It’s a good as it could be due to the building being old you can tell that management has tried but it’s just a really old building and it makes it look unclean.

Horrible hotel...Bed bugs or flea bites on my legs
This hotel was horrible. They would not allow my daughter to have her cats in the room without paying a fee, even though the website says "pets allowed". Does not say specifically just dogs. They would not allow me to pay over the phone. The hotel was horrible, dirty, unclean, beds filled w/bedbugs or fleas. I had lots of bites all over my legs within days of leaving the hotel. Very poor conditions and needs a total renovation.

The health department should come and access this property. It is not fit for humans or animals to stay in. First of all no one was at the front desk. All lights were off. I had to call the reservations number to see if the place was closed and then someone from the back yells, "I'm coming just wait a minute"??? There were no other cars in the parking lot----not one. The small area for breakfast was dark with a sign on the wall stating Not serving Breakfast Now. Everything was dirty. Our room was gross. Paint was bubbling up off the wall and there was mold everywhere. The only reason we stayed was because we only needed a couple of hours sleep before returning home. We were too tired to rebook and already knew some hotels were sold out. The black mold was even on the outside of the building and on the roof. We are talking horror story. Not to mention, we did hear someone yelling in the hallway but were not going to open our door. I am not a spring chicken and this by far was the worst experience I have ever had with stayinig at a hotel.

The lady at the front desk who checked us I was just short of threatening about damaging or smoking in the room. My wife and I are in our mid-sixties, not party looking college students.
The bathroom shows obvious signs of water damage and is in need of painting. The ice machine has a sign on it that threatens 25 to 35 dollar fines for filling a cooler. It would be interesting to know how such fines are enforced.

At arrival to check-in there was a group of threatening drunk men at the entrance that made me feel extremely unsafe especially being this reservation was for my Mom and I. I asked management if this was normal, he said they had been there for a while and wasn't planning to address it. Fearing for our safety we did not stay. I would like to get a refund considering we were planning to fulfill our reservation, but were unable to due to extremely unsafe conditions!!! We have now had to pay for another hotel room to ensure we would be safe for the night. I am extreme disgusted with the situation!!!

Crappy place Crappy attitude
It was extremely disappointing. The first room I was assigned had a problem with the toilet seat not being attached to the toilet. The second room had cracked and broken tile in the bathroom graffiti on the wall, (somebody drew the middle finger on the wall.
The entry door to the building did not lock so anyone could have come in to the facility. Did not feel safe.
The outside of the building was in disrepair.
Went to visit family in the area and came back around midnight and couldn’t get in my room. Went downstairs and rang the doorbell no answer. So I had to bang on the door to get the manager/attendant to come out, then he complained because I banged on the door.
I said what am I supposed to do get another hotel because you don’t want to help me? He showed me a sign saying they close at 11pm???

The property does not keep the front doors locked at night. Dirty and very dated. We had no towels in our room. No one in the lobby to help. It was locked. No one answered the phone, the after hours bell or knocking on the doors/windows. We got zero sleep thanks to the room above ours. It sounded like they moved furniture literally all night. Worst experience we have had in a very long time. The lack of safety was a huge concern. The doors should be locked at night. Any one can roam the halls at night.

Bed skirt was nasty and should of been trashed long before we got there, the air conditioner worked some of the time, there's patch work instead of just repairing or replacing things like the shower surround, and the food placed all around the outside of the property for the stray cats was interesting

They seem to be trying to make the best of a bad situation. We checked in and within five minutes we walked out and found another hotel. Just older and not well maintained. And no breakfast.

Took an hour to check in because the lady had her music up and couldn’t hear me. Then my card demagnetized and their front desk was closed so I couldn’t get into my room. You could not pay me to stay there again. Still waiting on a refund for the night I couldn’t stay in my room.

False advertising
Will you get what you pay for. So can’t complain about the hotel that much the main issue I have is that the hotel has on there websites and hotels.com does to. They advertised a full breakfast and when I asked at check in they said they don’t have breakfast. I’m fine if you don’t have it but don’t advertise it. That’s one of the decisions I used to pick the hotel so if you don’t have breakfast or anything else don’t advertise it.

Terrible! Chose a different place!
Business trip. Definitely will not stay here again. From check in to the time we left it was horrible! Check in is done through an exterior window. Upon entering the property it smelled terrible. Once getting to the room it didn’t seam bad until we went to use the bathroom. There was no toilet paper & the water barely came out of the shower head. They are not offering breakfast. The list could continue.

Needs Improvement
This hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were tidy, but the hotel desperately needs to be renovated. There is no breakfast offered, very limited housekeeping services, the fitness room is closed, no business center, and the lobby is completely closed. There are much better options in the vicinity.

Need to upgrade.
Hotel doesn't look like the pictures. It needs a major upgrades. Carpet not vaccumed, no batteries in tv remote, shower wasn't clean it had hair all in it.

Roaches and bed bugs!
Room was TERRIBLE! there was literally a roach walking on the bed and one of my sons found bedbugs. The refrigerator smelled like someone died and we were unable to use it to store our food. We threw everything out! I tried calling to get a different room, but the attendant disappeared and no one answered the phone! I literally sleep on a chair, took a shower the next morning and left. I again called the front desk at 9:30, no answer. I went to the front desk to speak to someone about the room and again, there was no one there! I left a note in the key folder, which I am sure went in the garbage. I paid $87.00 in cash for roach, bed bugs and to sleep on a chair!! Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE! It’s embarrassing to think this is a Wyndham brand!

