Highly not recommended
This MOTEL was awful. First and foremost, I accidentally left my medication behind. The MOTEL did not make any effort to get this life saving medication back to me. I feel sure it's because I bought a brand new, expensive carry bag for my pills that is desirable.
Second, this MOTEL is in a very remote area that I had to carry my mace every time I left the room. It also gives the feel that the rooms are being rented out. People were hanging around at 1:00 pm during the week just puffing cigarettes outside.

not very clean
The plus was the shuttle to the cruise port. The room however was not so great. The floors both carpeted and tiled were soooo gross. They were sticky and dirty. I made the mistake of walking barefoot when I went to take a shower, black dirt came off my feet..yuck!! Wish I had flipflops to put on after my shower. I had to tiptoe back to my shoes and socks.

Never stay there again
The hotel was disgusting condition. Dirty carpets, dirty bathroom. Door didn't close correctly. (large gap between door and door frame)

This place was nasty! It was late and we were trying to find 3 rooms for the night. Well…we should have kept searching. The room smelled bad, there was mold on the furniture and all over the bathroom, the carpet was dirty and stained, the water smelled and was not clear and I could keep going. The only good thing was the staff at the front desk was nice, friendly and very helpful.

The room smelled like mold when we walked in, hairs in bath the carpet was black and stai the curtains had dirty spots all over the shower was disgusting i wouldn't bathe my dog in there everything was down right dirty and disgusting

I had reserved two rooms, when I got there late at night the desk person gave me two rooms that were unmade and had garbage all over. I went back to reception and she gave me two other rooms, one of them was unusable as there was furniture all over the bed, back to the front desk. Third times a charm you would think, not, the room stunk of cigarettes and the A/C didn’t work.

Ok-but not the best
First, the good things. Location is good and room among arrival was clean. The beds are fairly comfortable and price is good for the area.
There were, however, many things that made the stay uncomfortable. Check in took an extremely long time because only one person was at the counter-during Christmas week! The room was never fully cleaned during the stay-only towels were changed and once that was not even done. The key stopped working once we had to recheck in because we added a night. The condition of the room was not the best. The radiator was very loud and seemed dirty-my partner got a sore throat. The knobs in the shower were extremely hard to turn on and off. Not the best stay but certainly not the worst.

Basic hotel was clean and comfortable. Looks like it could really use an update, but was perfect for a quick visit over there. I overheard they do cruise parking, which from that location, looked like it would be very convenient for a stay and cruise package.

It is close to the Cape Canaveral/Port Canaveral exit on the I95 which was primarily why I chose this Days Inn. There are fast food restaurants nearby as well as a Publix market.

This property was absolutely horrific. I have no idea how it stays open. The room itself was FILTHY. There were ants crawling on the sink. The shower didn’t work which defeated the purpose of our stay. The room stink like mold and I happened to go over with my phone light in the night to adjust the time only to find food WITH MOLD in the AC vent. We were coughing within moments of stepping into the room. It was so bad that we ended up leaving and didn’t even stay.
Do not stay here. Disgusting rooms!!

RUN FOR YOUR LIVES FROM THIS STINK HOLE
I have traveled a lot in my life for both work and fun and can state without a fraction of a doubt that this was the most disgusting property I have ever stayed at. I booked five rooms for a group that were leaving the next morning for a cruise and it was horrible, horrible, horrible. Our room was upstairs with carpet that was nasty, damp to the touch and smelled like the most horrible musty smell you've ever experienced. Walls and ceiling had something like mold, dirt or both. Parking lot was busy with very obvious drug activity all night. My wife and I both slept in our clothes (not joking). So our entire group of 10 started our week long cruise dog tired and frustrated. STAY AWAY!

You get what you pay for
Welp not a total s.hole but close. Out in the middle of nowhere. Room smelled musty and mildewy. Door didnt close fully. Felt unsecure. Bed i guess was clean. Didnt see bedbugs. Didnt even use shower. Place was ghetto but cheap. On the plus side free wifi, discount to waffle restaurant and shuttle to cruise port for $15.

