Worth it
The only complaint i really have is the pool was closed, and the mattress was realy hard like too firm. Other than that, the suite was so nice. Hot tub in the room was relaxing. Had private balcony, overall the two night stay was enjoyable and worth the cost.
The staff were very friendly, breakfast was also pleasant. Clean rooms, clean lobby, clean dining area.

Don’t recommend you staying here
1. Pool is out of order/ not working
2. When I asked about the gym the gentleman stated they didn’t have a gym but then came back and stated it was in the 1st floor and never knew about it.
3. When I came back to my room after being out for dinner/show (couple of hours) I found a big roach on my bag and called the reception as he stated they didn’t have roaches and they just recently sprayed the hotel. I informed him to come to my room to show him (as he did) and he gave us a different room for the night. Although he was doing all he could to make our stay better and appreciate what he was able to do for us. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here cause I know I would not return back to this hotel.

I stayed here with my boyfriend on 12/31/23 we had the suite room with the jacuzzi. The room was gorgeous but when you walked into the room there was an odd smell to it.. it wasn’t unbearable and frankly after being in the room you don’t even notice it. There were somethings about the room that I did question but wasn’t a big deal to me. For example the jacuzzi had cracks in the tile and their were stains on the wall and ceiling in the kitchen area of the room. It didn’t bother me much but figured I’d add that in. The staff were very helpful and friendly and I absolutely LOVED the beds! They’re so very comfortable! I definitely recommend staying here! I really enjoyed my night!

We stayed 3 nights. First room we were in, had food in the refrigerator and on the counter from previous occupants. The refrigerator did not work in the second room. We had to constantly get our room keys reset for the 3rd room every night. No proper ventalation in the bathroom. Pool was "broke". Bed hard, very uncomfortable.

Avoid!!!
Showed up to the hotel and immediately saw cockroaches in the hotel room, when the moved us to a new room the lights didn’t work and even more bugs. When we asked for a refund they refused. Avoid!!!!

The road goes on forever . . .
I had a nice stay here. The checking was easy and the staff friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and comfortable. The bed was a little too firm for me, but to be fair, 90% of hotel beds are too firm, so I travel with a 3” mattress pad. Otherwise, a great stay. I would stay here again.

Check-in tried to over charge clerk was hard to understand. Wi-Fi hard to connect. Refrigerator not working. No services within walking distance. Breakfast was extremely limited. Overall a poor excuse for a motel

Beware pictures look VERY generous. Our room stunk, hairs in the shower, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, very dusty and cobwebs, missing wash clothes, tiny bathroom, sink water was cloudy and wouldn’t get hot. Outdoor entry doesn’t have a working lock so anyone can get in if they want. Would not stay again. Very affordable though and they are pet friendly.

Our stay was short 10pm-10am so we didnt have time to use the pool. The continental breakfast was okay, they did have quite the varity of food for bkfst! The rooms were decent size, bed was comfy! Bathroom was tiny and the hot water wasnt hot enough for me. It was right off the freeway so that was perfect for us. All in all we had a good stay.

A pleasant stay
This was my first stay at Quality Inn, the room was immaculate and quiet. They have parking in the lot, where you can see your vehicle from your room window. The beds and pillows are sooooo comfy. The room was on the second floor, with no elevator, however, the staircase was carpeted which made it easier to climb the stairs. Please consider installing elevators. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating, The complimentary breakfast was good too! P.S. Hey friends stay here for the convention, easy drive to the Convecation center!

When arrived it took them a good 20 mins to get off a call and check me in no one else was there Room smelled awful top blankets were stained room was not in good condition’s when arrived room window was open like it was being aired out smelled like cigarette smoke traveling from Texas all we wanted was sleep after driving 16 Hrs not recommended at all.

We were in the room for approximately 1and a half hours. The room would not cool down nor would the fridge get cold. We wanted a room with a jetted tub to relax. When it is hot in the room you can't enjoy the night in the tub. There had also been someone in the room before us because there was already garbage in the trash. The mirrors were not cleaned around the jetted tub and the security doors had duct tape over latches giving free entry to anyone. When I addressed my concerns it was not greeted properly I was told to check thermostat....news flash there is no thermostat in room the employees should know and understand the equipment in room. I will be letting everyone know through social media about this experience. You should remove this property from your group to avoid tarnishing you reputation.

