The place is nice and clean and the hotel is very near to all the restaurants and shrine of divine mercy church. I’m just hoping they have free coffee and tea in the lobby 24 hours like the other Marriott.

Great stay
Enjoyed having comfortable seating in the room. Settee was perfect! Hotel’s design is very modern and very well done with lots of interesting points. Didn’t have time to enjoy the inviting common/bar area downstairs but would have liked to.

The hotel is set on a hill, away from the road. The outdoor courtyard has a gas fire pit with ample seating. The property is well-maintained. The indoor pool was clean, with plenty of lounge chairs and towels. The
room was clean, and bed was comfortable.
Location of hotel is perfect for a visit to the Berkshires. We only
stayed one night, but spent time in Lenox, Stockbridge, and Great Barrington. We plan to return in December for another quick getaway to the mountains, and will most likely stay at this Courtyard again!

The hotel was convenient for driving into town and for driving to Tanglewood (but not convenient for walking anywhere, if that's what you were looking for). Parking was easy and plentiful. The rooms were clean & comfortable. The indoor pool (which we didn't see) was by reservation only (limiting occupancy, because of Covid, I assume). We saw people drinking coffee & eating small, packaged snacks in the lobby at breakfast, so I assume that's all that was offered.

Breakfast offerings are limited and extra cost. At $300 a night you would think that breakfast would be included. Also, two night stay did not come with housekeeping. King size room included a sofabed but room space was very tight when sofabed was used.

Covid measures really restricted the “normal” things accustomed at s hotel. No glasses in the room, no toiletries, there was a restaurant and bar but it was closed I was told because of Covid. So I can say room was clean and staff was good.

We enjoyed our stay. We loved the pool and hot tub area. We did not get a chance to use it, but they had a nice firepit as well. The beds, sheets, and towels we nice and comfortable. I like the shower products they provided. This hotel is in a good location. We would stay again.

Holly at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. All of the staff was very friendly, but Holly made went the extra mile to ensure we were comfortable and happy. She also made it an extra special stay for our kids. We will definitely be back to this location.

Rooms are big, but not sound proof. Mountains views are pleasing. You can hear doors slamming and people walking and talking in the hallways loud and clear. Pool is nice, but area around the pool needs to be cleaned more often. Advertized 72 hour rule between guests is not followed. Prior request to have joined rooms was not granted with this explanation: "Request is not a guarantee and Marriott members get priority over everyone else."

My only issue was the pool area was dirty towels everywhere hair everywhere , n the lobby the tables were not wiped down and stuff after people got up I didn’t see staff come and wipe down 😷

The staff is what makes this property desirable over other similar accommodations in the area. We prefer the Marriott (Bonvoy) chain, and this particular location was perfect for us and the staff—from check-in/out (Holly was so accommodating) to maintenance to cleaning staff—we’re happy to serve. I suspect the management at this location treat their people right as you can tell when people are happy (or miserable) at their jobs. We are staying there again over another Bonvoy location further North simply based on the friendly staff at the Lenox location.

Convenient location to downtown Lenox and surrounding towns we visited on our trip. Would have been nice if there was a restaurant inside the hotel. Breakfast options limited to Starbucks for a limited time in the morning. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub and the outdoor patio area was inviting.

The Lenox Marriott Courtyard has a beautiful setting, surrounded by woods. The hotel was immaculate and attractively furnished and the staff was friendly. It was also a convenient location. We enjoyed our time there and would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel--but 2 women staffing the front desk were not particularly helpful about giving us updates about the storm Henri--we seemed to be bothering them when we asked if they knew anything.
However, one gentleman who worked at the front desk in the morning was very helpful and friendly.

The hotel is situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful Berkshire mountains. I looked two rooms. Once was on the 4th follow with a great view, but mine was on the 2nd floor with a view of the back. Not sure why that was, despite the high price for each room. (Half of the rooms face the back.) Citing COVID concerns, there was no housekeeping service during our stay, although the front desk clerk at check-in took pains to say that should we need anything that we should just call, which was absolutely true. The rooms were somewhat stark but very modern and comfortable and extremely clean. I loved the shower! I could overhear voices while I was in the bathroom and I could also hear other rooms' doors closing. The lobby was expansive and seemed to have many areas for lounging or taking a snack. (No formal restaurant.) Parking was free and easy. Overall I enjoyed my stay, but thought that it was overpriced for the service delivered.

Attractive rooms, but wood frame building so you hear people walking above you and noisy overall. We booked for availability of streaming services, but the system was down for the entire stay.
