Just ok
Heater in first room was so loud it sounded like someone was banging on a garbage can with a hammer. I did switch rooms the next day. The second room did not have a security lick. I didn't feel like switching for a second time so i bought a door stop at the Walmart across the street. Beds are really, really hard.
I can say that the staff was very nice and there is a Starbucks adjacent to the parking lot

Convenient location
We have been to this hotel a few times now. It’s convenient and close to the interstate. Decent area and easy to find a variety of restaurants to suit anyone’s tastes.

You get what you pay for
Hotel is outdated. Bathroom was creepy and the light barely turned on. The water pressure was terrible. There were little white tablets shoved in the base of the carpet/wall. Still not sure what they were but they were all over the room. Room was clean, just had an odd smell. No bugs that I could find - I did look all over. Hot tub was closed, wish I knew that before booking. You get what you pay for.

Polite staff and service
Well booked stay because of the pool but when got there the pool was closed due to being shocked (on a weekend). We also booked the stay because had to take kiddo to Belleville memorial for his oral surgery. The top comforter and sheets weren't in the best clean condition but we were able to accomplish our stay and get kid to surgery and back home!

Had a really great stay here, and the price was excellent. Hotel was quiet, staff was friendly, bed was comfortable. Breakfast was as expected -- one of those waffle makers that yiu can use if you dont mind standing in line or get really lucky. Only complaint was the bed was *really* squeaky, so I think that it still deserves 5 stars for the price!

Specifically booked here for pool and hot tub. Hot tub was drained and not working and pool was ice cold.

Staff was nice. Facility in poor condition and needs a major upgrade. Ice maker produced dirty ice. The hot tub was closed (told by a staff member it has been closed for months. Had we known we would have booked elsewhere). Upon arriving in our room the shower curtain rod was barely attached. The tub has cigarette burns on it. The electric kept tripping the breaker. Multiple trips to the front desk have them reset the breaker. Room was barely cleaned. We will not be back.

This is a good, cheap (price) hotel. nothing fancy but will give you a clean room and quiet. The staff on duty was very nice and the property, at least the lobby and my room, was clean. Great stay for someone on a budget.

The friendly atmosphere,people and staff. It was very peaceful to have lots of kids staying there.
Restaurants were in walking distance and the hotel had coupons for local restaurant in which you coukd eat free.

This property is much worse than the ratings. It smelled like smoke with stains on the floor and bedding. Thankfully the handicap room they moved us to didn't smell as bad as the first room we went into. The breakfast had very little to eat and I guess we should have known you get what you pay for.

Lobby had a faint smell of cigarette smoke, but the rooms were fine. Biggest issue we had was housekeeping: we checked in at about 11pm the first night, and at 8 am housekeeping was knocking on the door asking to come in and clean up. Breakfast goes until 9, so I'm sure we weren't the only ones who were still in their rooms that early. They kept knocking until we opened the door and asked them to come back later, as we were still in bed. They never did come back. I've never had a stay where housekeeping came by that early--it was very inconvenient!

This property is an older Quality Inn. It shows some wear and tear, given the apparent years of service. No frills, this one.
Desk personnel were courteous, attentive and respectful. Facility is properly priced, relative to nearby competing properties.

People were great. Room smelled like pets, which I do not tolerate well. Ice machine was in main corridor, which was convenient, but water was leaking and towels were put on the floor to soak up water. Bad location. Construction was going on in the room next door. Customers were smoking pot outside the side entrance and throwing debris on the ground. Power went out and no back up. Breakfast menu was sparse at best.

Considering its price, the hotel was great. The hotel was clean. The breakfast buffet did not include cheese or cooked stuff such as egg or bacon. But had the rest that you normally see in other hotels buffet breakfasts.

Good value for a hotel with reasonably clean room and comfortable bed. Noticed no major concerns with the level of cleanliness, which can be difficult to find when looking for a basic, clean and quiet room for a night. Seems like a good ‘no frills’ place to stay.

This was the absolute worst hotel experience I have ever had.
I booked a room for two nights with two beds in arrived, and was told I only had one night with one king bed.
They were able to find my other reservation.
The room spelled like an ashtray in the WiFi would not work.
The vending machines were not working, the hot tub it was out of service, and the continental breakfast was absolutely horrible and almost out of all of the food by 8 AM.
Because we had two different reservations they actually had to check us out of a room and check us right back into the same room.
When I asked for extra blankets to make it bad for my son on the floor, they were very annoyed.
The front desk attendant was more concerned with playing on her phone and helping us with anything.
I will never stay at a Quality Inn as long as I live… I honestly think being homeless for a night or two, would be comparable, if not better.

Rooms were clean and front desk person was pleasant and efficient. The mattresses were extremely soft. Cleaning staff also efficient but towels were very thin and worn. Didn’t expect much with breakfast based on other reviews so all carb, no protein except yogurt. However what was there was not maintained. We had to look for utensils, no plastic knives to cut waffle or spread condiments on toast, sticky syrup not cleaned up, and coffee carafe empty. Air conditioning in one of the rooms worked but not effectively.

Worst Stay Ever
Room is really small specially the bathroom. Room smell like dead rats. Breakfast is not actual breakfast, they just put in waffles, bananas, bread, 2 types of juice apple and orange juice, yogurt, cereal, milk, butter, and. Syrup. No eggs, no sausage, no muffins, no desserts, no boil eggs, microwave was dirty, no cleanliness, coffee not brewed properly, the breakfast area is really small barely able to sit there. The staff gets in your room before checkout without knocking the door when you’re sleeping. If you have a family don’t bother to come to this motel, I don’t understand how this motel have such a high rating. I got this motel because of high rating but was really disappointed staying there. It’s a really old motel and really small as well. The bed sheets and pillow covers with the comforter were smelly as well. The cleaning people don’t understand English and it is hard for them to understand what we are asking for if we need anything. Worst experience ever staying in this motel. Recommended not to stay there at all. Specially with family not recommended.

Reception staff was friendly, professional and helpful. Place looks dated and worn in person. First time I have experienced dingy towels w two having stains. Cleaning staff worked efficiently but all looked tired… it was a busy weekend. Breakfast bar not a lot of variety esp only bananas and bread but clean and restocked frequently.

Everything went well. The clerk was very nice and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located in a nice safe area with lots of dining and shopping options. We will definitely be back soon and recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Probably one of the worst we have stayed in!!! Got into town about 10pm after a VERY long day. Got to our room.my son pulled his sheets back and the bed was covered in food and crumbs!! They were nice about putting us in a new room. Hot tub was frigid cold!!! Which was a main reason for this momma picking it. The the cont breakfast was just waffles, cereal and green bananas. Not even standard cont bfast.staff was very friendly. But it def needed a DEEP cleaning and updates!!
