The staff and customer service exceeds any expectations by far. They go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. The only issue was the random alarms that kept going off at weird hours disrupting rest and sleep.

Tried to find a place to sleep over night near the airport after flight got cancelled. Ended up here. The first alarm went off at 3am. Fureftrucks showed up. They said they have false alarms every night here. The second alarm went iff at 6:20am. It takes 10-15 minutes for the firemen to turn it off…. What a mistake

The check in was super slow. They checked me in under the wrong name, even though they had my credit card in their hand. We didn’t get the requested room (2 beds) and when we changed rooms we were charged another $50 deposit. Then our room had an extremely noisy air system with no heat or AC.

Very Accommodating
Hotel was accommodating to our flight coming in to Boston.
We arrived at the hotel at 4:00 am after doing a red-eye flight. We were able to get checked in and get some sleep before our concert started. They also allowed us a late check out time to accommodate our flight home.

The unique decor and price were the attractions for our stay. Only 1 elevator was in service and the parking was pretty limited the included sign to "Park at your own risk." This meant the hotel was not responsible for your vehicle if it was broken into or damaged. Make you wonder how secure your car was in their parking lot.
The hotel was clean overall. Does need some maintenance in the rooms. Found a few areas of wallpaper needing repair and we were missing a light blub in one light. Could also have used more than 1 bar of soap in the room.

Staff was really nice and helpful! Easily accommodated to a woman needing to change her room location in front of us in line and kept the bar open late night while we relaxed in the lobby. Clean and very cute aesthetic. Extremely close to Encore

Pros: Hotel has a hipster factory revival feel. The room was beautiful and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The accomodations themselves could be described as bougie. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well designed. Room had a refrigerator that actually got cold. Microwave is in the room with the ice machine at the end of the hall. Fitness area had a larger variety of machines available than many other hotels.
Cons: Not a good choice if you want to use public transport or walk to attractions. The area surrounding the hotel is not necessarily the best place for a woman traveling alone; some hotel patrons made uncomfortable solicitation-based comments at me in the elevator and upper halls, which is not the hotel's fault but worth mentioning to other patrons for their safety.
The paid breakfast option is not something
I would include in your plans, as it is very minimal. One elevator is nonoperational and the other is in bad need of service. There is a designated smoking area with benches and an outpost, but nonsmokers seemed to find the area inconvenient as the back parking lot access has you walking through the area.

The man who checked us in that evening was not very friendly. I don't know if he was frustrated that he was the only one working or this was his usual personality but it was not what I expect from the front desk staff.
The bathtub was clogged and drained very slowly.

Great staff!! Front desk were exceptional. The rooms can use some touch up paint a lot of scuff on the walls in our room. The heater did not work thank goodness it was not extremely cold outside. We only stayed one night for the Casino which is only 1.5 miles away. Worth the price plus free parking for a night at the casino.

Ok for an economical stay
Hotel is a former warehouse or industrial site that was remodeled. Area is not the best. Busy Parkway and no restaurants or businesses that you would want to walk to unless you want your car serviced at PepBoys next door. One of the two elevators were not working. LED lighting in hallways is that bright white not warm lighting. There was one person in at check in. He was behind the small lobby bar and also handled my check in. In the morning there was no one in the “cook to order” kitchen area and again, one person behind the check in counter. I checked out and grabbed coffee and a muffin at a local Dunkin. Hotel was economical and clean. But nothing special.

I love the look design and style of this hotel. The room wqs small.but super cute! I just like that everything was clean, new and upgrated. I only stayed one night but i would definitely stay again if i.even come back to the Boston area. Reasonably priced too. Only down side its on the main road and you can hear everything! Not much spound proofing.

We checked in at 6pm on Monday 2/27 before our flight on 2/28. When we stepped into our room the AC was on ( it was freezing outside and snowing). The room smelled used/moldy, overall unclean. We noticed candy on the carpet by the beds and the surfaces were not wiped down with an oily film on top. The real kicker was how filthy the entrance was… we cleaned it with a wet white towel and the entire towel was brown. It was completely disgusting. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Location was convenient, the room was cozy, we did check in later in the night, after a long day traveling, my family and I crawled in bed. I woke up around 5am freezing we had no heat in the room, trying adjusting the thermostat and nothing, and of course the actual hvac unit is literally on the ceiling above the windows. Tried calling downstairs but there was no directory card near by. I did speak to front desk, they said there was nothing they could do, since I should have notified them the night before.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful! Room is nice, ice and microwave are easily accessible, free parking which always is a plus. Extremely close to encore if your looking to go there for the night. Only thing it didn’t have was a long mirror which was difficult with 4 girls getting ready but that is the only minor complaint. Everything else was great!!

This place just felt creepy. I stayed 3 days, and I did not see a single other guest. One elevator broke, paint peeling in bathroom, etc. This place is old and run down, and needs a regular chain to purchase and renovate top to bottom.

