The condos are spacious and adequately equipped. Valets were great. The view of the water was gorgeous. The downside was the temperature was quite warm in the unit despite turning the thermostat down. This made it very difficult to sleep.

Wasn’t a good stay- unit needs maintenance
Although the unit is nice, and even though the property managers were very responsive, there’s a number maintenance issues. Unit was dirty. They must wash the sheets in the unit and leave them…all were wrinkled…. Leaving us wondering if someone had already slept on them. Furniture is worn out. And the bed in the master…awful. They put a 4” soft foam topper atop a worn out failed mattress. You’d need to be really strong to operate the slider to the balcony.

I would never rent from Singer Island rentals again! The unit I rented was extremely warm. I asked for the AC to be turned down 2° but management refused. They said it is just warmer in the summer months. So I had to open the front door and let in the air conditioned air in from the hotel hallway. Plus, my reservation was canceled halfway through my stay. I had to get new keys every day -sometimes two in one day - to access my unit until I left - about eight in total! One of the toilets was not operating properly also. Definitely will never use singer island rentals again!

Kind of a pain that you have to use valet parking. Also, the waiter service around the pool is awful. Gave an order three times and I am still waiting for it!

Great location. Staff was attentive. Food onsite was delicious. Out of order elevator during prime season. Archaic check-in/check-out process.

Beautiful views of intracoastal and ocean. Great location - beach and only 15 minutes to Palm Beach or Jupiter. Lots of restaurants.

Good beach access
Beach not too crowded
Pool is nice
Cons:
Valet is chaos
Bed is unsleepable, compare it to buckling plywood
Only restaurant was $110 per person for dinner
Great restaurants nearby but valet is chaos so you dont want to get your car out

The shower was clogged and I suspent the bedding was not washed. The owner had said we would have access to the privaste beach but that was false advertising. We would have to pay for two chairs and an umbrella. It was not an enjoyable vacation becuase it was based on false advertising

My friends and I had an amazing visit this past weekend. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful, the food was great, and our room was beautiful. Even though we had horrible weather all weekend, we still had a great time!

Great views, great room size, great resort amenities. You do have pay for parking/valet and WiFi. Was so worth it. And we opted to not get WiFi to have more family time anyways. Food was great too. I recommend their burger!

Condo was filthy, housekeeping never cleaned room the 5 days we stayed, had to switch rooms which took up half day of my vacation. Management and staff are very arrogant and ignorant, I’ll never stay there again

The property was A+!! The entire staff was more than accommodating. All staff members made a great effort to personalize our experience. Several staff members took the time to personally introduce themselves and by the end of our short stay we felt like we had made new friends. The amenities we top notch. We were traveling with two elderly guests who had full access to all amenities due to well-designed accessibility to ALL areas.

Beautiful property! The pools were awesome and the place very clean. I think the communication between Marriott and the rent from owner condos could be a little clearer. Often given responses like you are renting from an owner, I’m not sure. The condo is in a Marriott property and if that’s going to be the case I think the Marriott staff should be able to answer questions.
Additionally - the condo was beautiful and it was super clean and very welcoming. We loved staying there, except for sleeping. Our only complaint is that the beds are the most Uncomfortable beds ever. The king bed must be broken in the middle or in desperate need of a new one. The queen sleeper sofa has obviously been used too much and is in terrible condition. Five nights sleeping in that place was way too many.

Plenty of room and relaxation on resort, no need for a car if you plan to only lay by the pool and beach. Staff was amazing!

Bad beach policy and valet charges.
The staff will harass you if you bring an umbrella and beach chair to the “private beach.” They are rude about it. You are forced to pay $27 per night for valet parking. The facility is nice. Drinks are expensive. I would have given a couple more stars if it were not for the beach policy and valet charges.

Got a two bedroom two bath unit overlooking the intercoastal and ocean so view was spectacular! Very nice rooms four to five star feeling. Infinity pool was lovely with a nice view of palm trees and the ocean. Good service at the pool Though it’s as spendy as you would expect.Had awesome lunch highly recommend the turkey wrap. Enjoyed. a lovely Breakfast outside. Did not use the spa and the fitness center was really small. Shopping in the hotel was very limited Fun by the infinity pool to have corn hole and ping-pong and fire pits to hang out! Our second visit in the past couple of years and we plan on going back!

The Condo was clean and nice, views of the ocean and bay were good. The lighting in the bathroom was dim and there were several light bulbs burned out throughout the condo. When booking thru Expedia we did not know the condo was through a private owner and did not include beach service until we booked. The parking is valet only.

Our room was spacious had a beautiful view. The bedding was comfortable. We could have easily stayed for a couple months. The property is beautiful, the service is excellent and the beach is pristine. We rented directly from an Owner so we saved on the Resort fee. The Owner provided beach chairs and boogy boards which came in handy. I wish we had laundry detergent and a room service menu but that is just a little nuance. Great place for a family vacation!

Overall nice property. Some areas need some TLC. The suite we were in is privately owned so there was no daily maid service unless you pay for it. We have stayed in NYC at hotels where the suite was privately owned and we did have maid service at no charge so not sure why this was not the case.

Our family returns to this resort year after year. Kids love the slide at the pool, and the staff is very friendly. This room was privately owned, so some amenities are not included.

I enjoyed my stay in these beautiful condos. They were spacious and beautifully decorated. The oceanview was nice too! The staff could have been more friendly. Overall it was wonderful!

We had a wonderful family vacation here! James our pool bartender was awesome! The only thing I have to say that was negative was the staff worker that was working the pool slide. Her name was Alexandra. She yelled at the kids constantly and made my 5 year old nephew cry at one point. Other then that all the other staff was so friendly.

Family fun
We are timeshare owners that book the reservation through Expedia but we're not aware that some of the rooms were independently-owned at this property therefore we were in able to get clean towels everyday and we also thought some of the pool rules were Silly that you couldn't throw a ball in the pool or have any type of floating device
