Lication great but could have been better experien
Hotel is understaffed and with many new hires. They need to staff up and train people. Also room was not super clean or serviced. The pullout bed had trash in it and so requested new sheets for that which came quickly. Also the eco amenities in shower were not filled for the soap one. Housekeeping brought up more and swapped out. There was trash under the oval cocktail table so i guess they dont normally move that during turn over.

We’ve stayed here before and enjoy the breakfast options. However the room itself was in needed of being cleaned better. The tile floor grout was disgusting. The shampoo/conditioner bottles in the shower were visibly dirty on the outside of the bottle and appeared like they weren’t wiped down after each person who stayed. The wall behind the desk had what appeared to be dried soda on it that perhaps spilled and ran down the wall. The sheets were yellowish in color which leads you to wonder if they are old or just not cleaned well when washed… we will think twice about staying at this location again.

The staff was great! I didn’t get charged for parking, which was a definite perk considering there’s no reason for the charge since they are not located in a city. Also, the cleaner noticed my wife left her purse and ran out to catch us before we left. That was a major bonus!

We stayed at this property 5 years ago & it was nice. This time the cleanliness was terrible. The carpet & furniture in our suite was very dirty, dingy, & sticky. Definitely need to replace the carpet & furniture in the living area

Great hotel for our family. Excellent value. Staff was great and the complimentary breakfast was terrific. My only complaint is that it said there was a hot tub near the pool and there was not.

Staff was really attentive and helpful. Breakfast area was really good and clean with very good options. I really enjoyed my stay there and definitely would come back again. Only thing was the pool they needed to do better on that.

Beautiful building; pool was nice and clean (water could've been warmer, but kids liked it); the free breakfast was amazing with personally ordered omelets and excellent variety of food; staff was polite and took care of our needs. Did not eat in the restaurant, but food looked great and always people eating there. Price was the best in the area.

After I was told my credit card was only used to reserve room and would not be used, after paying almost $200 dollars extra when registering. Woke up the next morning to notification from my credit card that an additional $212 had been charged to my card. Over drafting my account. Dinner, horrible. Nothing available on menu. Burger was raw,fries were burnt. Breakfast was good but cold, eggs, bacon everything cold. Left to memorial came back. Room was never cleaned they only removed the trash. Sheets were never replaced all weekend!! Never will stay there again.

We liked the Atrium Style of the hotel. The pool was nice. We did not like having to pay 15.00 extra to park there, it is a bit insulting.

My room was clean and neat. After returning from breakfast, my room door wouldn't open with the key. The third person sent to try to fix my door was able to open the door. I asked the manager to call me back to discuss the problem to no avail. I tried calling from my room, only to find out the room phone was broken and completely without service. An employee was sent to my room to fix the phone. I asked him to ask the manager to call my cell. As im speaking to her, at her suggestion I was going to document the manager's name only to find there wasn't a pen or paper in the room. This caused a major inconvenience for us and could have had serious implications. I had medication in my room that I needed. The hotel room phone was not working for my stay making us unreachable to hotel staff. I asked the on site manager, Mallika for the General Manager only to find out that she was off and wouldn't be able to speak with me until Monday. This delayed my departure and we were unable to fulfill a commitment. I'd appreciate a phone call from the General Manager, Ayesha Saddiqa tomorrow morning. Thank you

The room was okay, it was clean but could use some repair and upgrades. The couch cushions had tears on the bottom side. There were done rips in the wallpaper. The sofa bed was not made up as requested at the time of booking. My kids enjoyed the pool and the hot breakfast was great.

Was a great stay, had a few issues with towels and cleanliness of sofa bed linens. Hotel needs some work on the outside but it’s in a great location and staff is awesome. Prompt response to questions and requests. Breakfast was great. I’d stay again for sure.

The key card reader often took 4-7 swipes (very close to the sensor, full contact) to open the door. No shampoo in the dispenser. The bar?restaurant didn't have limes one night and didn't have steak the next. Just an average, ok experience.

We were a bit didappointed that the dinner menu at Amuse did not match the online selections and the choice on the menu was limited either due to food supply shortage or inexpierienced cooking staff. Beds were super comfy and the breakfast was above aveage.

Where to start with this property. The check in was what set me off to find everything bad at this location. I booked a two bed room. After we packed all of the luggage to the room, we came to find out it was a one bed room. Huge, two living areas, etc., obviously an upgrade. Except one bed. Where was my son (adult) going to sleep. There was no where. I went downstairs to say we got the wrong room. The response was that they were overbooked and had no more rooms. I asked to speak to the manager. There was not one on duty, I would have to talk to them the next morning. I said if there was an emergency, who would the desk person call. Suddenly there was a two bed room available. I know why it was not available because it had torn wall paper, etc. But still we got a two bedroom. Complained to someone as we were going out to dinner. They had the same issue and the person in their party was handicapped and sleeping on a sofa. And they could not access the pool at the hotel, they had to go to the front desk because the access wasn't working. Such a horrible experience but the price was sky high. Will not stay there again.

