When I checked in I was welcomed with the friendly and helpful receptionist.

Women at front desk was rude
Women at check in was rude at first. We arrived at 315 and she said they were fully booked and wasnt sure she had a room for me. She was very snappy about it. We got our room right away, seemed like she just literally wanted to upset me. She completely changed him attitude when my husband came up to counter though.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a bit cramped for my wife, 2 daughters and me, but we didn’t spend much time in the room - so it wasn’t really a problem. The room and hotel was clean. The daily breakfast was fine for our needs.

This property, as a travel hotel, was excellent. The entire facility was exceptionally clean, the fixtures were all in good order, with a great shower with wonderful water pressure, and there was a very well-made buffet breakfast. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. I will definitely be staying here when I next find myself traveling through Holyoke.

The Sleep Away
Comfortable bed, stores all around to shop at, but me and my fiance manly kept to the bed which was soft, and comfortable. We got a much needed sleep. Also breakfast was great as usual.

Clean, up to date with great breakfast. Been to others and none had this many great breakfast options including oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, fruit and much more. Cute fitness area, quiet with nice installed shower and shampoo gels. Staff friendly and helpful. Great stay.

Overall excellent experience
The remote wasnt working for me, couldn't scroll right and the pool could have been deeper then 4 feet. However my stay was excellent comfy bed, clean rooms, gorgeous sliding shower doors. Work out room was great just as well as the breakfast.

Great place!
This hotel is great! The location is right off the highway, making it convenient to get to many areas quickly, using I91 or Riverdale Rd.
Breakfast is good, standard hotel food, but fresh. Hot coffee, tea, cocoa available all day and night in the lobby.
The lobby is big and a nice area to sit and visit or to just get out of your room for a while.
The mall is down the street, and Cracker Barrel, is behind the hotel, McDonalds, and Dunkin’ Donuts in front off.
We stay here every time we are in the area. We will stay again.
Hotel is very clean, and accommodating for any extras.

It was a nice stay for the night, the breakfast in the morning was great. Doesn't have a hotel bar or anything like that. There is a small pool, but we didn't go in because there were a ton of kids.

We loved how comfortable the beds were and rhe sraff was great. Rooms were clean overall . The only problen was the pool was teeny tiny and then they have this big gym area. There were 5 people in the pook and my daughter and i didnt even want to go swimming becausd we felt like we would of been on top of the other people. Other thab that it was a good hotel.

Comfortable and great location
It was very comfortable and had a great selection at the snack bar by the front desk. I had packages that were sent to the hotel, and the front desk was very prompt to alert me about their arrival. The location was great as there were fast food options nearby and convenience stories if need be.

ENJOYED MY ONE-NIGHT STAY
Very friendly. Easy, no hassle, check-in. Conveniently located. Very comfortable and clean room. Breakfast buffet was included. Wasn't crazy about the eggs (too crumbly and didn't taste like real eggs) and sausages didn't taste like pork or beef ("mystery meat?"). Everything else was good at breakfast.

Wonderful Stay!
We were here for a few nights and we had a wonderful stay! All the staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. They also reopened their continental buffet breakfast! We will def stay here again in the future!
