Property was very clean. Lobby needs updating. Never seems to be attendant at front desk when you need them. Never viewable. Breakfast was not breakfast. Very cold atmosphere. Coffee was warm. No attendant available.

It’s ok
It was fine. But it’s aggressively mediocre. For example, it has a free breakfast. But it was pretty stingy. The staff was pretty good though. So I’d recommend it if you’re staying in Leesburg on a budget.

Great Stay & Reasonable for the money
The people at the front desk were very helpful and professional. The people who ran the breakfast were very friendly and very professional. All the staff were very friendly, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

Great budget hotel
This is a great budget motel.Seems to be recently renovated, everything was very clean and in good repair, the bed was comfortable enough and showers were hot and had good pressure. Not fancy but good for our travel needs Dogs are allowed, and it seems they planned for this with no carpet in the rooms.

Bathroom was small. No sink in bathroom. No room to change clothes or apply deodorant. Other chains have more convenient bathrooms.
Stayed 4 nights - no wake up calls two mornings. Why do you offer the service?

It is great for a short stay. For long stays, as I did, 6 nights, i would have liked to see more of a variety for breakfast. I ate bagels 6 days in a row. Other than that, staff was excellent and room was very clean. Thank you Red Roof Inn.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was mediocre, but the biggest thing was no internet. Blamed a Comcast outage for 3 days, Meanwhile other hotels and businesses (including their own front desk) had no issues. Frustrating after paying so much (considering no pool, gym, etc.) and wanting to do some work during the day and streaming at night.

The room was a nice size, was clean and decor was fresh and modern. Better than I expected. Only niggles were (1.) a squeaky bed, (2) a noisy HVAC unit and (3) the USB charging ports worked in one nightstand and not the other. Generally, a really good stay for a relatively low cost.

Floors are newly renovated, bathrooms are clean staff are easy to communicate with and helpful with the area, breakfast are just simple with bagels, muffin and cereal only. Price for the rooms is affordable.

The location is not as convenient as it looks on a map, due to the heavy traffic, especially around rush hour.

Mr. Scott and his crew are hard working people that runs his business like a real deal. Mr. Scott is knowledgeable and helpful offering advice regarding good restaurants in the area run by similar hard working crews. Mr. Scott also inspects the place frequently to keep it clean and functional.

I would stay again
My experience overall was very good. I liked the updates that were done to the room. My only issue was that when I went down for the breakfast there was basically nothing left. I'm not expecting a restaurant breakfast but it was definitely way less than I anticipated and almost nothing left when I went.

The hotel is well maintained and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. I forgot my check book in the room after checkout. I received a call and was able to return and pick it up. Thanks a lot - MUCH APPRECIATED!

I have never slept (or tried to sleep) in a worse bedf in my life. We had two queen size beds and they both had a high spot running down the center. The continental breakfast consisted of some cheap yogurt (not Greek or low fat) and some plain bagels. Period.

I grew up here in leesburg. It’s been many years since I’ve stayed here. The rooms are remodeled and clean, the value was perfect as I just needed a room for the night. Rooms are clean and the bed and sheets were comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Pretty certain we saw a roach along with other bugs in our first room. I went back to the front desk and requested a different room immediately. The gentleman working was apologetic and gave us another room on the other end of the hotel. I realize it prob had bugs too but at least they weren’t visible upon entry if the did exist. However the smell of cat pee was intense! We went with it at that point but it was pretty hard to sleep. Lots of activity outside the rooms, in the parking lot and on property. Staff was friendly but overall the area is shady and accommodations were disappointing.

Stayed for 5 nights with my elderly dad. The staff went above and beyond to help us in every way possible!! Franko and Carl were fabulous and super friendly and helpful!!
From rearranging things to get us into an ADA room, to remembering us to the point of figuring out WHO my dad was in the middle of the night, when he was confused and wandering the hallways at 3:30AM and bringing him back to our room. Can’t recommend this friendly place enough!!

Overall it was the cheapest we could find in the area. Just needed a place to stay after a long flight from Dulles. Hardly any breakfast. The front desk staff did not speak when I returned my key in the morning. Overall it was fine for just getting a bed for the night.

Room was very clean. My key didn’t work every night I came back from being out. Had to have it reprogrammed. The breakfast…non existent. Couple of pieces of toast, a few bagels, OJ, apple and cranberry juice. No milk for cereal. No fruit. Was extremely disappointed!

Wonderful stay
The host was very pleasant at check in and it was a breeze
The hotel was recently renovated very close to everything and the cleanliness was top of the game
The only thing I can say that was disappointing was the breakfast
I'm a diabetic and must monitor my sugar and breakfast is a must and they only offered very little : oatmeal or cold cereal bagel or toast everything I shouldn't have so we had to go to Mc Donald's:(

The hotel was perfect for a one night stay. It was comfortable enough. Continental breakfast was available but not great. Overall, we would stay here again for a short stay since the price was reasonable compared to close-by hotels.

For the price it was just what I needed. Nothing fancy but definitely nicer/cleaner/had more amenities than some hotels in the same price range. Check in was really pleasant and the clerk offered me great recommendations for nearby dining. Would definitely stay again.

Honestly, for a very reasonably-priced hotel, this place is a real find! The room is nicely-decorated and spacious, and very clean. Good wifi and USB ports in the nightstand. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful with suggestions for restaurants, etc. Lots of places to eat within walking distance, and close to the Washington & Old Dominion bike path for a nice morning walk.
Not "fancy" but a pleasant, safe, quiet place to spend the night without breaking the bank!

Much of the outdoor area was being renovated so cones and caution tape all about. Our room had been redone fairly recently and was comfortable and clean.
We traveled with our dog and staff kindly gave us a 1st floor room nearer an exit.
The continental breakfast left much to be desired. Cereal and bananas was it.

Decent budget hotel
This is a very decent budget hotel. Continental breakfast was very basic - bagels, toast, yogurt, apples, cereal (nothing hot, no waffle maker). Hallways smelled like cigarettes and there were a few cigarette butts around the door to the stairwell. Convenient location right off the freeway and near several shops and restaurants. Felt clean and safe enough, plenty of parking, friendly service. No complaints.

Ok stay
Dead bolt didn't work. Door guard barely worked. I contacted the hotel to let them know that it would be a late check in and that said that was fine; they didn't say that i had to pay then. I recieved a call asking how far away I was I told them then they proceeded to tell me that my credit card wasn't activated and that I needed to activate it and pay when I elected to pay at check in.
