The stay was fine. It’s just an average 3 star hotel. The purpose of the visit was just a 1 night stay so we can leave for our cruise the following day. The next morning we checked out and asked the front desk for a taxi to get to the cruise port. A regular yellow taxi came and he called off the taxi and told me that the hotel has a specific taxi that they normally deal with. I didn’t think anything of it as they were speaking in Spanish and I couldn’t understand a word they were saying. Anyhow another taxi came but it was different. It wasn’t the typical yellow taxis that they have in Miami, it was a regular suv but they had a taxi meter inside. The ride to the port was 30 mins. When we got to the cruise port we were charged an excessive amount for the ride. It was $90. A regular taxi would have been half the price. In all my years of travelling I have never been to a hotel that purposely worked with others to scam their guests. I couldn’t believe that a hotel would do this to their guests! I definitely would not be staying here again!

Our stay here was satisfactory. Breakfast was decent with enough options to select from. It was within walking distance of 2 malls and there is a Japanese restaurant on the compound. Our room had washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, microwave and save. housekeeping came every day.

Firstly I tried to check in sooner and I asked if it was ok to come an hour early. They said they would call me back and never did. We left a book in the room and contacted them… they never called back…. Called again the next day and they said to call them back if they found the book and once again I had to call them. They said it wasn’t there and it wasn’t their fault. Staff were really nice but service was substandard at best.

The rooms are amazing! It’s like a mini apartment, with all you need. It’s clean, staff was friendly. Great location if you want to be close but not too close to the airport. I will be back!

Las personas del lobby fueron muy atentas y serviciales. Luego, el personal de valet parking horrible. No saben tratar con personas, siempre tienen audífonos y no escuchan cuando le hablas. Parece mas un motel que un hotel. Los pisos sucios de polvo, ruido toda la noche, camas super incomodas, iluminación pesima. No nos fuimos la misma noche porqué acabamos de llegar de conducir de un viaje largo y estabamos cansados. Pagamos 2 noches y nos fuimos al dia siguiente temprano. Tuvimos una noche pésima, el peor lugar que me he hospedado. Dejando una noche perdida y sin usar.

During my "hotel hell" issue with Nuvo...when someone "drop the ball" and do the "blame game dance" Nuvo throw Travelocity under the bus, stuff and management to seem like u guys "Fall Off"

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. It was good I must say. Only issue was the WiFi connection in the room was not connecting properly but it wasn’t such a big deal. Breakfast was mid nothing to shout about.

When you book rooms on Expedia and other sites rather than through the hotel directly, you get placed in all the left over, undesirable rooms up on the 7th floor and above with no view. Horrible experience

I stayed for 2 nights on business
It was ok I enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was friendly( for the most part). They offer free valet for guest parking that was a plus. However with on steps you can walk across the road and you have many store’s restaurants to chose from. I would stay again. I would probably book a suite for access to laundry use for longer stays

I was looking for a place that was quiet, close to the beaches but not in a loud place. There was free valet parking, the rooms felt like I was in an apartment. The beds and pillows were super comfy. The staff were also all friendly.

OMG!!! Nuvo you exceeded my expectations for miles. I used to live in the area and now I came back to visit. I used to see the hotel when i drove by and always liked it, but now that really know it inside and out, all I have to say is I will be visiting again, must definitely you are my first option from now on. Thank you for such an amazing experience.

Probably the closest nice hotel near the the Everglades park entrance. Free parking. Washer and dryer in the room in addition to kitchenette. Nice pool although the jacuzzi wasn't very hot. Quick check in and check out.

Property was ok. Spacious rooms. Rooms were clean. Large balcony. Very nice staff. What I didn’t like was no room service. You can’t even bring the continental breakfast to your room. Bedroom TV didn’t work properly. Website showed two couches in room and I only had one. One Ice maker for the entire property was inconvenient.

Spent a few days with my family. Nuvo Suits was exactly what we needed with a baby. It’s a home away from home with a kitchenette, washer and dryer as well. It’s about 7 mins drive from Dolphin Mall which is great for shopping, so many stores and great prices. Will definitely stay there again.

Great service staff are very accommodating. Breakfast bar is convenient with various options. Pool is the main highlight with a gym connected to it. Rooms could be a bit more spacious but overall sufficient for my stay. Excellent hotel would come again.

Beautiful pool and friendly staff
We stayed at Nuvo Suites in 2018. We chose them again for this trip because of the beautiful pool and were not disappointed. The breakfast was good especially considering it is included, the valets are very fast-no need to wait until your car is ready, just head down after you order it-the room was spacious (executive king) with a door between the kitchen/living area and bedroom/bath.
Again, the pool was the highlight. It is big, beautiful with great views. It’s an oasis in Doral. They have pergolas and umbrellas for shade. This is a great, budget friendly hotel and our go-to in Doral.

This property is amazing! The interior and exterior design is absolutely fabulous and artistic. Besides it being beautiful it is clean with amazing staff always on deck and ready to help. Whatever you need the front desk is ready to assist you :). The free breakfast they offer is also delicious with a variety of options to choose from. The rooms are very spacious and clean with a kitchen and washing machines so you cannot beat that…book and you will not regret ! ;)

Vary beautiful place over all. Me & my husband stayed. The hotel was very clean & up kept. Room was much more then expected. The pictures online was beautiful however this place is a must see. Pictures just dont do it justice much nicer & cozy in person. Roof top pool is so beautiful. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in Miami!

This place felt like home clean beautiful the free breakfast was a great touch and it was good. I loved the pool and hot tub. And the free valet parking was great they didn't ask for tip so i made sure i tiped them better than my stay in south beach. Best stay so far on my miami trips.
