New Year's Eve Gem
Much more than we expected. Very modern; very clean and very quiet. In a very convenient area for our NYE celebration. Shopping and dining close by. Check in was hassel free and the staff was super friendly. I give the hot breakfast an A+. We will definitely stay here again!

Great stay! Awesome breakfast, super friendly staff and very nice new rooms. My only complaint would be maybe firmer mattresses. I had back surgery and it was tough on my back. Highly recommend everything else!!

Recently spent 10 days at this hotel and would encourage all to do same. Service is A , cleanliness A , beds immaculate and comfortable, Shower to die for. Free fresh Daily breakfast buffet with delicious and nutritious foods to choose from. All staff very friendly and accommodating. All of the staff (especially Gladys and Maria}and all front desk staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Can't wait to go back. Convenient to all locations and restaurants

Forget about taking a hot shower or bath. I’ve stayed here a few times and the water is always lukewarm, at best. It ruins the overall experience in my opinion.

Great nights rest
This is a great hotel. The comfort level was five out of five. The mattresses were large and very very comfortable without being mushy. Recommend this hotel to everyone and anyone.

Everything was great. I do recommend to put rubber coverings on the metal ends of the bed. My boyfriend hurt his foot on one of the metal pieces.

Breakfast service was just horrible. At 9:20 am on Sunday, was nothing left and we asked many times to refill and get something, but no response. He handle a plain bagel in my hand from the bag, instead to put more in the plate. No bananas, no yogurt, no bread, no cheese cream, nothing.
Bad attitude toward us, and we were able to hear a discussion inside the kitchen with a Manager, I guess.
No room service, more than towels. They left a sign that they were short of staff. Don't understand how that happened in a busy weekend at Tampa area. Hotel looked new and nice, but service wasn't.

Meh, not great.
The bed was horrible, I should have slept on the floor it would’ve been more comfortable! There was no hot water, and I asked for a wake up call that I never got, but did get someone else’s wake up call in the middle of the night!?! It did appear clean, but smelled of men’s cheap cologne which made me wonder if the bedding had been changed……

Fantastic stay! Everything was clean. It even smelled clean. The staff and housekeeping service was great.
2 things-the passive exhaust in the bathroom is not working. The whole bathroom is dripping in water when you get out of the shower! Be careful! Washing machine drum needs to be clean. Laundry smelled like mold and mildew when we walked in. We did not use due to those issues.
Despite those 2 things we would happily stay here again.

Awful internet, Great staff and property.
Great staff, great location, great rooms with nice beds. But the internet was awful, just about unusable. I know I'm on vacation, but if you have to do anything on the internet, it's almost impossible. This is not acceptable for a Holiday inn. It wouldn't have been so bad if the area had decent cell service, not Holiday inn's fault, but with the bad cell service trying get info about anything in the area was very frustrating.

The property was ok but the hotel staff was unhelpful, unprofessional. I left clothing behind and when I called less than 24 hours later they said it had been thrown away. What hotel does this??? They don't bother with lost and found. I tried to speak to manager about this but she never called back even though I left messages. Front desk staff was often absent. Poor management.

I booked 2 queens (not standard - where you give them an option to choose for you) and upon check in they said they're completely sold out and only have a king left. They pretty much gave my room away. They tried pretty hard to explain how i booked the wrong room but couldnt justify it because i had my confirmation in black and white in their face showing 2 queens. (We were 3 poeple. )

A great relief...
This stay was one of best as far as service and staff. We Travel for volleyball and appreciate not having any other stressors for our tournament days... this checked all the boxes. It was very clean, smelled great even, the breakfast was yummy. I am sad that we did not have time to get the wonderful woman in the breakfast area our first morning - she made the best eggs for the breakfast! The room was great, clean and the beds were relatively comfortable. We will stay here every time we are in the area for a tournament.

A very nice place to stay with very comfy beds
The hotel was wonderful and the bed soooooooooooo comfy, especially after a very long day. My only issue is that I was up about 6:30 AM and the water for the shower was cold. I had no choice but to use it. However, 2 hours later when my husband got up, the water was hot for his shower. I just suppose there were too many using the hot water when I needed it. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful. We did utilize the complimentary breakfast and there were some very nice options. This is a hotel we would consider using again when we visit our son.

The property is clean and safe. The facilities were decorated for the holidays and it was a pleasant stay. The breakfast is good and the personal that prepared it were nice. My only dissatisfaction is the receptionist. When we arrived it seems she was in a bad mood or hated to work there. Not sure if they are well paid. But they should train receptionists or whoever that works with people to be polite and courteous. I had stayed in cheaper places and they treated me better. Otherwise it would have been a great weekend. Customer service is not good in this hotel.

Doesn't get more convenient for the Advent Health Center Ice complex - they essentially share a parking lot. Lots of shopping within a short drive. All staff we met were very friendly and helpful. Room had a Kuerig as a bonus. Only downside was an admin issue, not getting points for IHG account as was booked through a 3rd party (Expedia) or a receipt from the hotel, but not a big deal.

I was locked out of the room for a few hours. Maintenance man isn’t on site so we had to wait for them to come and put new barriers in the locking device to open the door. The next day we couldn’t get in again but this time was because they incorrectly removed access from our room keys and was more easily rectified this time. The first night we got there there was NO parking but that’s because we got in at night I assume because there had been parking the days going forward.
We stayed there for 7 days and they literally never, not once, made our bed while we were out but they did give us new towels every day :/
Breakfast was basic, not good but not terrible. The pool is small but it was quiet so that was nice. Staff was kind enough but the experience there overall was bad. We will definitely NOT stay there again.

This was a great place to stay for hockey. Super clean, super convenient. The breakfast was decent by hotel breakfast standards. They actually used cheddar cheese in the omelets. Coffee and tea was available all day. All the staff was very friendly. There is lots of open space with tables & chairs out by the pool. I would stay here again.

Located conveniently to Sawgrass mall area. Good restaurants nearby, Rock and Brew and Fords Garage were great. Clean and new place. Very good service and loved the contemporary feel and newness. Hotel kept up very nicely.

We had a great time at this hotel. It was near a lot of places that we were visiting. The staff was the best!! Everyone was friendly, approachable, kind and helpful! Our rooms were cleaned frequently and the whole place smelled so fresh and clean!
The breakfast staff was wonderful! They were friendly to eveyone and catered to people too. Front desk staff, friendly and kn owledgeable. My request for adjoining rooms was given. Overall, one of my best experiences in a hotel. Love this place! Lots of friendly staff!

Front desk staff was extremely helpful as there was initially an issue with our reservation. Myrtle was friendly and reassuring. The room was clean and welcoming. Breakfast was a nice treat and the other staff members were helpful. The hotel was close to everything.
