Great stay
Room was very nice quiet, perfect for me. Very clean as well. Bed was a little firm for me, but still very nice....the only thing I would suggest is adding a fan in the bath. One for toilet use and foggy mirrors....but great other than that

There is an offsite restaurant on the opposite side of the hotel parking lot, making getting a meal very convenient. Route 9 is close but traffic noise is dulled in the rooms. Breakfast was sufficient. What was very interesting was that several of the hotel guests would catch their own room doors from slamming shut at the very last moment before closing - being polite to other guests, awake or asleep.

Great location, clean, free coffee and breakfast. Weird chanting noises coming from outside for about an hour early morning hours (2 am) of 10/29. It sounded religious or cultish. Someone else in lobby also heard it.

Kids loved the pool, and free breakfast was better than typical hotels. Our room shampoo container was empty, which was inconvenient to find while actively showering. Conditioner bottle was also dirty and is weird item to be dirty. My bed blankets smelt like arm pits as well, but I had brought my own blanket and used that instead. The overall room was very up to date.

Very convenient to visit the area. Enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant across the parking lot. Easy access from major road.
One comment about the sheets on the bed, they were a bit too small for the bed and kept popping off. I know they shrink with many washings, happens to mine at home, but perhaps have the staff not put those on the bed if they seem too tight. I didn't like to find myself sleeping on the mattress when I woke up in the morning.
Otherwise everything else was fine.

All was well. My room and the hallway looked like it could use a little upgrading (some rolling edges of carpeting, some holes in the shower wall where I guess a seat had once existed.) nothing major. and it was spotless.

The hotel felt new or at least recently renovated. Our room was large with a nice bathroom. Breakfast was lovely. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. There wasn't much within walking distance, but the restaurant next door was good to grab dinner after we arrived.

Everything was clean and comfortable. The property is showing a little bit of wear, the bottom of the bathroom door was separating from the sides. No big deal but it gave an unwarranted shabby appearance.

My stay was ok .. The desk could have been more helpful with informing of breakfast, pool and the area. The back door did not work properly as it stuck and didn't read the card. No creamers in room for coffee ?

Hairs were found on the bedsheets, which was not a good thing. There was no facial tissue in the room except for the bathroom, which was a little disappointing because it is a bad pollen season. This was not the hotel’s fault, but children from a baseball team raced continuously up and down the hallways causing constant noise which disrupted everyone’s quiet until finally someone complained at the front desk and they settled down but it was late at this point.

Hotel was good, checkin computer was down and was told by 1st staff member that comeback couple hours and there was no way to checkin. Thank goodness there was a shift change while I was figuring out what I was going to do, and asked the next staff member and they were able to get me in a room, and officially check me in when computer comes back online. If I didn’t ask the next person I would’ve not been able to get ready for my event…

we always try to find a hampton when we travel because we know it will be clean. not so with this property. they gave us a room with no dressers to put our clothes knowing we were staying for 3 nights. when we came back to the hotel in the evening we were greeted by trash receptacles overflowing with trash. we mentioned it to the girl at the front desk she said she knew but it was still there the next day. not the hampton we are used to.

The housekeeping was not good. Unsafe. While we were out and we had no housekeeping scheduled and a sun on door along with Tv on someone entered our room. Moved suitcases, turned TV off. Also upon returning neither if our keys worked

We had a wonderful experience. We arrived earlier than planned and they were able to accommodate us quickly. Huge thank you to Fran for making this happen. The room was clean. The hotel was lovely. The hotel was nice & new but the beddings were not clean at all. The pillows smelled like they haven’t been changed for a week. There were stains on the bedsheets too. We were so tired to call housekeeping as we travelled all the way from New York. While we were sleeping though we were awakened by probably 2 or 3 dogs barking. Aside from the owner’s loud talking too. If the hotel would allow dogs they should make sure other guests wouldn’t be disturbed with the noise.

Error with them checking us in as another quest and then that guest arriving at our room late at night trying to get in. There was no offer of any kind of compensation just a little gee we are sorry.

Terrible stay at the Hampton Inn - Westborough
At the Hampton inn in Westborough, Mass, our reservation for 1/24 and 1/25 was for a Studio room (like a suite). We got there and was told directly our reservation on the 4th floor has been given away and that we would be given a double queen. This double was cramped and the mattresses were poor. Also, one of the desk clerks said that since it was booked through a 3rd party (Hotels.com) we had no recourse. No refund no perks from anyone. Plus, no responses from several attempts at virtual chat. Also got a phone message from Hotels.com promising a refund; none so far; They said the Hotel in question had contacted them and promised a refund. No word yet.

Overall our stay was fine, we came to town for a show and stayed overnight with our kids. Great breakfast options in the AM. The only negative and notable thing was the cleanliness of the room. There was hair in the shower and sink, as well as on the toilet by the handle. It does not seem the showers are cleaned thoroughly (or with open eyes) They definitely do not clean the benches or the floors. There was also so much dust on the lamps and other items in the room you could see it from a distance. For $300 for an average single bed room you dont expect that it comes equipped with someone elses hair everywhere. Pretty gross!

I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area! We always stay here and on the rare occasions when I’ve stayed at different hotels in the area, I’ve regretted because they have been subprar compared to Hampton Inn. The customer service is great, breakfast is well stocked with lots options, and the rooms are clean.