The room and common areas were very nice—modernized vintage, quirky and with an upscale feel. Everything you’d want in a boutique accommodation. Front desk staff are fantastic: professional, relaxed, friendly and welcoming. The low overall rating comes from the overly aggressive and even invasive behavior of the housekeeping staff — well at least one woman who I was told wasn’t even assigned to my room. Nevertheless the repeated attempts to enter my room while I was in the shower and on the toilet were enough to make me feel uncomfortable staying another night at the hotel that I had otherwise really enjoyed. She ruined the whole experience. On the silver lining, the management team responded relatively well to the situation while maintaining a measure of plausible deniability. In other words, they apologized and offered several options to help me find some satisfaction while simultaneously verbalizing doubt that anything I said could ever happen in their hotel. In the end they refunded my entire stay, even though I’d already passed checkout time on the second day.
tldr: Great place and good management and front desk team, but perhaps a bit light on vetting or accountability for housekeeping staff.

The room smelled of tobacco strongly. I was moved, but the second room clearly a staff member had used it within in the past hour or two to smoke “pot”! Not good…. Since I do NOT smoke these are pungent smells to me. Ice machine didn’t work, have to use a community microwave if need & noisy. If you need rest… not great.

I have tried 5 different hotels in the Boston area, this was the worst. Very very noisy, the windows are not properly isolated. The AC sounds like a garbage truck. Bed and pillow are not comfortable at all. The location is full of big trucks and always congested. This hotel is very outdated, I honestly wouldn’t pay more than $50 per night.. I recommend you to come and see the hotel in person before you book it

I stay here for work sometimes as a traveler for the local hospitals. Every time I check in after a long shift I’m greeted with a smile and kindness. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I love how they can usually accommodate a higher floor request for me. (Reduces street noise level) they have nice toiletries and comfy beds.

AC in a room we were given didn't work properly. It was freaking cold inside! I called to the room service, the guy told me to reset it and wait some time so it gets warmer. But it didn’t. He came to our room but he couldn’t fix it. So we had to move with all of the stuff, tired, to another room in the middle of the night! My friend got sick because of the cold! When we were checking out lady said they going to issue a refund for our stay. Week later I still didn’t get it. Called to the hotel, manager was very unprofessional and wasn’t nice at all! I was trying to explain what happened, he didn’t even listen, interrupted all of the time. Said they issued a 70$ refund (night stay cost me 222$) and that I had to call Expedia to find these money since I never got it.

In general in the rooms and entrace looked good. It looked like they bought out an old hotel and went to hobby lobby to quickly decorate which was cheaply looking good but it doesnt matter how good it looks if you cant get into your room. In 3 days I had to get 4 sets made. Shared amenities like microwave and gym equipment were broken.

I had a room on the second floor on the front of the property. The noise at night from cars and trucks kept me from sleeping the two nights that I was there. The hotel is really nice but if you go, request a room that is quiet if you value your rest.

This hotel was very stylish and comfortable! Close enough to both Salem and downtown Boston that it was easy to visit both over a weekend! Staff were friendly and helpful, room and bathroom were clean, and the area felt safe!

Staff is nice, decor is really cute. The room is a lot smaller than one might expect, but was cozy. Outside of rush hour, the hotel is convenient to downtown. Unfortunately, the neighborhood is not where most travelers paying $300/night are going to *want* to stay, but if you’re budget-conscious and want to visit Boston, Everett is sorta the best bet. Initially I could not have justified paying $600-700/night (plus parking!) in the city, but I’m rethinking that now.

1. My friend ordered UNION donuts at around 9 AM via Uber Eats and left them at the front desk; the order had the receipt stick on it under our names. When we asked their front desk staff at around 8 PM; they gave us the donut boxes with only three donuts left, literally dirty like a leftover. We complained, and they offered to pay for our donuts & the money will credit to our room rate. That was our last night in BOSTON; we wanted to try the donuts, and their store was already closed. It has been almost a week, and I haven't received any refund or updates from them.
2. Their check-out time is at 11 AM, but their staff entered our room suddenly at around 8 AM when my friend was changing; they didn't say sorry at all and also deactivated our key card.
3. The fridge in the room didn't work, which made our dessert/food go bad.
Unprofessional customer service with a high room rate; it was the worst stay ever!

The only caveat is the location, very industrial. The building is a repurposed sewing machine factory! Zero walkability. All else was great. We lived the big scrabble game in the lobby. The staff could not have been nicer. We lovrd the references to the buildings history, photos, sewing machines! We will be back

I checked into the hotel and the front desk (Fred) was amazing and went out of his way booking me a UBER to the airport. He is a credit in his professionalism and demeanor to this hotel, a true ambassador to this hotel. Room was clean and quiet and I will stay here again.
