A very clean and comfortable hotel with friendly staff and convenient shopping. Kapolei Village Center is only a few minutes away with Foodland, so if you need to stay overnight in Kapolei this hotel is a great and convenient choice.

Awesome!!
The Kapolei Hilton is my favorite hotel on Oahu. Perfectly hidden away from the crazy busy city. Amenities are absolutely awesome. Although the pool could be a bit bigger and deeper for adults. All staff was friendly and helpful. Street parking was fairly easy to find to avoid parking fee. My choice again for the next family visit.

Great sleep for this neurodivergent!
Booked away from Waikiki to avoid the noise but was pleasantly surprised with the bed size, comfort, and cleanliness. This was great sleep relative to most hotels whose beds keep me awake and uncomfortable throughout the night. Kids loved the pool, breakfast was a nice perk although I'd improve the quality of the offerings slightly. Mahalo!

Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the Happy Hour each day. The only negative for our first visit here was that our room (#217) was right next to the Fitness Center. Throughout the day, morning & evening, those lifting weights would drop the weights and we'd hear a loud thud when they did so. Will ask for a room on another floor the next time we visit.

Great staycation!
We had a great time here for the weekend! The breakfast buffet was good and they even had a omelet station that you could pick your own ingredients. The room was a spacious suite with 2 beds and a pull out couch too. They also have 2 restaurants on property and the sushi we got was so fresh! They have a managers reception at night where adults can get 2 free cocktails each and the kids get refreshments too(there was also some light snacks) The only negative for us would be how small the pool was.

Parking option should be posted more clearly. I chose this hotel because of “free parking.” It is free on the street not on the property. It costs 30$per night.

I have stay at this property a few times over the last three years. I have noticed and was disappointed in our room cleanliness. Carpet was worn and dirty. Bathroom floor was dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Room was also pretty dusty. As far as the free breakfast it was convenient and alright. Overall the property is still well taken care of and quiet at night.

Customer service, cleanliness ,was excellent, nightly parking fee is so expensive for $30 , dining supplies are not promptly monitored and always runs out of cups and fruits, to join hotel WiFi , needs a phone number, email etc.. which are not required to most hotel.

This is a great place to stay away from Waikiki and better price, we use public transportation and Uber, I recommend to rent a car for at least a couple of days. I love Polynesian cultural center and Diamond Head. Buffets is excellent, rooms are big.

If i picked my favorite feature of this wonderful property it might have to be the pool, hot tub and waterfalls…but really it’s just a great place to stay. Wonderful Staff. Ray was working so hard, yet maintaining such helpful friendly kindness shown to us. We will not forget!

Best hotel!! Came home to visit friends and celebrate my best friends birthday.. hotel and staff amazing...Tiarre (sorry not sure how to spell her name) at Sprigs made dinner so much fun. We were able to upgrade our rooms and check in early.. made going to the swap meet so much easier...

Nice Hotel in Newer Location
The location of the hotel was not suitable. If you stay at this location make sure to rent a vehicle. Share rides become expensive when most tours are only available in the Waikiki area. The local resorts offer some beach and entertainment options, but this hotel only has entertainment on Friday & Saturday during happy hour. The room was comfortable, but we had to remind housekeeping that we requested clean-up service. The front desk didn't answer our call three times during our stay. The breakfast offer was worth the price and the hotel was well maintained. Great for a stay away from the busy downtown areas. The dinner at the hotel restaurant Spigs was good but only offered from 5-9 p.m., there is nothing available between breakfast and dinner.

The hotel is nice and the breakfast is good. the evening happy hour is also an additional nicety. The pool is small but very nice with a cool rock wall feature. The rooms are big. We had a one bedroom that had two double beds in it. It’s nice to have a microwave and refrigerator so that you can keep food in your room. The hotel is conveniently located to the H1, which allows you to get around the island very easily.

Very friendly, attentive and kind staff! Good made to order breakfast with omelette station and they had happy hour for guests with 2 free alcoholic drinks per adult. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only downside would be the sliding door for the bathroom, kept coming off the track and hard to open. Aside from that, no other complaints. Would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Kapolei area.

This hotel was located 40 mins from the hustle and hustle of Honolulu so it felt really relaxing and was low key and not stressful like if you stayed in Honolulu area. The staff were friendly and professional. The hotel was clean and has great amenities and toiletries. Had basic complimentary breakfast and cocktail hour. Overall my family and I had a great experience

The Embassy Suites staff in Kapolei made the foundation of what became the most perfect 6 day vacation for my family of 5. They catered to our every request with enthusiasm. The hotel’s morning breakfast was fantastic. I recommend this hotel to anyone and willing to stake my name to it! I will be back.

Great stay with the family, continental breakfast was great lots of options including an omelet station. The only thing that I can complain about was the laundry room. Two washing machines and one was broken so of course the only one working was always full and never empty same for dryer.

Had to change our first room because of super wet red sticky stains on floor along with used q-tip on floor. 2nd room also had stains (not wet and sticky) room and bathroom had various stains and other indicators that the facility was clean nor sterilized. No blanket provided for “pull out” bed.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 208 which was a long walk to the elevator each day for our ages. The parking at $30 per day was too expensive. Probably will not stay again because of that. Also, the bar closes at 9PM which was too early for long travelers.

I liked the feeling of staying somewhere that wasn't crowded like Honolulu is, yet in a convenient location. The hotel was spotless, the workout rooms in good shape. I didn't like having to pay $40 a night for parking at a place that seems to have adequate parking for guests. I've seen that at hotels in congested areas, usually with valets, but this hotel really doesn't need to do that. I might look for a hotel in the area next time that does not charge for parking.

Loved our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. The lobby is beautiful and smells delicious. Parking is high at 30 dollars but there is some street parking nearby. The breakfast salsa is a must try. It’s only made once per week and it runs out because it’s so good!

Not enough staff. The grounds around hotel are very dirty. Restaurant is under staffed as well. Our mini fridge did not work and was not replaced. Very good breakfast that’s about it. Hot tub did not work.

Large rooms with queen size beds great for family of four with teenagers. Extra pullout couch/ bed and 2 TV's. Excellent breakfast which is included- best I have had!