Classic flea bag hotel. Vending machines were hot so beverages were hot. Room was filthy. Staff was fine. Breakfast was ok but very small and not much variety. Rear exterior door was broken so anyone and their brother could walk right in. Not secure and very dirty:

Good bed, clean linrns. Secure room with excellent temperature control.
Bathroom was ceamped and small, and shower low water pressure made for a frustrating experience. The TV was too small and poor picture quality, and the continental breakfast was poor.....no waffles as pictures, scrambled eggs from powder, and limited choices.

Honestly, quietest hotel I think I’ve stayed at in awhile. The room was surprisingly big and it felt like everything was updated recently, which was awesome. Not much to do / look at around here, but I wasn’t trying to sightsee on NYE. They had trouble with my card because I booked third-party, so if you’re staying here just do yourself a favor and book direct (prices should be the same, according to the staff). Everyone was cool and pleasant, and the overnight desk lady let me into the locked breakfast lounge to get silverware at like 230 in the morning, so that was nice.

Close to family events was good. The pool was cold the spa wasn’t open that’s the reason we booked here apposed to the other hotel. The room had a broken desk chair, and the heat lamp in bathroom had a regular light bulb. I was not satisfied with my experience.

The whole reason my daughter and I stayed there was so she could use the pool. There were people in it all day, when we went to go to it at 5pm, they must shut the heat down because it was about 30 degrees in the pool room, dark, and the person working the desk “didn’t know how to turn the lights or heat on” so by the time they got someone it was so cold we had to just go back to the room so my daughter didn’t get sick from being in there.

The staff were wonderful!!!
That wasn’t the issue! I endured some racism with some other guests but not the staff!
As for the hotel itself; the internet pics are deceiving! The pool is super small and can really on feel like a family of 5-6 should be in there at one time.
Also; the hotel bathrooms and refrigerators really need renovating!! It was nothing “Quality “ about those!! Otherwise: I would stay again but knowing what I know I won’t be returning!!

Our first room smelled so badly, I asked to be moved. Our 2nd room was much better, but still had a bit of an odor. I like to walk outside, but there was really no where to walk - not really the fault of the property.

The lobby was clean and bright. The pool area looked good but we did not swim. Our rooms were not great. They had a bad smell and we needed maintenance to fix our window as it was unlocked and we couldn't lock it. Breakfast was fine, nothing special but not bad.

It was a mixed bag
The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. There is no elevator so it was difficult for us as older travelers to get our things up the stairs. Some of the outside doors did not lock so it felt a bit unsafe. We booked through Expedia and paid in advance but the staff couldn’t find 1 of our reservations and advised us to take it up with Expedia because they couldn’t give away a free room. We wondered how it was free when Expedia paid them. The hotel did eventually find the reservation.
The front desk staff was friendly but rarely at the front desk.

The property was fine. It was about what I expected for the rate I paid. But I almost missed my breakfast. I asked for a wakeup call at 7:30 AM. The person at the desk agreed to do so and attempted to program that time into her phone system. I never got the call.

good bed, ok breakfast, could have been warmer food, cold pool, although they turned the heat on when i swam. Ac blower in room stuck on low, room was too warm, 90 outside. Room lite switch was not hooked up to a lite! Just overall cheap lets nickle and dime the guest operation.I Do not recommend.

Okay for a quick stop
This is definitely an older run down location, but it seemed to be clean enough for an overnight stay. However, our room smelled of smoke and incense. I would have said something but it was late when we checked in and we had already brought in all of our luggage (it was a lot and it was freezing). The next morning I realized I should have said something in case they tried something shady and charged me a cleaning fee, but luckily they did not. They clearly burned incense to try and cover the smell rather than use the $250 cleaning fee that was probably charged to whomever actually smoked in the room. Overall the location was acceptable for a place to sleep while passing through, but that's about it. Breakfast was decent - about the same all the other Quality Inns and Choice Hotel location.

I've stayed at a Quality Inn before which was why I booked another. Overall I still like Quality Inn, but this time the pool water was so dirty, you couldn't see the bottom. Maybe their filtration system was broken? The heat in the room also didn't work and it got down to about 35 overnight, brrrrr. Otherwise though, VERY clean, very attentive staff, great breakfast.

