Checked in, dirty room, no towels, no remote. Went to desk for help, while waiting another couple comes in and advises someone was in there room at the same time a couple checking in was advised they didn’t have their reservation. Bit the bullet, packed up my stuff and left. Went to another hotel for the weekend. It’s just like life, you get what you pay for. A 80 dollar room on a football weekend is not going to be more than a 2 star. While leaving a drug bust was occurring in the McDonald’s parking lot in front of hotel. Never again

Late check-in, super easy quick transaction. Bed was comfortable enough, doesn’t look like anything has been dusted in quite awhile. All doors are to the outside, so a noise machine was necessary to block out traffic noise. What made the stay bad was housekeeping knocking on my door at 9:30…..check out is 11, I’m staying one night, I haven’t turned in keys, there was no do not disturb hanger to put on door. I’m amazo pretty sure that when I was in shower they came in as I had moved the desk in front of the door (single occupant) as extra security and it was pushed in. Not counting the time I was in the shower from 9:30- 10:45 when I came to the door and said I would be checking out at 11 they were knocking on the door 4 different times. That is not cool!

The property is very run down and old. Peeling paint off the doors and ceiling with mold in the bathroom. The hallways between the rooms had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. The mattress was old and would squeak anytime you would move. Would not recommend.

I asked for a non smoking room and I got the opposite. The room looks like it was half cleaned, towel hanging in the bathroom and soap used. There's lots of dust on the furniture.

There was trash still under the bed, one of it part of a wrapper of an adult item and I had my son with me. We were able to switch rooms but then found and adult item behind the bed. We will NOT be staying here again. We did NOT STAY. Lost our money but I was not staying there.

First room they gave us smelt so bad of cigarettes even though we requested a non smoking room. My fault for choosing a hotel that still lets people smoke on property I guess because it was gross everywhere. The room they switched us to had a hole in the wall that they shoved paper in and taped over. If I hadn’t prepaid and not a way to get a refund I would have left but we just dealt with it.

This property was convenient for the stay. Many times of going to the front counter, I had to wait for staff. The pool was cold and I had to clean my own room and ask for trash bags and cloths.

I was told to use Expedia to book a room because Wi-Fi was so weak I was unable to access Wyndham site to book. They owe me points for a nine day stay. Breakfast area had chairs that were very heavy, left upside down on tables requiring guests to remove in order to sit. Supplies were left in public areas and a trip hazard. The front desk was constantly left unattended. I had coffee in room without coffee maker. The room door had a one inch opening under door allowing rain and bugs into my room. The managers spoke Hindi and English but communicated in Hindi in front of guests. I don’t speak Hindi and consider this very rude. Their rates on Wyndham site did not offer room types listed on OTAs. There was no water flow regulator on vanity sink spraying water everywhere when used. The curtains in my room did not fully cover windows which required me to use trash cans to block closed. The breakfast was sufficient other than leaving chairs on table. I recently had surgery and hurt myself removing a chair in order to eat breakfast. The front desk staff wore street clothes without name tags. Breakfast was not fully prepared at designated times. This could be a very nice property with trained management. This is the USA not India where liabilities and guests services require more hospitality skills and knowledge. Wyndham Regional Franchise Director needs to address these issues immediately or take back their franchise.

It was fine. Bed was very comfortable. Bathrooms are tight and very outdated that it comes across as a bit dirty. Use better vendors. The caulking job looks like crap and makes it look unclean.

It wasn’t clean. Stains on the floors, walls and linens. The bathroom had mold. The entry door looked like it had just been replaced and the security chain wasn’t usable. The threshold for the door was missing so there was a solid inch gap open to the elements which made it noisy.
The exterior of the property had construction supplies out but there were no crews working during my stay. It really felt uncomfortable.
I’ll likely never stay in a days inn again.

Worst Days Inn in SC
This was the worst Days Inn we have ever stayed in. The first night we couldn't watch TV because the remote didn't work. The office person wouldn't come look at it, she just gave me another remote and said try that. The door to the room stuck closed so we had to smash into it with a shoulder to get in. The breakfast was sad at best. The waffle mix was clogged and wouldn't work. We waited for as much as 15 minutes for someone to show up in the office two different times. There was an employees child sleeping on the floor of the lobby. The lobby smelled like a convenience store. There were people talking outside our room until 3am.

Not a good choice
Very run down condition. Paper thin cover and heat unit was so loud we could not sleep. Did not replace tissues or toilet paper. I would never stay here again.

