Wonderful location and great staff.
I had originally booked one night but the room was so welcoming with all the Comforts of home also very spacious and just overall wonderful.so i extended my stay.if i could afford to live here all the time i would. Great place to stay and the staff i interacted with (front desk, housekeeping and bartender) were all friendly and helpful. It seemed like they took pride in their work and in my experience its rare to see staff actualy do the job they are paid for with a smile on their faces. Would recoment to everyone. My one complaint is the pool water was FREEZING but it is JANUARY lol so not a big deal.

Stayed 3 nights with my teens for a soccer program. I literally could not complain about 1 thing! Everything was wonderful! Place was clean staff was friendly room was comfortable the kitchen had the things I needed to utilize the Kitchen.

Worth it!
Incredibly beautiful hotel. The only minimal complaints the family had were the size of the pool(very small) and the shower curtain was so long you could trip in the shower. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Hotel was great. Room wasn’t super clean as my dog found blueberries on the floor. They say it’s dog friendly but there was $100 non-refundable fee. The breakfast was good. 😌

One of our stops on a 3 week trip. By far the best place we stayed. Beautiful view and absolutely the best breakfast. I left something at the hotel and they sent it to my home address. I thank them so much.

It’s was all pretty nice, only issues was I was at the pool area w my children and on a table there was white substance and a room card next to that looked a lot like drugs I reported it to the lady at the desk . But there should have been more done things like if it was drugs and my kids would have touched it . It could have been deadly not happy about that . Wish a manager would have gt back to me but overall was a beautiful stay .

Nice hotel near water and very pretty around the property. Inviting with fire pit outside patio area. Excellent breakfast options. Worries about the bathtub as no non slip pieces on bottom of tub and it felt slippery as showering. TV didn't turn on. Tried to open remote but wasn't able to all the way. It appeared there may have been no batteries in the remote. But we only stayed one night so didn't ask for remote to be fixed.

I love this property that’s why I always go there with my kids. The staffs are very nice & very professional. My kids love it there & so I do. I have nothing bad to say about this place, it’s always a good vibe when I go there. I always send family members and friends to go there & they always tell me they love it there. Did not like the EXTREMELY LOUD room A/C unit. During entire time it was operating, it was extremely loud - like a jet engine. So loud TV needed to be turned up.
Not relaxing. Maintenance mentioned all A/C units at hotel were the same - very loud.
Did not like NO A/C in the bedroom of the one-bedroom unit. Called maintenance; he mentioned only a very small vent was in bedroom. The small vent produced little to NO A/C in the bedroom of one-bedroom unit.
Liked the pool.
Liked the nice lake-side location.
Liked the nice, friendly staff.
Liked the breakfast.
Liked the housekeeping staff.
Cannot recommend this hotel due to LOUD a/c unit and NO A/C coming from small bedroom vent in the one-bedroom unit.

Very clean property and rooms! Great space, pool, gym! Nice hotel! The only downside is that if you want to consume adult beverages in the lobby or the outside area that they have, you must purchase it at their bar. We came in a big group and had already purchased adult beverages to hangout later and could not use it, very frustrating for a lot of the people that came. Hope they change that rule in the future!
However, very quiet and great play to stay!

I have stayed here numerous time and it’s always nice. This last time though I was a little surprised with the 2 women at the front desk. We requested some towels and pillows they said we had to go to the front desk to pick them up. Nobody ever said that the last 6 times we have stayed there, they always brought everything to the room.

Travelled with a family of five. Got one room with two Queen beds and an oversized couch pull out bed. The room was huge. The complimentary breakfast was great! Lots of options. Gym was nice too. My sons played basketball on the outdoor court.
The staff were very pleasant. The entire hotel was clean and well cared for. And the price was awesome!!! Will definitely look for a residence Inn on future vacations.

I was only there for 1 day, but they had a water pipe break and the water was cut off, so we were not able to shower or flush the toilet before we left and the smell through out the hallways was disgusting. I stayed there before and there was no problems and the view was great! No accommodations was offered due to the water break, which was sad!!

Our stay was fantastic. We chose a bigger room with two Queen sized beds, along with a fold-out bed/couch to accommodate our family of four. There was a countertop two burner stove, a full-size refrigerator, and a dishwasher. The room was spacious, AC was set to 67 degrees the entire time, black-out curtains, and a dressing/vanity area. Breakfast was good for a quick on-the-go meal, coffee hit the spot. All of the staff were courteous and accommodating. We had the option of using the coin-operated washer/dryer and although we didn't have the need, it was nice to know it was available. Ultimately, we were very satisfied with the quality/money and highly recommend this location. We'll definitely book again should the need arise.

Never Again Will I Book Here!!!
Unfortunately, I accidentally forgot that I booked this hotel, I was experiencing a crazy day from my son getting married and my sister having a stroke. As a single mother who is not working, I only had $500 in my account for food and necessities, once I noticed the charge on my account for no show for your hotel, I panicked and could not believe that I booked this with my credit card. I reached out by phone and email to plead to Robyn Kline the Manager, she said sorry no refund because they did not resell the room they were holding for me for $350 a night; therefore, the hotel took my money because I doubt that they were sold out for 7/7/22, so she could’ve found it in her hurt to refund me. As a result, I will never book or stay at this hotel and I will tell everyone not to go here, because they do not care about people well being in this Covid-19 era where money is scarce for poor families like me.

Very nice hotel with two exceptions
1. Breakfast was unexpected bad. Don't understand what's up with all the yucky sweet stuff! Why can't they have some plain (non-sweet) bread or bagel? Only had scrambled eggs, no potatoes.
2. The hotel came up in looking for a hotel near providence and the description says 20 miles away. Well it is 35 miles away -- wouldn't have gone for it, had I known.

Overall happy with stay. Quiet, near to highway, lake view. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Hotel has an ‘old’ feel despite the newness. Same breakfast every day; build your own breakfast burrito, only changes were meat type and if eggs were cooked in some way other than scrambled: heavy on grains, few vege/vegan options. Staff party at bar nightly, would not be happy if I had to stay on 1st floor. Laundry was $3 to wash, $3 to dry, free ample parking, small pool and gym. Nice outdoor space for Warner weather. Car dependent, not walking distance to anything. Most desk staff very friendly and helpful.

We arrived just prior to the 3 pm check in time and were told that we had been upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom. Nice! Being able to have a bit more space & privacy for 3 adults to be changing clothing. Unfortunately, when we walked in all we could smell was cigarette smoke from previous guests. We only had time to drop off our belongings, change our clothes & get to the funeral home to join the rest of the immediate family. When we returned later in the evening we were exhausted & weren't up to making a move so we just called it a night & collapsed. In the morning we called down for more towels because there were only 2 sets. A little time had passed & I called down again when the front desk told me that housekeeping doesn't come in until 9 am. I was a little curt & said she should have said that when I called the first time & I would have come down to get them, which I ended up doing. Overall, the location & amenities are very good & I'd stay there again if need be, but now I know I'll have to take a chance on possibly running late because I 'will' check out the accommodations fully upon arrival. FYI - some of our belongings did absorb the cigarette smoke odor and we had to leave them outside to air out when we returned home.
