I didnt even get to stay at the hotel with my reservation due to a 'catastrophic event'??? I flew in from out of town, went straight to the hotel only to be told they didnt have a room for me. Nobody attempted to contact me to let me know this! Then I was redirected to the Residence Inn up the road (paid for). Not even comparing apples to apples. Next to the freeway, dated rooms and a clunking elevator that made noise all night (room next to the elevator). The mgr at the AC never even asked me if I would rather still pay and get put up in a conparable, nicer hotel (which I would have preferred). I was only told that I would be staying at the Residence Inn. No say so in it. Horrible lack of communication and even worse end result.

Disappointed in house keeping.

Worst guest experience- beware of valet scam
There’s a valet scam happening here. We checked out, tried to give the front desk agent the valet ticket to pay but she said that’s for the valet (and no mention that the hotel would be charging our room for it) so we went down to grab our car after checking out, got our car and paid the valet in cash for the 1 night of parking. We then get an invoice from the hotel with a charge for the valet - ok so we got double charged but it’s an easy fix right? No. The hotel refused to help us explain that the valet service is contracted by town park and they are a 3rd party service and they need to investigate. They also say that the valets are trained to not any money from guests either. They make me call the district manager of townpark and they didn’t even pick up for 4 days. He was very unpleasant and accused us of not specifying that this money we are giving the valet attendant as “parking” fee and that the valet assumed it was a tip. Why would we tip someone $50 for a 1 minute car retrieval? So now the hotel and parking company are telling me different things and I call the hotel again and again and they still refuse to help and I’ve left messages for the manager to which they won’t respond to. It’s not about the parking money anymore. This has become the most egregious customer service I’ve ever experienced and want to warn all prospective guests of this scam.

It’s getting hot in herre
AC went out, someone fixed it. Went out again and the room got to a very uncomfortable temperature. There is no maintenance in the middle of the night, and no comparable rooms were available - so they suggested a fan. It was fine but also… annoying. Nothing was offered other than a, “we’re sorry”, which again, is fine… but maybe a valet discount or something (since the room was already paid for) would have been nice?

Unpleasant counter service. No smile, no Thank you. They acted like they don’t welcome you. For the similar price, there’ll be plenty of option around the area. This is a convenient location, but the service can be so much better, especially for a Marriott brand

Overall a good stay. Only issue we ran into was cleaners coming into the room early in the morning while the door had a not disturb sign up. This happened persistently during the last 2 days of our stay in the hotel.

I loved my stay at the AC Hotel by Marriott! My corner room view was amazing, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom/shower felt luxurious. I will definitely stay again. Thank you to the amazing staff at front desk (Luis) for the extra care in making sure I was checked in while I spent time hiking with a local friend. Top tier service!

This is a nice property conveniently located for walking access to Bellevue. When we checked in there was no power in our room and engineering had to come to resolve the issue. They were very friendly and took care of the issue quickly. The power outage had caused the refrigerator (we think) to defrost and leave a puddle on the floor. So, we can't rate this stay highly, but expect we encountered a rare situation. Apart from the power and puddle, the room seemed clean and adequately appointed.

We really liked the location for the places we wanted to go (restaurants, city parks, etc.). The hotel itself was well maintained, had a nice lobby area with lots of seating and a nice bar. Happy hour could have had more specials and better pricing. The pillows in our room were a little too soft for our liking. We had four but they all felt the same.

No Air Conditioning and No One Cared
The air conditioning was broken so they had a portable unit in the room. However, they were too incompetent and apathetic to realize that the portable had to be vented. So, when the unit was turned on it actually vented more hot air into the room that it did cold air. When we called to get the issue fixed or a room change they did nothing to fix the problem and couldn’t have cared less.
In addition, the room was abnormally small.
I’ve stayed in and enjoyed other AC Marriott hotels but definitely won’t stay in this one again.