We had an absolutely awful experience with this black mold filled hotel! Absolutely the worst hotel experience of almost 40 years of both of our lives. The place is disgusting!! Asthma and allergies suffers beware!!! Black mold is alllll over the bathroom including very large pieces in the drywall approximately several feet long, all over bathroom area. Floors felt absolutely disgusting like you were walking on filth!! They felt like they have not been shampooed in over a decade. You could see visible dirt and nastiness in the corners. The pool was algae green and had several pieces of LARGE garbage floating in it. We had to leave due to an asthma attack thanks to the abundant BLACK MOLD. Frustratingly we are 4 days later still trying to get our money back!! The hotel won’t return Expedias communication. We didn’t even sleep here it was so disgusting. If you have allergies, asthma or value reasonable cleanliness DO NOT book this hotel! Health inspectors should be involved. I do not any of this lightly but this is absolutely disgusting and a huge health concern for especially for anyone with lung issues! I would have ended up in the ER if we hadn’t left.

Dirty, little to no housekeeping. Towels were stained and dirty. Sheets were never changed from last guest had to call the front desk multiple times to get new sheets. Walls are thin so you hear everything thats going on around you. Bathroom is very very small. Rooms have a smell. Pictures on website are very deceiving.

Room had strong cigarette odor. Cigarette burns all over the comforters on the 2 beds. Toilet was not bolted down. Holes in door and in walls. Worst experience ever!

Have stayed at this hotel multiple times. It is interesting to see the change in the rooms as they continue to upgrade and replace worn items and decor. Office and cleaning crew are always pleasant. The new breakfast room is open.

Pleasant stay

Very disappointing
The outside is definitely nicer than the inside. Front desk guy was unfriendly. Also could hear the couple next-door fighting. Definitely no privacy. And if I had my choice I would not stay there again

Room was not cleaned very well. Service was terrible. Was told we had a pet and needed to pay a pet fee when the only pet that came around was with a friend who came to see us. Wasn't even asked if the dog was ours or not. Definitely not friendly people working here either.

Upon arrival I was checked in thru a glass slotted window. Lobby was closed. I checked the room it appeared to be old & dated. Tub was full of stains, fridge was taped together & door did not stay closed, micro door was cracked not operable. Lamp shade was filthy. The bedding was neat & clean. I met some friends at a local restaurant, when I returned there were migrant workers 5 rooms before mine and 3 rooms after mine all doors open men laying in the beds and several out on balcony with extension cords cooking food in electric pans. I had to step around them. It was quite scary. I barracaded both doors & did not sleep very well. In the morning I asked the desk clerk, why on earth would he put a single woman in the middle of all the caous, he stated they have been there for months & he was aware they cook there dinner and that was the only room available. I will never return to that facility. Days inn should be ashamed to be associated with this location.

Sticky stuff on the carpet in a few spots. Mold in the shower caulking. OK but worn, dated and not the cleanest. Lots of guys hanging around the park lot. Did not bother us but concerning.

Worst Ever
In my 73 years I have NEVER stayed in a hotel room as dirty, unkept and uncomfortable. I would be surprised if the floor had been cleaned within six months, black stain on bathroom wall, no chair, broken mirror, outlet covers not attached and a rank smell (it was a smoker's room but that was not the odor), see pictures below. As soon as I stepped into the room, I could feel the dirty floor through my shoes. It was a dark linoleum flooring. I would have provided a picture if I thought it would show. If there had been a possibility to a refund after checking in, I most certainly would have. I slept fully clothed, on top of the blanket and a towel over the pillow. Even if I had shower shoes, I would not have taken a shower in that bath. This was my first and it will definitely be my last stay at a Days Inn.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The “efficiency” room was a disaster. Couch and chair were stained very bad. Pulled the cushions off the couch to pull out for bed and underside of them were horrible. Found a top to a hypodermic needle. Kitchenette was gross, grease on the stove and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in year. Mold and mildew in the bathroom. We had to check out and move to a different hotel. Do not trust the pictures on their website.

It was seriously nasty. He told us we couldn’t get a refund bc we booked through Travelocity, but it was so nasty and the room wreaked of smoke so bad we left anyways and ended up paying again for a different hotel that night.

My stay with the Days Inn was a pleasant one. It was quiet, the room was clean, and amenities which I needed during my trip were available. The internet could use some signal upgrades, however, other than that; It was a great stay.

Outdated property needs more upgrades
Upon arrival, front desk staff was outside the entry door smoking. I didn't know it was her at the time. My daughter rang the service bell when we walked in and no one was there. The lady came in from outside and said "I'm right here." She got us checked in a bit slowly and wasn't that friendly. My 10 year old even said so when we were away from her. We went to room 111 and opened the door. It reeked of cigarette smoke and something else. We went back and I asked for a different room that didn't smell like someone had been smoking in it. Front desk didn't say anything, but checked her computer and redid my key card. We went to room 118. It smelled better so we stayed. However, we wiped all the surfaces and the bathroom. The wipes all turned brown and hairy quickly. There was hair all over the air unit where I needed to change the temp setting, mold on the curtains above it that were hanging lopsided, but it looked like someone tried to fix the rod, so I didn't turn it in. The bed was comfortable. The pillows seem old with a lot of usage, so those could be updated. There were many mini fridges sitting outside the hotel. It looked like the one in our room was fairly new, but wasn't very cold. We didn't need to use it so no issue for us. The toilet we had to hold the flusher about 15 seconds for it to flush. The tub needs the old torn up tub mat removed and the tub cleaned properly. There were moldy places around everything in the bathroom. Water pressure great!

