In the photos, the hotel showed newly remodeled rooms. In reality, this property is in very bad repair and dirty. Some features, like the cooktop and kitchen faucet were broken.

The room smelled terrible and was dirty and old. We also had a couple flys in the room. I would not recommend this place to stay ever. Very disappointed.

The only thing i liked was the bed was comfortable. The lights did not work in bathroom or over table. The plug did not eork in the kitchen and there was no shower curtain, that was handed to us after we were in the room for a while. But eith no lights we didnt put it ip.

Dirty floor

My room was not very clean. Crumbs on the floor. Baseboards haven't been cleaned this decade. Peeling paint. No remote for the TV (which can't be operated without a remote). For an extended stay hotel, there isn't a chair to relax in, only a dining chair.
The room had an odor that the room freshener couldn't mask.

Room was dingy and run down. Brown work out blanket on bed with holes in it.

The actual room was nice, but only after my boyfriend and I cleaned and disinfected it top to bottom. It had a musty smell at first, the floor was dirty and sticky, and the fridge had mold in the crevices. But bc we are in a pandemic, we brought our own cleaning supplies and redid the entire room to make it liveable. After airing out the room, we used room spray to keep the air smelling fresh and not musty. If the cleaning staff took the time to thoroughly clean, then the rooms would seem amazing. Also, the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed. The French guy at the counter was very rude to people calling the front desk, saying "I can't help you, call back later" and would hang up on people. I'm just glad he informed the maintenance man to fix my clogged sink, because he initially said "and what do you want me to do about that?" And he answered his own question by saying "I'll tell the maintenance guy".

I was very happy to have a kitchenette with needed kitchenware, good bathroom, surprisingly quiet, nice table with two chairs, and plenty of electrical outlets. My room was pretty freshly painted.

An affordable place
Hotel is in a convenient location. It is an extended stay type, which at least in our room, included stove, fridge sink and and oversize bathroom. The room seemed clean, however, there was a musty/smoke smell that made it feel like it was hard to breath. The linens seem a bit dated and didn't look to be freshly cleaned. There was no trash can in the room in neither the bathroom or the main room, small detail but it seemed important.

The lock to the door came apart as we closed the door. Parking lot was full with guests tailgate. Checked in and out at the same time. Did not feel secure and safe.

This place was disgusting. Our room looked like someone got into a fight in it and it had not been cleaned after. The sheets were sure and we found a used condom on the floor.
When we reported it, they were booked and could not find the issues. We were moved into a different room the next night but it wasn't much better. We ended up cutting out stay short. Never again.

Toilet did not work, baseboards pulling off walls, telephone did not work (room 305), spread had burn holes in it although the room was non-smoking, floors dirty, walls had holes that had been patched but never sanded and repainted. Told the front desk and they didn’t question it and moved me to room 221. Room 221 was also dirty, had burn holes in the spread, patched holes in the wall and the dishes in the cabinet were not clean - one had a hair stuck on it. I slept on top of the bed for fear of what I might encounter under the spread.

Price. Mini kitchen. However under construction I came in at 4 they said the property was not going to be ready for a couple hours. Came back at 7 property overlook parking lot full of construction garbage and items right outside my hotel room. Sheets were clean but carpet was full of plaster from work that was just done bath shower was full of plaster dust and no shower curtain.

The place was filthy. Horrible smell in the room. Like they did a half-assed job of covering up that someone had smoked in there. Dishes were dirty in the cabinets and I had to rewash silverware prior to using. Only a mini-fridge in an extended stay hotel.

What ? No housekeeping!
The hotel was ok. But no daily housekeeping. Towels need to be brought to front desk for exchange. Otherwise it was ok. You only get maid service every 7 days. Also no pool. Actually NO amenities.

This hotel is in terrible condition.
The assigned room and the subsequent requested reassignment smelled of mold and mildew. Both rooms had dirty walls, blackened bathroom tile and an uncomfortable bed. The rooms are in terrible condition. I would have left if I had any other choice. Revolting experience.

If you're desperate, low on cash, and all you want is a clean bed and bathroom, this might be okay. It's cheap, and like the saying goes, "You get what you pay for." Frankly, I was shocked when I entered the room. First, I was hit by a strong musky odor. Secondly, The furniture was absolutely pathetic! I almost backed out right then and there but I didn't feel well and needed to get away for a couple of days. I was trying to save money. I should have spent the money. I, thoroughly, checked the sheets and bed. They appeared to be clean. The bathroom was very clean and the little kitchenette was clean. The carpet, too, was clean. The only thing positive that I can say was that even with the wretched way the place looked, that it was clean and it wasn't too noisy. I stayed and got the couple days rest that I desperately needed. Like I said, take it if you're desperate and short on cash (I wasn't short on cash. Just didn't want to spend it). Next time, I'll spend the money.

Property is extremely dirty, not old but dirty. Room walls are filthy, the sheets have huge cigarette burn holes and the room smells horrible. Tenants where heed fighting in the hall ways at 2 am (couldn’t sleep). Facility is really disgusting.

I’m disappointed in this hotel. I’m paying to rent a room , yet if I want housekeeping services , it’ll cost extra! If I want clean towel, I have to bring the used ones to the office in exchange for clean ones. The kitchenette is falling apart, not enough hot water in the shower. When I checked in the kitchenette was dirty. I had to buy windex and clean it myself along with washing all the dishes. The fridge is dirty and not level. The tile floor was disgusting when I was cleaning it. What does housekeeping do? Nothing!! The furniture needs replacing overall. Falling apart. Parking sucks!!

The furniture was old and in bad shape. No space to get in bed on one side and little on the other. The room smelled like mildew badly. Someone was in our room while we were out and left cigarettes in the sink. Neither of us smoke , but am afraid of being fined. And did not feel safe if someone can get in. The desk made new keys to make us feel better but the old ones still worked, she said they would not. Overall the worst hotel experience ever and we have stayed in a lot of rooms.

Upon arrival property had good parking. Check in was quick and effortless. The request made via booking was accommodated perfectly. Handicap room was clean, spacious and comfortable.