A lot to like, and a couple of hiccups. First is, upon arrival there is very little space to pull up. The valets work hard to be efficient, but they can only do so much. Second when you enter on ground level, there is a an out of service elevator that seems to have been out of service for awhile. You have to schlep your bags up to the reception area via the stairs. Fortunately we had small bags but at times when we travel w our children this would be a major problem. At check in, at 4pm, many of the rooms I and others were checking in to were not ready for check in. Folks were forced to sit in the lobby w their bags awaiting a room assignment. We were fortunate enough to get our room. It was nice and yet in the building placement the window faced a rooftop hvac system and a another section of the hotel. No view, little day light. We are there to sleep but it’s be nice to see something vs a building and mechanical equipment. Last but not least parking is scarce and the valet is $49 per night. Depending on length of stay this can be a problem. Overall a positive experience but not an excellent experience.

Checked in and asked for a luggage cart. Waited 30 minutes while they tried to find one. They never did so I had to lug all our luggage by hand. Heater didn't work so they came and reset it. Had to keep getting up and fiddling with it all night because we were freezing. Come to find out it's on a motion sensor so when you stop moving, it goes to 69 degrees. The rod to close the blinds was missing so the curtain had come unsnapped from the rod. No way to completely close the curtain so you're getting up with the sun. The fridge was consistently 42 degrees which is unsafe. Around 4:30 pm someone walked into our room. No knock, just walked right in. It had to be staff because the door was closed and required a key to open. When I went out in the hall I saw a woman who rad to have ran down the hall as she ducked around the corner. The "restaurant" is not a restaurant. They only "serve" breakfast. It's actually just a continental buffet style breakfast for $20 per person (usually free at most hotels). The menu in the evening consists of 4 flatbread pizzas...nothing else. We found a 2 foot long blonde hair and a giant pubic hair in our room to top it all off.
We did have one maintenance person who was VERY helpful and I think she actually got the heater to work. She brought us extra blankets just in case though. Thank you Noel!!!!! She was also the only employee we ever saw smile.

First of all, the hotel caters to men, and the lighting, amenities, and closet are not meant for women, really sad. Second, the staff after charging me for breakfast that was included already had a major attitude when I asked for it to be removed. Third, we are in 2023, there needs to be food that caters to vegans.

Waiting on my money
I had lovely stay, room was excellent clean, bed comfy, large TV, tea/coffee machine, safe.
Time season lobby and bar area was decorated accordingly.
If i had one criticism, is they charged £50 on my card for security, money has actually been debited, i questioned why with reception and she said i will get it bavk in 35 days, i wait see if this happens.
I totally get taking card details in case damsge or use of mini fridge. But do actually process is annoying..

Don't expect a full King. They use the term "King" lightly as it was definitely a Queen mattress. There was also NO area in the room that had a breakdown or list of how to get a hold of the front desk or get info on amenity questions other than the TV. The hotel promotes internet tv services but you still need a personal login, which defeats the purpose if I have to pay out my pocket on top of the stay rate. The booking did not mention that paid parking was the only option whether its valet or city parking overnight. Just not what I thought when I booked here. I would not stay here again

The service was not good, few times I have to remind them I bought the package with breakfast included and I just noticed they still charged me for it. When you call reception nobody is there have to wait or come down. They can improve because the hotel is very nice.

Stylish, super clean, new, amazing (extra charge) breakfast downstairs, close to all the places we love to visit in downtown Bellevue, but you need to park offsite because the only option is valet for $39. Room climate control was a puzzle and blew in our direction all night, but otherwise we will stay here again!

Housekeeping was terrible they were knocking on everybody’s door at 8am on a Saturday, asking what time we were leaving. They were also telling me how much they work and told me she used to be big like me but now she was skinny. Horrible service for the amount of money I paid for a “good” hotel.

We loved this hotel as it was very clean and modern. Very convenient location for visiting Seattle and the National Parks. There were many restaurants in walking distance as well a grocery store. Only 10 min away from a very nice Shopping Mall.

When we arrived, the bathroom sink was clogged. That first night the room got a little warm and we attempted to turn on the Air conditioner but it didn’t work. The following day we let let the staff know and they confirmed someone would come up so my boyfriend and I left for dinner. When we got back the air conditioner still wasn’t working and the room got warm again that night.

In terms of security, it needs to be changed. Anyone can use elevator regardless of key presence and the parking is valet only costs $39 per night. This is an unexpected costs.

while overall I'm recommending this hotel due to its superb location, cleanliness could be better - our bedroom floor was dusty.
for those who don't feel like paying $39 for valet parking, there are plenty of street parking around the hotel (2 hr limit weekday) or private parking across the street for cheaper
