Could have been better
The bathroom had dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower rod. When we pulled out the sofa bed, the sheets on the bed were dirty. Additionally, I paid $15 to park and later realized that most customers did not (no hang tags in other car windows), and nobody was ticketed. So don't bother paying the parking fee.

Old but room was big.
I was impressed by how big the room was, however, the room and hotel definitely needs an upgrade! They have old furniture , old television system that was hard to manage and there is an overall environment you are in the 1960's.

Everything was spectacular. Their breakfast buffet was absolutely amazing They have an amazing pool. The rooms are spacious. They have suites living room, and separate bedroom. The only drawback is you have to pay for parking that said I would definitely go.

This was a last minute things so my kids can enjoy the pool. Great deal on the room, had two tvs which made it very convenient. Pool was a decent size but could use a cleaning. The breakfast was yummy.

Overall we were super pleased with our stay. My only 2 complaints were that 1. Our room was not as clean as you would except. There was hair in the shower on the wall, either short hair or pubic. Either way it was gross. And my daughter found a peanut and some cereal in the bedroom on the outer edge under the bed. 2. We went down to the pool this morning around 830/9 and there were no towels. The wet towel bucket was full, and no way to contact someone to get more towels. We had to go back to our room dripping wet.
Other than that I was happy with staying here, and it was overall a decent visit. The complimentary breakfast was good and my daughter loved the see through elevator.

It was ok. Room wasn’t ready when we got there past check in time. When we got into our room, smelled strongly of bleach….like they had just sprayed it around the room to make it smell “clean”. They should put a big garbage bin in the room.

Excellent hotel! Room was modern and clean (bed was very comfortable), and the facility itself was nice. Unfortunately I missed breakfast because I overslept, so I can’t comment on it. Only negative was that they charge $15 for parking. Other than that, it’s a great place. Next time I’m in the area, I’ll definitely consider staying.

The room was decent. Bed comfortable as well as the open up couch. The furniture was a bit worn but fine. Shower was nice… room clean on check in. Unfortunately we had very bad cleaning service. They actually did come in one day but only changed one garbage, left the others, didn’t take dirty dishes, left dirty towels on the floor but took ones I planned to reuse and didn’t replace them. Didn’t give us new toilet paper and I had to call and go to the front desk to ask and finally got some. We were there 5 nights. The restaurant has limited hours and was very poorly staffed with a limited menu. The free food was sad. I emptied our trash. Front doors don’t work right and they didn’t seem to care. Staff was nice.

The elevators in this hotel were my favorites, I am a plane guy and this is the first elevator that I know of that make you feel like you’re in an airplane, either taking off or landing haha very cool. Plus my girlfriend loved the interior design of the entire hotel. Hotel was always clean throughout my 5 days stay. Breakfast was great. Having 2 tv was perfect, I watched sports in the sitting room and my girlfriend watched her shows in the bed room, very cool and peaceful. We visited Boston from Jersey for the first time.

Advertised a pool but was closed and had been for a few years. Had to pay to park in the hotel lot that had plenty of room. The hotel is enough outside boston that this is ridiculous. It is just a money grab. Friendly staff and willing to do what you ask.

The 1st room we checked into, smelled absolutely AWFUL. It smelled of raw sewage, my guess is a leak or break in a vent pipe. The 2nd room we checked into was very warm, the thermostat, CLEARLY being broken was set to 60° and the room was STILL a sweat box. We couldn't close the bedroom door and when i examined it i found it busted up and coming apart. I have pictures if you want. The rooms are old and musty, the upkeep of them is half assed and poorly done. Fixtures missing off of walls, lights with the wrong wattage bulbs in them, wallpaper peeling, missing and coming apart at the seams. Clearly you have new ownership or management who don't have a clue. Good luck, we will never stay there again and make sure to tell all of our friends.

When I booked the property I did because of the indoor pool and was not informed in advance that the pool was under maintenance. I was very disappointed because my kids were looking forward to this trip. The staff was not good at explaining the parking lot fee, and when asked about the pool I was very surprised how they answered like nothing happen and not such a big deal.

Hotel was quiet. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Rooms spacious. Restaurant on property convenient. Rooms need greater detailed cleaning, for example, interior doors, carpets, shower walls. Living room furniture is dated and arm chairs are a bit grimmy.

We are looking for a hotel with an indoor pool. We called the hotel and asked if the pool was working, they said yes. When we went to enjoy the pool it was closed. The shower was full of hair. The air conditioning didn't work. Horrible service.

A comfortable place to stay
This Embassy Suites was very centrally located for all of the events we attended.
The staff was very friendly.
Our room was very comfortable and a nice size.
Despite the fact that there were several “youth groups” staying as well, we didn’t have any problem with noise.

We encountered some issues with the bathroom during our stay. The sink was tilted, causing water to spill onto the floor every time we used it, necessitating the use of towels to dry the area. Additionally, the soap dispenser was faulty!! it detached from the wall and was left hanging upon first use. Despite these inconveniences, our overall experience at the hotel was great !!

Never Again, rude supervisor and extra fees.
Beware of hidden fees for amenities that other hotels do not charge. These fees include a $15 parking fee per day as well as a $12.50 daily wifi fee. We chose to opt out of both since we have unlimited data on our plan and we easily found free parking that was very close…no we did not get a ticket for parking in the lot. They also put a $75 daily ‘incidental’ fee on your credit card. So while this was on hold until we checked out, and we did not pay an additional $225…when asked why they put a charge on our cc, instead of just taking the card number ‘in case’ like other hotels, a very nasty supervisor decided to give his nasty comment telling us we hadn’t traveled anywhere, despite that I was wearing my Scotland sweatshirt. Both of us gave this idiotic supervisor a piece of our mind. By the way, Embassy is owned by Hilton…we’ve stayed at many Hiltons that do not charge for parking or wifi or put a monetary amount on your cc. So Embassy’s claim of ‘company policy’ is just exclusive to Embassy and not Hilton.