The hotel was clean and nice but our room which cost extra being the supreme suite came with a Handicap accessible shower which was bionic and uncomfortable. I asked to switch and found out none of the employees spoke English well enough to actually help someone with a problem. This was very disappointing we love embassy suites

My flight was delayed so I contacted the the hotel to inform them I’d be late. My reservation was prepaid. We arrived at the hotel at 0330 after a really tough travel day with airlines only to be told we’d need to wait 30 min for our room because their system was in downtime. There isn’t a manual process for this. The associate didn’t apologize or offer any other options but to wait. Then proceed to tell me it was my fault for coming late after the checkin cut off.
In the morning there were so many issues with food being empty, long lines, and a complete mess. The reason I chose Embassy Suites is for their quality, service and easy breakfast when traveling. I would not recommend this location however.

The first room I got had not been cleaned. The second room I got there was a problem with the microwave. They could’ve caused the fire possibly. There was a funky smell going on in the room. And it looked like there were like some cuts of like somebody stabbed the loveseat in The living room area. Other than the room was cozy and the staff was excellent. It’s a dated hotel.

The hotel had a fair rate and good location for our purposes, but the service was only fair and the hotel grounds and parking lot were filthy. We found substantial amounts of trash near are vehicle that were never cleaned up the entire duration of our 4 night stay.

They made me pay for the parking. It was saying parking available, not with a fee. I was with a friend (second room) and he too taught the same! So stupid. 2 clients lost for Hilton. And this is a good story. Nice thinking.
Plus I forgot my orange baseball cap in the lobby. Called many times. They told me they would check but hung on me. Called 12 times. Never got to speak to somebody that would handle this.
Rude, unprofessional staff. At the desk and on the phone. Hilton lost it.

Our family visited Boston for sightseeing as well as friends and relatives. This location is conveniently located near the major freeways going east and west as well as north and south. The accommodations were very nice and free breakfast buffet is a big plus! We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay here again...

They did not clean my room for 3 days, even after repeated requests. The Front desk was always under staffed. I asked for a manager 2 times and the manager was always too busy to speak with me. I suspect it was because they were handling complaints. For breakfast, the omelettes were the only thing I would recommend.

The biggest issue was that despite having a HUGE parking lot, in an area that isn't "walkable" they still charge $15 PER NIGHT for parking. I could see if this was a city property or valet parked. But no. $15 PER NIGHT just to park in their parking lot.
My digital room key never worked. Thankfully I was smart enough to keep my key cards on me. No vending machines. You have to go all the way to the lobby and pay ridiculous prices for water and a snack.
And the absolute worst part was getting pulled aside by a gentleman that worked for the hotel asking if we'd gotten our free points since they were celebrating their anniversary. I said no we hadn't. So he said he'd add them for me. Then immediately starts to SALES PITCH me to purchase a Hilton vacation stay. Seriously?!?! I come to a hotel to relax and have to try and extract myself from salesmen in the lobby? And I didn't even get any points added.
Wifi costs extra if you want it to actually work, you have to pay for premium. Just disappointing all the way around. So many extra fees for every little thing. $75/night incidental hold as well. Checked out at 8am and STILL haven't gotten my receipt for my stay.
All around an irritating stay. The rooms was clean enough at least. But the beds are super thin and hard. I'll stay somewhere else next time for sure.

We stayed at this location because our family that lives in Boston suggested this hotel. Evidently they stayed at this hotel in the past and enjoyed it. We too enjoyed our stay at the Embassy! Clean hotel, pool is nice, gym utilized, breakfast is fresh and location is perfect!

OVERPRICED janky, pseudo-luxury hotel. Additional $15 per night to park, $12 per night for wifi, broken fridge that was barely cool, shoddy workmanship in the room, broken outlets loose in the wall, uncomfortable furniture and beds. Front staff unhelpful & unconcerned. When checking out and voicing my concerns, I did not even get an apology. Paid for 2 nights, but left after one.

gross, dirty and neglected
It was disappointing to say the least. We were given a wheelchair friendly room. I do not know how this would pass as acceptable as all of the mounting toiletries were hard to reach and I'm 5'6. The room clearly had not been used in a long time because all of the sheets were dusty and the toiletry bottles were empty, and there were no towels in the room. We requested a new room the next day but it was not much better. The beds are beyond lumpy and soft. It was a dirty hotel and not well maintained. They had a pretty girl with long hair working the morning breakfast when her hair OPEN and down and open toed high heeled shoes. We will never stay here again and we will not allow our friends and family to stay here.

The property could use a bit of maintenance. There was peeling paint on the whole outside of the building. I just expected the place to look nicer. It looks like the painted over the doors to the rooms. The staff was very professional, the breakfast was delicious.

The hotel needs to be painted on the outside. The old paint is peeling. The garbage by the front door was always over flowing. Had to ask for towels a few days. They did not leave any. They did not clean the room 1 day. I have stayed at many embassy suites and this one is probably the worst one I stayed in
