I loved this hotel. The staff is very kind, the pool is very nice and comfortable, the room was big and nice, its very easy to park and the location is excellent.
My only complain is that the room had old and a little dirty furniture, and that there were no drawers.

Close to Aventura mall, close to Walgreens close to Publix, very nice upper-class area. The only issue we had was the laminate floors in the rooms. What I mean is, if you take a quick look at the floor, it looks clean, but after walking on it barefoot for about five minutes, our feet were black. I took a pool towel and walked around on it, and dragged my feet along on the towel And the towel was completely black. Also, upon arrival to the room, the pillowcases smelt like sweat, I did ask housekeeping to change them, and they did very quickly. Only reason I’m being critical of this property is because it’s not affordable by any means and little details like this are very easy to correct with a thorough housekeeping. The property is beautiful, the room is beautiful and that’s why I paid more to stay here. I shouldn’t have to keep my socks on or sleep on the last person‘s pillowcase.

This hotel is beautiful! It’s in a very convenient area with nice restaurants etc…. It is also walkable to many places around the area. The staff was great, friendly and great service! The only thing that was disappointing is that most things on premises and by the pool were closed.

Property was convenient to mall and many dinning options. Close to Hard Rock Stadium which was the reason for our stay. Hotel is very modern and clean, room was perfect!

I had an amazing experience, although it was annoying to have the cleaning crew knock on my door in the morning when I had the do not disturb sign while I was sleeping. But overall the beds are extremely comfortable , wish I stayed longer!

I have stayed at least 13 times at this hotel. And they gave me a room I did not reserve. I wanted the king bed with sofa and bathroom and they gave me the one that the bathroom is part of the room

Perfect stay
The stay was perfect. In a great location with lots of shops and eateries. Brightline station very close. Parking was easy. Check-in was a breeze and room was clean and comfortable. Overall great stay. Customer service top notch. Would stay here again.

I have higher expectations than what the AC Aventura by Marriott hotel really offers. Small rooms, not too confortable. It looks very nice in the outside and the lobby area. Expensive parking $25 isn’t part of the property, you have to walk to find it…there is no valet parking service…🙁

Our stay was fairly pleasant. It was a bummer that the rare elevator was not working and we had to walk around every time. The place was clean and environmental services were prompt to cater to our requests. Daily housekeeping was provided. However, it would have been nice to have a microwave.

Pool is great but some umbrellas would have made it even better. Towels are provided at the pool and the bar is open Thursday to Sunday. Walking distance to target and whole foods with multiple good restaurants right across the street. Would definitely come again

Easy and pleasant place to stay. Friendly staff. Rooms have very little place for clothes. No cupboards, drawers shelving. Bathroom has glass sliding door that is noisy and lets the light out to disturb partner at night.

We had a two night reservation made three months ago. Upon arrival we were told they found in the morning that they did not have a room available and we were being sent across the street to the Aloft hotel. Inferior property, in a noisy crowded area. When we went back to the Mariott to discuss, we were told they had no rooms at all for us, even though they were checking in guests. No effort was made to get us a room at an equal or better poroperty. THANK you though to the 5th person we spoke to at expedia that got us a room at the Marenas Beach Hotel, which was fantastic. I will never stay at another Marriott and I will discourage others from doing so as well.

I had a 2 day room reserved. My flight never took off from Boston, they were not accommodating at all and billed me for 2 days even when I could not make it to Florida. I'm an Army Veteran and them boasting of special Military discounts and stuff to gain the sympathy vote felt very dual character of them.

When we arrived the front desk staff was very nice and able to change the type of room (for the same price) because we ended up with an extra companion last minute. Unfortunately that room ended up being a disaster. Although it was prepared for guests, the shower had hair left in it, the toilet paper holder was hanging from the wall and the chair in the room was so broken it almost ripped over when you sat in it. The was wall paper up in the bathroom that was so stained it looked like it had dripping water marks permanently dripping down the wall. When I spoke with the front desk they quickly gave me a new room but didn’t offer me any apology and truly seemed annoyed.
I was also frustrated that you had to pay for parking in that hotel. The garage also didn’t have any obvious safety features which is a red flag for me as a woman. The hotel wasn’t in a high volume area so I felt like it could have been something offered for guests. Especially for a 4 star hotel.