Impressed for the cost
Hotel wqs fine. Clean. A little run down,but its an older property. The breakfast was better than expected. Lots of choices. Wish there was more gravey for the biscuits but it was more towards the end of the service. Cereal, eggs, sausage, pancake maker, hard boiled eggs, bagel, muffins, yogurt, juice machine. Lots!

Nice hotel, very rude manager

the bad: rude manager on duty, walking barefoot around the property, made a mistake of giving me a room that was not ready yet (which was an accident) but it was like dealing with vending machine, very rude.

As soon as we entered our room the person behind me checking in opened the door to our room with a key. The staff checked them into the same room. The door handle did not work properly. Rather than fix it there was a permanent note explaining how to open. To use the toilet you had to stand behind the toilet to close the door. There was no coffee in the lobby. The coffee in the breakfast room was instant, not brewed. The breakfast was not good. The scrambled eggs were very dry and tasteless. Worst hotel in more than two years.

They didnt have our correct name on my room that i prebooked online and upon checking in they had all the wrong information. Mid stay my room key got deactivayed because they still had the wrong information for my room and thought i had checled out. This happened for my entire group that we booked 3 spearate rooms. Definetly need to get their computer stuff in check. Breakfast was not very good either, there was alot of debree in the pool as well.

I was told the outer doors were locked from 11pm through the night but when I went to my car at 4 am on Monday morning the doors were not locked. This is a huge safety/security issue for me.

Its nothing to write home abroad
The beds were comfortable and most of the staff was friendly. The bathroom was missing parts in the ceiling were the fan goes, towels were at a minimum you had to ask alot for stuff. At one point we were told towels are on the cart and the guy just pointed towards the hallway the cart was sitting in.

Room needs updates done
Room was clean but needs some updates done bathroom door was not closing properly,the bar for shower curtain was fall off of wall the remote didnt work had to go to front desk to get it fixed.The juccuzzi tube only had 2 jets that were working was not happy abt that.

False advertising through pictures
The hotel has been redone but there were spiders in the bathtub, an open hole in the bathroom ceiling where an exhaust fan with light is supposed to go, and it lists a basic hotel room with a small jut out as a suite. The pictures hotels.com provides for the suite we book show a whirlpool in the room, spacious interior, and a balcony into the pool area. We paid for this room but we’re given a basic room with none of the items above. The hotel would not make any concession got us and hotels.com fought with us on the phone, denying that they falsely advertised the “suite.” We paid a suite price for a basic room. Starting on the phone with them for a long time, we were offered $50 off a future stay. While they said it was the best they could do, we took it. But we feel it does not account for their false advertising. The representative said Hotels is “currently in the process of updating its pictures with this hotel.” Even if this is true, the fact remains that it is currently listing false photos for rooms that are not suites. We are very disappointed previously loyal hotels.com customers. When we finish our current collecting of nights toward a free night, we will be done with hotels.com for good.

Parking a challenge
They stay was okay overall. The staff was polite and professional. The room was clean, though the blanket on the bed had cigarette burns and the bed was extremely hard. The pool was out of service for part of the stay. Parking was difficult as there was a semi truck and trailer parked across about half of the parking spaces at the front of the building and a series of smaller trucks and trailers parked on the back half where you are supposed to drive making parking a difficult affair as there was very little room to maneuver.

I paid extra for 2 beds so my tossing and turning with ‘travel back’ wouldn’t bother my husband, forgoing the king-size bed. Once in the room, it felt comfortable and in good shape. I had a lovely swim in the pool. When we sat down to watch tv we discovered the batteries taped into the remote which didn’t work. The desk clerk took a remote from another room and switched the batteries out as there weren’t any new ones around. (And no new tape! Lol) That did not fix the remote so we watched one channel and I got up and down to make necessary changes. I drew the line at standing there channel surfing. While sitting on the bed I kept smelling something very unpleasant and when we gave up on the tv I pulled the spread back to get a giant whiff of pee. Needless to say, I really wish I had gone with the King since

okay for one night, not more.
When walking into the room there was a fierce odor, that continued throughout our stay. The air conditioning wasn’t working which made it hard to sleep. The room was large but the bathroom was tiny!! Worked for a quick one night stay but wouldn’t stay here on a vacation. Felt bad for my neighbors because our door wouldn’t shut unless we slammed it as well, please fix so no one has to hear door slamming at night.