There was no breakfast. The room had a stuffy-mildew smell and the ac didnt stay on consistently. Beds were fine, but no services available just a night clerk through a slot.

Although the staff member I encountered initial approach was friendly , his attitude changed when (1) I unfolded the the folded registration form so i could read it better, and (2) I initialed within the circle he had drawn around the 3 lines he wanted me to initial. He seem to have taken offense to this action , he acted like I had created a major catastrophe by not initialing the 3 lines individually. He copped an attitude when I stated I saw nothing wrong with placing my initials within his drawn circle covering the 3 lines . Instead he made some kind of comment that I would not do that when signing a contract. Instead of offering to redo the registration form, he decided to tell me , he would refund our money and we could find another place to stay. I told him if he did that I would report him to corporate . as he was stating this, he had walked away from me and was head back to , I have to presume, the office . I stated my displeasure on how this was being handled , and he made again the statement about refunding our money and find another place to stay. I repeated the statement about reporting him to corporate and he then threatened to call the police on me. i told him to go ahead.
We ended up with getting our refund and NOT staying at this Days Inn. First hotel have been to that made me feel I did not want to stay at, even prior to meeting staff.

I stay here often the only thing that bothers me is that the lobby is STILL closed due to Covid. That means even if it's freezing outside you have to stay out there until checked in. Also no breakfast due to the lobby being closed. Other than that no complaints.

The sheets appeared to have some staining on them, the hallways smelled weird, the bathroom floor was cracked, and the receptionist guy was short and rude. Not only to me but to the lady in front of me as well. And what the hell is up with the small ass square pillows they give you?? Why do you all not have normal pillows?!

Horrible!
Booked on line to attend a family funeral. Arrived two hours later. Saw the condition of the motel and immediately tried to cancel. Would not let me cancel because they stated they had to have a twenty four hour notice, even though I had only made the reservation two hours before.
The place was so dirty with questionable people hanging around that our family left anyway. Never again will i book at this motel.

Sleep the night and back to work
So average nothing really earned any comments, bad or good.
Sometimes that is EXACTLY what is needed.
I noticed a lingering smell of cigarette smoke in the whole building, but the smell was pretty old.

Didn't stay because on top of being charged by you the Indian owner thought he could charge me an additional price for sheets and other amenities 😡... For the price I was being charged I could've went to a 4 star hotel

Liked location - convenient in relation to family and friends we visited along with restaurants. Also like parking as for room access.

There were bugs in the bug, the management said they were stink bugs not bed bugs, it doesn't matter bugs don't belong in beds,mold doesn't belong in bathrooms, broken bathroom doors poorly fixed and not replaced and a passed out man in the morning, halfway dressed are not what anyone expects

Staff was not friendly. Asked for a late check out and was told the best they would do is 30mins, but housekeeping was knocking at the door 10mns before 11. Mind you there was only 4 cars in the parking lot.

Not a place I would ever stay again
The hotel was in an ok location but it is terribly old and wreaks of smoke. The front desk help was nice but really slow. Had to wait over 15 minutes to check in! Seemed fairly clean but was not that comfortable overall. I would not stay here again no matter the price.

The lady at front dest was polite and helpful. The housekeep surprised me with my four days stay with my room cleaned and smelling good. I was very impressed. After being at baseball all day coming back to a refresh bed and smelling good cool room was wonderful. Wash area was near and clean. I loved it. Peaceful.

The room was clean and the bed comfortable, but the "hot" breakfast was pitiful. Not much there... When we arrived, the room had a tiny bit of toilet paper on the holder and there was a small partial roll on the tank. The next day I had to ask for a roll because it had not been replaced after cleaning. Same day I had to ask for a box of tissues that had only 2 remaining that we used. Customer service could be improved.

Easy to find with GPS.
Everything was good especially for the price. The TV should have been raised up about a foot, hurt my neck trying to view, too low. Another pillow should have been provided.

Greenwood stay was disappointing.
Bed squeaked, water dripped in bathroom all the time, no ironing board, could not unlock back door with key, breakfast was terrible and at check out no one could be found at the front desk even ringing the bell or calling.

Avoid this hotel
Room was OK - but small and not completely clean. Price was outrageous for the product but I had no choice - felt like price gouging. Breakfast area was tiny for so many guests. Many were standing to eat.

Just a good night sleep.
Hair in the tub and sink, no toilet tissue , and trouble with the remote control.T he refrigerator was not cold and was leaking water . Management has a sign saying there will be a charge if you fill you cooler. So just took enough ice cube to keep our water cool.

Roach in my room
While watching TV I noticed a German roach crawling on the door of the refrigerator. I took a photo before killing it and went down stairs to let the front desk person know what I had found. They did switch rooms but the room that I was put in the air conditioner did not work. I set it down to 62 and it never came on. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Last resort
This hotel was a last resort since our normal hotel was booked. The mattress was shabby, the quality was horrible, and the hotel as an overall needs work. I do not intend on staying there again.

Good, Cheap Hotel to Shower & Sleep Only!
This hotel served it's purpose for me. I needed a cheap hotel in the area where I could, sleep and shower. I was not there most of the time, I was in town attending a Baby Shower and visiting family and friends for a few days. Be advised I noticed some "shady" people staying there and one night a couple got into a fight that spilled out into the hall.
