Key location
Location was key for us. We were able to walk to our dinner reservations at Epic Chophouse. We had drinks at the hotel bar beforehand. Quiet hotel with great service. We will stay here again.

Paid for the breakfast but declined when I check
Very clean, prompt service, nice location.
Though I booked and paid for the breakfast, since it was not showing in the system they declined the breakfast. Well I see the charges on my credit card though.

Did not like that there is no continental breakfast at least coffee. Not everyone likes Starbuck.
Parking is terrible, all in the back, front spaces offered only for fuel efficient vehicles.
Room refrigerators was extremely small, my cooler was bigger. Would not recommend
Coffee pot in rooms were terrible.
My room wasn’t cleaned for the first 4 days had to ask for towels. Prices of these rooms were high for the quality

The staff were nice, hotel was clean and the hotel is located within Kingsley complex which had alot of restaurants. Only complain was no pool and no free breakfast

Location is good. Rooms are tiny if traveling with a family, over priced. Resort prices but no amenities or benefits. Could hear other toilets flush and doors close from our room. Won’t stay again.

Front desk scolded us for checking in early. Not a nice way to welcome guests. One small sliver of soap for two people, one coffee cup for two people and two towels with no towel bar to dry. Suite room with a rotten view
This used to be our favorite hotel in Ft Mill but has really gone down hill. When they host an event in their meeting rooms, the parking is nonexistent for guests. We had a quarter mile walk to get back to the lobby. Had to find street parking.

The hotel is nestled in an adorable shopping and dining are called Kingsley. Lots of cool restaurant, spas and salons within a block or so of the hotel. The hotel itself is not warm and welcoming. Very industrial in feel. The area is so nice that its still a great place to stay of a night.

Great hotel overall, however the condition/cleanliness of the shower was terrible. Please have the cleaning staff scrub the shower grout … black mold can be prevented if cleaned more frequently!

Weekend for Kids Soccer
I’ve stayed here several times and it has always been a great experience. Hotel staff is very accommodating, location is terrific. I’ve stayed with family for kids soccer games and also stayed here during business travel and it’s a perfect spot for both.

Nearly perfect for the family
The hotel is located in a combined housing and shopping district. There are a variety of restaurants and businesses on the main strip leading to the hotel. My children and I enjoyed the convenience of the location to Carowinds and the restaurants.

All great except the pool really disappointing. I knew that it was indoors but thought that access would be easier. Only 2 lounge chairs and needed a key card every time you wanted to take a dip. Heavy security door so really not conducive

I am not happy at all. I fell ill, really ill, the night before and the hotel was not willing to work with me at all for a credit or even a partial credit for the room. I did not buy trip insurance but still, you cannot tell me the hotel can’t afford to offer me some type of credit toward another visit.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, nice people, nicely decorated. I want to mention that a wonderful guy (maintenance) happened to be in the linen room and I asked for some additional toilet paper. It wasn’t in his job description, but he was very gracious and I had some hanging on my door that night. Every employee I encountered was nice, friendly and spoke to you or wished you a nice day. I was there for 10 days and it was a very nice and comfortable stay! Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice hotel, in a convenient location. The Kingsley area itself is very nice with restaurants and shops. We walked to Epic Chophouse one night (would definitely recommend!) and it only took a few minutes. It’s a little hectic to drive through but not unmanageable. Would stay at this hotel again.

Best Kept Secret In The Area
I have to say that this is my favorite Hotel to stay in, period. It is rare today that you find such a quality value in the exchange of money for a temporary living space to house your family. I've been here twice, about a year apart, and the service, cleanliness, and value have yet to disappoint. I will recommend this hotel to every person who comes to visit us once we relocate to Fort Mill. Thanks to the hotel staff for providing such excellent service and comfort in a time when many hotels are lacking.

The property was in a great location near shops and restaurants. The hallways were dirty wit trash and debris left there for several days. No one cleans the hallways. The bathroom in our room smelled with strong urine the moment we walked in. Very disappointing!

The property was extremely clean and well organized. Check in process was fast and smooth. My only issue was the room. Small is an understatement. This was the smallest king size bed room i have ever rented. Definitely no room to spread out. Not worth the price they are asking.

Nice brand new hotel. Dont get a room on the freeway side though if possible. All I heard all night were various sirens and trucks and cars entering onto the highway on ramp. Other than that the newness of the facility makes it very comfortable and the location to the nearby restaurants and bars (walkbale) was a big plus.