Upon arriving at the property, I was asked if a did a "last minute booking with a third party" to which I said yes, I booked an hour ago using Expedia. The staff behind the desk blamed me for last minute booking and then Expedia who "always gets it wrong" to inform me that the room type I requested wasn't available and that I could downgrade bedsize for the same price or cancel my reservation (I was already out of my way to stay here). I said this isn't right, it's on Embassy to ensure their inventory stays updated and if they can't do it on third party sites, they shouldn't. I asked if he'd waive the $15 parking fee in exchange to which he said management was strict and he can't.
I rarely ever write reviews but NEVER have I seen customer service, let alone in the hospitality industry, so rude, to the point where he's raising his voice, threatening to cancel my reservation if I want to dispute getting downgraded versus keeping the same bedsize in what's considered an update.
If you see this at a good price, I'd question it before booking. If you see it at a higher price than others, I'd consider others nearby. This was truly disappointing and the owner should monitor his staff more.

Great Time!
Our stay was great! The hotel was clean, the staff was attentive, things were pleasant. There was a snow storm and the parking lot was kept clean also, no issue getting in or out. Ice machines were working and clean and all the elevators worked.

The layout of the suites is excellent, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Bathroom was adequate, towels were very good. Front desk was amazing, very helpful and friendly. Room was not particularly clean, and very, very shabby. Curtains were sun damaged and tattered, one lamp was broken, outlets hard to use.

As a more expensive hotel option, it wasn’t the best. Upon arrival and after a quick room check, we saw hair in the tub, which means the room wasn’t cleaned at it’s best before we arrived. During our first night, the fire alarm kept on beeping every 2 mins.. During our last night, the AC kept on making very loud noises every hour for a good 10 mins.. we had to close the bedroom door but would still hear it. It was so annoying and frustrating since my spouse and I couldn’t sleep and had a 7h drive back home ahead. Breakfast options weren’t great at all (heard a few others say that as well) and twice during our stay, we would head over to get coffee, but the area was closed before the time that it should. Our living room had a door that was linked to the room right beside. Walls are not soundproof at all - we would hear the people beside in the washroom, their bath running, the talking, etc. Sofa was hard and uncomfortable. TV is old. There was also a spare blanket, but it smelled bad as if it was never washed. Pool wasn’t working.

Room 305. The room that I was in this time needed attention - shower caulk, trim needs painting and dirt build up on bath tile.

I've stayed at Embassy Suites across the country over the last 20 years and the entire chain has only gotten worse over those years. The breakfast was always the main draw because it was so good, but now it's just like every other hotel chain. The rooms are dated with no smart tvs and the sofa was extremely uncomfortable.

Disappointed vacation
Took the vacation with my family for a new years getaway and come to find out that the pool wasn't working. Reason why was for maintenance. When i booked the room it didn't say that online. But when i got there was a different story. My kids little vacation was ruined. Another issue i had was there was no curtain on the windows (white curtains on the back side of the black out curtains) . Just the black out curtain which they didn't close all the way either. On check in hours there were no supervisor on the premises to take the complaints or solve any issues. Was really disappointed.

I booked my room December 9, 2023. One of the main reason to book because it had a pool but when we got there the pool was out of service. The weather was rain all 4 days and we were depending on the pool for our kids source of fun.
Second bad experience was with house keeping. 2nd day came back in night and found that the room was not cleaned by house keeping. Called the front desk and was told that we have to ask for it but again never told that we gave to inform in one day advance and the funny thing is that the person who was talking to me could have said that, second last day in the morning before leaving out asked for housekeeping and then they informed that we have to tell them in one day advance. Very disappointed and unprofessional communication.

Beautiful hotel. The receptionist was pleasant and professional. The room spacious, clean and comfortable.

As a whole our trip was good. But I want to point out two items. (1) Staff at the front desk informed us that The swimming pool is closed for a month due to maintenance, but it wasn't mentioned on the Expedia site from where I booked it.
(2) I stayed for 2 nights, and while checking in, I requested housekeeping service after 1st day to clean the rooms and the staff confirmed. But when we came back to the hotel in the night after our first day, we found that the rooms were still not cleaned and there were no room service was provided.
As a whole, it was a good experience including a very good breakfast as well.

Every time I go to Waltham I stay at this hotel because it’s a little more affordable. Sometimes it’s not the best it’s very old the employees are not the best but if you’re looking for safety it’s a good hotel for safety plus you have to pay for parking.

Room was rather dirty. Pubes in the corners of the bathroom, air vent completely fuzzy with lint. Pink mildew? in the shower. We found socks and a bluetooth speaker left by someone near the nightstand. Somehow missed by housekeeping.
In the hallways there were several random drink cups on the floor, ledges, etc. Not sure what was going on, it wasn't late in the evening. Still there the next morning when I left.
The good... Room was huge, with a fridge, microwave, sink, living room area and bedroom area. Price was reasonable as well.
Hopefully just was this room that housekeeping didn’t spend enough time on. We were tired and didn’t want to move. I probably could have fallen asleep slept in the bushes in a ditch by that point.

Checkin counter women said all rooms sold out.
She even said Embassy suite doesn’t guarantee my 2 double bed booking because I booked through Expedia. Only 1 king bed left.
Instead apologize or offer compensation, her attitude was rude. Take it or leave.
I stayed this hotel more than 100 nights last 5 years
I asked her name to write complaint letter but she refused to give me her name.
She was not wearing uniform with name tag.
Expedia must make sure all Expedia booking is as valid as direct booking Embassy suite website.