I don’t know how this place is open. Furniture is completely broken (room 0261). Air conditioner is noisy. The taps on the bath are constantly dripping. Small cockroaches in thr bathroom and in the room. The bedding was clean, I’ll give them that. But the place is trashed.

The pictures on the web , are very deceiving there is no, pool , Its very dirty ,the room have a terrible moisture smell the stick to your clothes, floor looks like it has not been clean in a long time , the toilets tare very dirty , it looks very unsafe

The check-in process and front desk registration person was amazing. But that's where it stops. I know I didn't pay a lot for a one-day stay however I expected a lot more from the property. The rooms are very outdated, my room completely smelt of mold and dampness, the shower head barely worked. I did not bother to complain because I was checking out early to file in the morning. The property had tons of small children running around as if families live there long term. I personally would not stay there again.

We had a nonrefundable reservation, but I could not in good conscience allow my wife and kids to stay in these rooms. The staff was nice but the rooms were unacceptable. Very rundown/outdated appearance. Seems to be an extended stay housing facility with people living there. The rooms smelled of mildew/smoke. The toilet in one of our rooms was still "dirty". I could go on and on.. I cut my losses and went to Springhill suites

This is an older hotel that’s seen some wear and tear, but my room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and everything worked as it should. That’s all that matters. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old and outdated. Our room smelled extremely musty. We got some airfresheners from the gas station but it still overpowered them. The carpets were dirty and looked damp and sticky. I didnt dare put my bare feet on them. Our bedside lamp didn't work and there was only one outlet available to charge our phones. The white bedding had stains. The pool water was cloudy with lots of floating debris. There were no floating condoms or bandaids so I guess thats a plus.The pool area had other peoples dirty towels lying around and wreaked of cigarettes. This place is gross and that's putting it mildly. If you are planning to stay here before catching a cruise, dont start your vacation this way, you will be disappointed. This hotel is best suited for truckers and the kind of people who live in hotels long term if you know what I mean.

Staff was very friendly and check-in was easy. The bedding is clean and fresh. The cleaning chemical smell in the room is so strong that it burned my nose. The toilet wiggles and the floor is sticky/makes feet dirty (it need a good cleaning). The parking is a little strange and even when the door was shut and deadbolted, it was not sealed fully - a large gap between the door and frame, but the courtyard is pretty.

We stayed overnight on our way to a cruise. The property and room was really run down. If it hadnt been so late I would have found somewhere else to stay. The carpet was tore up and sticky and the mattress frame not covered and looked old, stained comforters. Def not a place I would recommend to anyone.

I had to change rooms cause ants on bed, and when i changed rooms same thing. Ants on bed and ealls and tv, did not sleep loud people fro. 2 am to 4 am. Checkex oht before 11 am cuaee needed to get out of there and go home and get rest. Would not recommend

If you are going to Port Canaveral I’d suggest you NOT to stay here if you don’t have your own transportation. Was too inconvenient for me and my children. Cocoa Beach Shuttle was wonderful! Our driver drove us to see Space X. That was our highlight

14 from TN for one night.
The stay was ok for a one-night stay. The rooms was clean and the check in was good and very helpful. It was 14 of us. We had to walk to eat. That was no so good. The hotel could use an update. The breakfast was good at the little restaurant there on the property.

The overall company has enough money to upgrade and make it nicer. We all know the owner has millions and millions. No excuse for smelly and outdated rooms,pool,and building. The staff were very nice. 👍.

Very DISAPPOINTED! Expected less than best accomodations, but this location exceeded our low expectations.
Biggest complaint - NO FREE Breakfast as advertised. They have a restaurant FOR PAY.
Not enough towels. Mold on exterior wall showing through the pint (close to /c unit)
Only real positive is it's location close to Cape Canaveral and shopping at exit 2 miles away.
