Beautiful property and very friendly staff. The area has wonderful shopping and dining options and is so walkable. Also, the holiday decorations along the river walk are beautiful. Looking forward to coming back in the summer.

The property is in a very convenient location to restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk everywhere. The only problem we had was that it was noisy and hard to relax. There was a person singing with a speaker outside and three floors below our room but it was so loud we could still hear it with the fan and tv on. Hard to relax with that. We didn’t say anything about this as we didn’t want to make a big fuss. The noise ended around 9 pm. The noise in the hotel hallway was loud too. Overall the stay was worth it to it being conveniently located to shops and restaurants.

As far as Naperville goes, you can’t beat the Indigo’s location. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our family was having a stressful time before we arrived, and the staff were a big help!

Always a pleasure to stay at the Indigo downtown Naperville. Close to everything, just park your car and you can walk everywhere. Staff is friendly rooms are comfortable and a decent size.

Beautiful hotel - great location
A beautiful hotel at a perfect location. Our room was clean and spacious for a family of 4 (with 2 teenagers). It was walking distance to everything fun in downtown Naperville. Very secure and easy parking

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was our first time at the indigo hotel and we will be coming back. Room was clean and exactly how it was shown! Do wish there was more lighting around bathroom mirror, made shaving a little harder. We do wish you look into your female bartender that was working during our stay the drinks werent very good for us and other patrons.

Comfy, clean, quiet room with a good shower. Location is on the river walk so shops and restaurants are all walkable. Staff was friendly and efficient. I’d definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Naperville.

Honestly I was a bit disappointed. Our towels were paper thin,I had to call for housekeeping and then they came they took all the towels and didn’t replace it. The receptionist staff had no ideas about the surrounding locations , parking was difficult. And they only had one broken umbrella.

Not worth the money at all.
It was small for what I consider a suite to be; just one room with 2 beds and a couch. The pull out couch was flimsy, dusty, and not made, and the sheets they had for it weren’t even folded-they were just crumpled into a ball in the closet area. There was only one pillow for the pull out couch, so my daughter had to go ask for another one to sleep on the extremely thin mattress provided for the pull out couch. It was a room for 5 people, yet there were only 2 towels in the bathroom. The tv was very small. The air conditioner/fan was extremely loud, and none of us got much sleep because of it.
I booked Hotel Indigo because I have had a great experience in Atlanta, but this was not worth the money at all; I honestly could have gotten the same experience (probably even better) at the Holiday Inn Express for way less money.
Unless you are really set on spending the money just to be downtown, my advice is don’t stay here. Save the money and Uber in from a less expensive place.

The bathroom barn door was beautiful. Our room was very clean, but wished I had slippers packed due to cold flooring. The bed was soft. Wished they had bigger bottles of shampoo and a bigger bar of soap. The frig froze everything, could not find any way to turn down the temperature of the refrigerator. A pen and paper would have been nice in our room. Information on the Plank Eatery, like menu, would have been appreciated.

Enjoyed the Plank bar and breakfast. Kim was great. Need 2nd elevator fixed. Lighting in room was not good. Luke warm trickle shower not good. Need softer toilet tissue and Kleenex. No conditioner. Had to get 2 extra blankets as room was chilly even at 73 degrees. Closet space too short. TV constantly had to be reset to input HDMI 3 when turned on. A lot on cons for price of room. Shower base was terrible. No towel holders.

Nice but needs some attention to details.
We liked the view but the furnishings need some attention. There was a lamp that was decrepit and the shade filthy. The bed frame was tattered.
Breakfast hours were too short, only available until 9:30.

Front desk did not listen
I asked for a room away from the elevator and was given a room one room down from the elevator. I waited 15 min for front desk to come up w/a key for another room. He never showed so I went down w. suitcase. He was new & wanted to physically let me in a room since couldn’t figure out the key exchange. I finally said yes after waiting for him to figure it out. On the way to the room I told him he should suggest a free upgrade for my trouble. He did & ended up in a suite.

Overall excellent stay
The gentleman at the service desk was amazing. Very polite and personable. He explained everything and helped with my questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. I was tired and found it frustrating not to have room service for a simple burger or sandwich. The salad I ordered from the restaurant on the 5th floor was not good, way heavy on the lemon, so I basically ate cheesecake for dinner. The majority of my stay was very nice. I wish I’d have had time to check out the many cute shops along the street. My son got the room for me so I could split up the drive to his house.

Beautiful location with easy parking. The staff was amazingly sweet and helped us with all of our questions. They even stored our bikes in their back office so we didn't have to haul them up to our room. I highly recommend this hotel!

It’s always great staying at Hotel Indigo! The only issue I had is, someone had their dogs in their room and they would get in this barking fit at 1 in the morning. But other than that it was a great stay! Staff is always friendly and rooms are comfortable!

Very nice hotel located directly on the river, easily walkable to numerous dining and drinking establishments. There are many boutique stores in the area to browse around, located one block away from Naper Settlement and in a very quaint part of town. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was perfect. The parking is located right on-site and is free. The front desk staff was accommodating and friendly. The room was cute and comfortable. Fridge, hairdryer.... maybe an option is some better lighting but all in all it was great. And the best possible location. We just had a quick girls getaway and everything is in walking distance. We are planning to make this an annual thing.

We loved staying at this property because it was right on the riverfront and we could see the entire downtown of Naperville. The beds were soft and comfortable, the rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. We actually ended up staying a second night when we weren’t going to and would definitely stay here again.

Like the location made it easy to get to where we wanted to during our stay without having to drive. Great spot for a couples night or weekend with nearby shops,restaurants, and bars. The river walk is also a plus. Only complaint Is no bath tub but the room had a very nice extra large walk in shower.

Terrible platform
Hotel stay is ok, cleaniness is as per described. No issue with hotel but experience with hotel.com platform is terrible. HOTEL.com messed up with my booking, but I have to bear the brunt of the mistake. Terrible experience. Made 2 bookings for my stay of 13 nights, which was correctly booked. Then 5 days b4 my stay start I contacted hotel.com enquiring abt changing my booking as I was having troubled secured my flight ticket. Staff was helpful to assist which after 1 day they inform me that hotel is wailing waive for date changing fee, which are this point I email n inform hotel com NOT to make changes to the booking as I've managed to get my flight ticket. Hotel com oso confirm in reply that they made no change to my booking .however, to my horror when I arrived at hotel I was informed tat my booking has 1 night duplicated while another night I had no room n was advise to resolve the matter with hotel.com. when contacted hotel.com confirms booking has been changed, n staff tried to help but to no avail. Then staff ask me to cancel the booking n rebook. Told staff if I rebook, I would had to pay higher charge as price has changed. The calculated fare different is about $250, but hotel com say they are sorry but nothing can be done. If I don't cancel n rebook, I wud had no place to stay for 1 night but if I rebook I loss abt 240. Whichever way I was penalized for mistake done by my hotel.com. hotel com cannot offer any good solution except to say sorry.
