Great stay, bad breakfast
Clean rooms and lobby, super friendly staff, central to bars & restaurants. We stayed for one night before a cruise. Will definitely be back! Only negative was that the breakfast was super lacking. Egg omelet with no cheese, no meat, oatmeal, yogurt, white bread, unripe bananas. That was completely uninspired.

Great place to stay if you are going on a cruise 🛳 they have parking and shuttles services to all the cruise terminals plus the rooms are very very clean

For a cheap motel, it served its purpose! We stayed here the night before our cruise. It was less than a 5 minute Uber ride to the port. Room was clean. Free breakfast was good. Staff was friendly! Would stay again in the future.

The hotel was okay. I didn't like when ants came in the room thru the heating unit. I don't like when the outside room door has a large crack at the bottom, which is a open door to insects to come in your room.

Basic accommodation close to beach
Fantastic location within walking distance to beach/pier. Rooms were overall clean. It felt slightly damp in the room (even though not humid outside), so we had to keep the fan running. Very friendly front desk staff. Good value relative to price of other accommodations in the area

The actual room does not look like the pictures. Looks run down from the outside but the rooms are ok. Staff was ok, just not very friendly. We did not eat the breakfast, beacause it did not look good.

Comfortable
No frills, but was a clean, comfortable room. The staff were outstanding. Bed was great. Breakfast was pretty thin. We were there for 5 nights so we saw a lot of the same items over and over. Close to the pier and beach.

Everything was perfect! I went for a quiet 3 night get-away and could not have been more pleased. I booked an efficiency, that was updated, very clean and quiet! Staff was super nice. Heated pool was awesome. No negatives at all! Beach was close, Publix across the street was super convenient. I will be back!!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. We left after 1 night. "Suite" kitchen only had 2 forks. Tub drain was broken, had to place bar of soap underneath. "Sofa" sleeper couch was completely worn out,so much might have well had sat on the floor. Windows were beyond dirty. NEVER AGAIN.

I had booked a cruise transfer double checked this morning at 6 the guy said everything’s taken care of be ready at 11:30 came down to check out and the woman said it was never booked. Had to find different transportation

Great locatin, friendly and clean!
This is the best Days Inn I've ever stayed at, after many travels. It all depends on the owner. It was very clean, fresh linens and pillows. Add a very friendly staff to a pool and a block away from the Cocoa Beach and Pier. Perfect!

Kate the supervisor was amazing she made sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was super clear that if we needed anything she would make sure it would get done.
The room was clean. First thing we did was pull the matress covers off and look at the matress for signs of bugs and it was all good. The rest of the room was clean. They were in the middle of a remodel so there was construction going on. Do not drink the tap water. I grew up on hose water and i wouldn't let animals drink the tap water. NOT THE HOTELS FAULT just wanted to give a heads up if youre from out of town like we were.
Pool was clean but the door to the pool was janky af but no big deal if you know how to jimmy it.
We absolutely surprised and happy w our stay. Give it a shot.

Wir haben 140 Dollar für das Zimmer bezahlt. Hier stimmt definitiv das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht.
Das Zimmer ist keine 140 Dollar wert. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr laut und die Einrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen.
Darüber hinaus handelt es sich bei dem Bild des Pools um einen Fake. Der Strand ist vom Pool aus nicht sichtbar oder grenzt direkt daran. Schade, dass an dieser Stelle so gelogen wird.

Clean and comfortable
The lobby staff (I think his name was Dan) was super friendly and helpful. My husband and I arrived earlier then check in and asked if there was a restroom we could use to change clothes and go on to the beach. He directed us to a restroom and got us in our room a little early. The room was comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly but this hotel is better suited for spring breakers. Bathroom door didn't lock, mold around shower, unpainted/chipped walls in the room, pressboard furniture that wobbled. Accomodations not worth $200/night.

If your passing through to or from a cruise its worth it. They have 1 suite in entire hotel. It was clean, specious, kitchenette and e en some dishes. Wine opener was a plus. 2 balconies facing Cocoa Beach Pier. It would have been slightly better if they would have held our luggage for us even though we were super early so we could go eat. We waited an hour and a half for them to do that. We go eat at pier and are told our room is ready. We come back and they said it was a mistake. Made us wait at least a other hour. Not the friendliest staff. Also saw the cleani g lady in kitchen give a family a dirty look for not hurrying to get their food, since breakfast was close to being over. She rudely told them she was just waiting on them so she could clean. Again, ok for a quick stop.

Absolutely loved our 3 day stay. Room was awesome and looked at the beach. Beach was just steps away. Tina Marie and Kate at the front office were awesome. We would definitely come back when we do another cruise out of Port Canaveral

Great location right by the pier and about 10 minutes from cruise port. Older motel but kept up well. Didn’t like paying $5 to park but didn’t ruin my day. To me offer free parking and just add the $5 to the room.

I’m a non-smoker put in a smokers room. We were only there one night before our cruise and staff was able to freshen up the room a bit to help with the smell. I just stayed out of the room as much as possible which was easy to do with the beach and Publix being in walkable distance.

This is an older hotel, but it’s very clean. Breakfast was good. The price was good. It wasn’t on the beach but very close to it. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff was great, very friendly. But the room we stayed in was very dirty. The carpet made my socks turn black. There were tiny bugs and black dots all over the sheets/comforter. There were cockroaches crawling on the tv, tv shelf, microwave (there was even one trapped inside crawling around), and fridge. I took a bunch of videos of them but not sure how to upload it on here. I didn’t bother asking for another room, because if this room is infested with cockroaches, then the WHOLE BUILDING is. There were regular cockroaches and baby ones crawling around and also a couple huge ones that had wings. I slept the first few nights trying to ignore it. But one actually crawled next to my head on my pillow. I didn’t realize they were on the headboards/bed as well. That was it for me. It was too late to get a refund so we actually slept in our rental car in the hotel’s parking lot the rest of our stay. Only used the showers but didn’t sleep there. Never again. DO NOT SLEEP IN ROOM 207.
