I could see him wandering the courtyard. After waiting nearly 30 he arrived and said he'd been attending to other guests.

Would not stay here again. Was charged twice when I got here. TV didn't work, had to call maintenance for new batteries. One elevator isn't working. Had to call security because people were screaming in the pool at 1 in the morning. Ordered food from the restaurant for breakfast (through Grub Hub because it's the only option) and it showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes later. Tried to cancel it at one hour. Grub Hub has no record of the order. The charge on my card shows from Hilton. Called the restaurant to try and fix this. They say only Grub Hub can.
This place is a disaster.

The room was large.
The bathroom was nice and clean.
Unfortunately the room and hotel in general could use some upgrades.
The beds have been slept in, slept in so much, there is a dip in the mattress.
Our shower drain had a clog, so the shower wouldn’t drain properly.
The USB ports didn’t work ( woke up to a phone almost dead)
I noticed some corners in the room, were dirty.
Parking was plenty, easy & free. The pool area looked really nice.

We ate at the restaurant several times and had excellent service and food. Staff everywhere was extremely helpful and friendly. The pool was very clean. Hotel is easy access to the airport and the rail line or a 15 min Uber to Scottsdale or downtown.

Desert jewel!
My family and I were pleasantly surprised by the quality of our room as well as the courtyard and pool area. Whoever chose the plants for the landscaping did a wonderful job. Very friendly and approachable staff.
I do have one question; the wonderful fragrance in the lobby, how can I have this in my home? We love it.
