Great staff!
Great staff! We were greeted by Allegra at check-in. She was very helpful and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The next morning, we noticed the refrigerator in our room was broken, and the desk clerk immediately arranged for Carlos, the maintenance man, to swap it out. He was very friendly and offered some tips about the local restaurants. We had a very nice stay, and the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

At to below average
The room could have been cleaner, especially the floors. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was below average - eggs were lukewarm, bagels stale, coffee also lukewarm. Also got to listen to an employee complain very loudly about another employee … whole experience was slightly below average.

There was a Waffle House cup in my room and one of the night lights left on. Made me feel someone else had access to the room. The beds were made and bathroom with new towels and no trash so I didn’t report it.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel in North Augusta. The room was nice, modern, and pretty much perfectly clean, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will be my first choice next time I'm in town.

Overnight in N. Augusta
At arrival the front desk lady was super nice, she engaged us in conversation and offered suggestions for things in the area. The hotel was clean and the room had everything that we needed. Walmart is next door and there are food a couple of food options close by as well. The hotel offered a complimentary hot breakfast and the breakfast lady was super nice aa well. I would definitely stay again.

You get what you pay for
Me and my family stayed two nights. No one came in the 2nd day to give fresh towels or dump trash or even freshen up the room at all. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa and we didn't even have enough towels the day we arrived. The room was booked for 5 and we had 3 bath towels. Just seemed like this property was a bit unorganized. Location was close to freeway for easy access to get started back on the road and there was plenty of food options and a Walmart super center very close. Also the beds were needing to bed replaced, everytime I moved I felt the springs. Rooms were nice and clean, property could have been a little better kept up, outside furniture was stained up and dirty.

My family has used this hotel several times. We came to stay for two days because we had death in our family. But this stay was absolutely horrible. If i can help it, i will not use them again. The check-in process was horrible and then they would not give me a receipt on checkout. Im just frustrated with two of the ladies attitude towards us. Customer service is very important. Being friendly and kind goes a long way.

Staff was friendly at check in, room was spacious and very clean!! Bed was super comfortable and our room was quiet. Shower was one of the best we’ve had in a long time. Didn’t have time for breakfast but everything else was perfect!!! Thank you!!!

Prior to our checkin a pipe had burst! The lady working the front desk handled the difficult situation with a lot of grace.
We enjoyed our breakfast. It’s important that there are protein options as I am gluten free. The lady working the breakfast area was friendly and terrific.

I like everything except the lack of cleanses. The bathrooms could be cleaned better. There is a ledge/bench in the shower. It doesn’t look like this area is cleaned very often. Then the bathrooms downstairs in the lobby was filthy.

The Best Hotel Stay Yet
We only needed 1 night stay for a short road and needed a place to rest our eyes. The parking lot was well lit and the front desk staff was very professional and friendly. Check in was fast and easy. The hot breakfast is the best hotel breakfadt i have had thus far in my life. All the staff was very accommodating and welcoming. Hospitality at its finest. Definitely worth another stay if our journeys take us in that direction again.

Where's the exterminator?
The room was clean and comfortable but a large palmetto bug was scurrying across the floor and a silverfish was on the heating/ac unit. Overall good stay. I will return in the near future.

Quick stop over in North Augusta
This stay was for running out of drive time while headed back home to Chattanooga from Charleston SC. There is ample parking for large trucks and trailers. The hotel itself is in very good condition and has been well maintained. The room was super clean, had a very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of hot water, a really nice Mexican restaurant with in walking distance, and and an exceptional staff!

Great hotel.
Check in was great. Room was clean. Hallway needed to be vaccinated but to be fair there was several ball teams at the hotel so I am guessing that is why the carpet looked bad.

When I reported catching a large cockroach in the bathroom to the front desk, the attendant was totally disinterested. The next day, I again reported the previous incident to a different attendant and was met with a totally different and far more responsible attitude.

Mini fridge issue and comfortable bed
It’s a comfortable stay and enjoyed the free breakfast. Wish the mini fridge was working from the beginning of the day I stayed…Requested to repair and it work at the end of my stay. I hope they have the mini fridge always fixed before customers reserve the room.

Did not have any problems booking the room for two nights online. Upon arrival, the room was ready and the front desk associate was super nice. The hotel had a basketball tournament going on in town but you could not tell because of the staff on duty. The room was in shape and we had a great stay.