The place is to quiet and opposite to MacDonald and close to many restaurants and other facilities like Banks, stoppings. The stuff is very friendly and respond to your request as possible.

Was literally scared for my life. Obviously a hotel for heavy drug users .. my door had the peep hole torn out so there was just a hole... Dirty . people all outside in the breezeway all hours .. was going to complain and get a refund but was just happy to get out of there

Horrible!!
It was horrible! The tv remote did not work you could not change the channel, the bathroom door squealed every time you opened it, you could feel the bedsprings through the mattress. The lighting over the vanity was dim and everything looked just dirty. I wanted to leave as soon as I saw it, but it was late so we stayed but I would not recommend and we will never stay there again!!

Clean, Comfortable, Inexpensive Stay
We came to Easley for a Boy Scout Trade o Ree and this hotel was close to the location. Check in was easy and friendly. Room was adequate - could use some updating, but was clean and comfortable. McDonald's in the parking lot, so that was convenient. My husband says he preferred this hotel over the other ones he's stayed in the past.

Our room was comfortable and clean. Mirror for the bathroom was missing a section of the frame (reported it to lady at checkout) and not sure she told anyone. Refrigerator worked great and told the same lady of a dent on the refrigerator door. Again not sure she told anyone. A nice stay for us!

At check in I had to wait for more then 20 mins becuase there was nobody at the front desk. At 5am we went to get some towels from the front desk only to see the person working at the front desk was sleeping and had all the doors locked. Took more then 15 mins to wake the front desk clerk up only to be told, she had no towels. Horrible service at this location when it came to the front desk.

This was our 2nd visit to this hotel. The 1st time was great the bed was so comfortable we rested great.
This visit we had a king bed reservation when we arrived it was a queen bed with a king head board.
Thankfully I brought an air mattress for my little one I’m not sure what we would’ve done.
The bed was a rock!! We had 2 adults 1 child on the reservation and had 2 towels in the room.
We were exhausted from working then traveling so no didn’t walk down stairs to the front of the hotel and ask for anything. You could hear everything from the adjoining room. Thankfully the AC was amazing and cooled the room quickly and kept it cold.
Parking was also an issue. Very limited space and we couldn’t even park on the side of the hotel that our room was on so it was very frustrating.

It started with a double booking where the clerk said I had too reservations and it was up to me to fix it or I would be charged. I showed him my reservation, but still could do nothing. Spent next 45 min on the phone with expedia instead of enjoying the evening. The room was neat and tidy, but very dated. The toilet took 3 flushes to clear toilet paper. Looking around you saw a lot of cracks and crevices filled with caulk. Definitely not more then a 3 star hotel.

NOT HAPPY WILL NOT STAY AND WILL ADVERTISE
FIRST DAY GOT THERE. ARE ROOM SMELLED HORRIBLY LIKE DOG PEE. THEY PUT US IN A ONE BED ROOM, THE FIRST ROOM WAS SUPPOSE TO BE READY THE EXT DAY IT WAS NOT. BACK AND FORTH WITH OUR LUGGAGE TO OUR CARS EVERYDAY CAUSE WE DID NOT KNOW WHAT ROOM WE WOULD HAVE FINALLY THE 3RD DAY WE GOT A ROOM. THE CHARACTERS THAT YOU RENT TOO AND IS SCETCHY. THERE WAS STRANGE POPLE SITTING IN THE STAIR WELLS LATE ATE NIGHT WAS SCARED TO GO OUT BY MYSELF HAD TO HAVE MY HUSBAND GO WITH ME WHEN I NEEDED SOMETHING FROM OUT CAR OR A SODA FROM MACHINE. NEVER GOT ANYTHING OFF ON OUR STAY FOR THE FIRST 3 NIGHTS OF HAVING A ROOM THAT WE DID NOT WANT BUT HAD TO HAVE CAUSE OF THE SMELL ON THE FIRST ROOM.

It was in a nice area of town next to a McDonald's. That was convenient since I was traveling with my daughter. The room was old, but very clean. I wasn't crazy about who was hanging in the parking lot after dark ... so I was sure to have me and my daughter inside our room before dark. Very friendly and helpful staff, especially the man who cleaned our room and gave me extra towels!

Checked in and was first given a smoking room that literally took my breathe away when I walked in the door. Got a new room that didn’t smell like smoke, but the floors were dirty, there was no shower curtain and in general, the bathroom was disgusting.
The pics on the website do a great job of staging this hotel, but it’s not the real. The pool is super tiny, the small lobby area wasn’t even open and the free breakfast they advertised wasn’t true.
Will not stay here again!
