The room size was great but the staff was pretty rude! On top of the fact that out of a 4 day stay I asked once for room service and they didn’t make the bed nor put fresh towels nor take out the trash. AND my daughters xl bathmat went missing the day they supposedly went into my room to service it. Not recommended at all!

Room was nice, clean and updated compared to other options in the homestead area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast options.
Only issue was the the floor got wet near the window when it was raining. The staffs only answer was “when it rains this hard it is normal for a leak” and they wet vacuum/spot dryed with towels to solve the issue. It wasnt raining that heavy for Florida, Ive never heard of leaks being normal with heavy rain…

The elevators were out of service most of the time, especially on our arrival. I had to use the steps to get to our room. I have knee problems and it make it difficult to up and down the stairs.

Friendly and clean place!
From the beginning to the end everyone was very friendly and helpful. This hotel was very clean and well maintained. The free breakfast was pretty good too. I definitely would stay here again!

This hotel was very easy to get back on the highway. Some warm food options for breakfast. The only issue was someone yelling in the hallway at 3 am for a couple of minutes.

Great place to stay if you are heading to the Homestead Raceway. Easy access 10 minutes. Also great location for Biscayne and Everglades National Parks right in the middle for both. Plenty of easy walk places to eat and Publix grocery stop across the street. Would definitely stay here again. Very clean, service was great, and breakfast in the morning

Super friendly staff- especially Millie!!!! She treated us and our pup like family. I’d go back just to see her again! Rooms were incredibly clean and the hotel ALWAYS smelled amazing like a spa!

There needs to be more than one hook in the bathroom The bed was too firm. The breakfast buffet was just average. Other Marriott Hotels offer freshly made waffles. We were disappointed in the Eggo waffles. The coffee wasn’t very good either.

We stayed at this hotel two different nights in the same week as it was close to the airport and fit within our travel plans. We intentionally chose this hotel because it’s a Marriott and have always had good experiences.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious however we found the beds very hard and uncomfortable. The rooms also were not very clean. It looked like no one had vacuumed and, on our second night, one of the rooms had ants all over the counter. The staff was helpful and we were able to switch rooms quickly.
If we travel in that area again, we will most likely stay at a different hotel.

Wonderful Stay!
Beautiful area. A little tricky to get into because od the traffic circle, but well worth it. We stayed there at the beginning of vacation and came back when departing. Excellent pool and grilling area. Wonderful breakfast each morning with hot choices. Comfortable and clean. If you are heading into the keys, this is a wonderful starting point. Easy to get to without all of the Miami traffic.

Great hotel. Stayed here for a trip to the Everglades and the Keys. Staff was super friendly and helped facilitate an early check in after a red eye flight for a modest fee. Loved the mini kitchen in our room. Room was clean and comfortable. Surrounding area has lots of food, gas, and shopping options.

I had book here with 2 queen beds as I have a friend from Costa Rica . When I arrived , I was given a Queen Bed with Sofa Bed. The man on staff , 5/17 told me , since I book it thru Orbitz , we do not have the best room . Even advice, we need to book directly thru their web site and join the program to get better service.

This is a very nice hotel. Friendly workers & helpful. The only thing we didn’t like is we were in a non smoke room and the shower curtain smelled like cigarettes. Other than that everything was good.

Had a 2 night staycation here last weekend(2/11-2/13) and it was perfect! The room was beautiful, spacious and spotless! I asked for early check in, and the girls at the front desk (Jazmin and I didn't get the other girls name) went above and beyond to make it happen. They were both amazing! They were kind and courteous and made the check in process seamless. The room attendants were also attentive and made sure we always had fresh towels. They also offer complimentary breakfast in the morning. Everything about our experience was A and I would definitely stay there again!

The property and the staff were great! Friendly and accommodating and the room was large. The air conditioner is loud but....not a big enough deal to ask to be moved. Just wish there was a restaurant onsite.

We stayed at a standard room which had almost all the kitchen stuff except an oven, but the room size is too small, there was only one chair we can share, one person had to sit on the bed all the time, we stayed 3 nights there, luckily we had a lot outside activities.they may have larger rooms available. Their standard room definitely fits two people comfortably.

Very clean. Very nice room equipped with full kitchen- stove, frig, DW, microwave, dishes, pots&pans. Beautiful bathroom with real, soft towels. Great TV and service. Best breakfast ever. Couldn't be more pleased. Would highly recommend.

The bed was comfortable, the room was pretty well clean, and check in and check out staff were all very friendly. The biggest let down was the breakfast. The Jimmy Dean sausage biscuits - the egg white was still frozen inside. The toppings to the oatmeal were m nice, but I really just wanted a normal breakfast with some eggs and pancakes. Instead, it was a bit chaos. The place was packed (it’s a small serving area). They had a little packaged Florentine frittata, even the waffles were packaged (not fresh), but they were inside the heater, which was kind of melting some of the plastic on the waffles. For the price, I would’ve liked seeing a better quality breakfast provided.

Out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in, this is probably my favorite. I live not too far and I’ve passed by this hotel many times. It’s in a great location, close to many restaurants and shopping. The room itself was kind of small but offered many great amenities. The bed was very soft and comfortable. Nice TV with many channel options. The kitchen area was really nice. But the bathroom is what I loved most of all. It even had an optional bath tub mat located in near the shower stall. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Best place ever!!
This group of hotels offer the best clean comfortable rooms and I never have any issues here. The people are more than helpful, willing to assist- even offering to store my bicycle in the back room so I wouldn’t have to take it to my room. Quiet room with no noise! I will always return and even go out of my way to stay here.

We just spent a week at this property and everything was great! The hotel room was nice and we selected Towneplace Suites because of the full kitchen. But, mostly the staff is wonderful! Everyone on every shift was welcoming, kind and helpful. The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful, when I needed some extra assistance one morning. The ladies working the breakfast were always so nice and greeted you happily every morning. The front desk staff were great, our check in lady was the perfect happy personality for the start of our vacation. The gentleman in the evening was helpful with games, they were great about getting us pool towels, you never feel like a bother, you feel like they are friends. Omary was so helpful, when one evening, we wanted to order pizza and we were having difficulty placing the order. She actually placed the order for us. I really cant say enough about the Homestead staff, they were all so nice, that we miss them, now back home and in Ohio! Thank you for such a wonderful stay, we thoroughly enjoyed our Spring Break with you.

Hotel was well kept and quiet, safe, and walking distance to a grocery store, Outback, Wendy’s, Starbucks, and McDonalds and only a short drive to many other dining options. We had a 2 bed kitchenette suite, room was very large and clean with nice size dining set, 2 burner stove top, kitchenware, full size frig, small dishwasher, and microwave (no oven). There was only one easy chair, another one would have been nice and there was plenty of room for that or even a small sofa. Staff was friendly and helpful, although housekeeping was not explained when we checked in. Housekeeping only comes every 3 days, so by day three we had had to request extra towels, TP, and Kleenex. We were there a week, so the next housekeeping wasn’t until day 6, when we were leaving the next day, so kind of pointless at that point. Breakfast was limited, and the same thing everyday (pre packaged breakfast sandwiches were the main item everyday, though twice they had an extra option of pre made waffles, but when I asked for some butter was told they had none. We ended up eating breakfast out several times to break the monotony after checking the days offerings. Basically I would strongly recommend this hotel for a short stay, but not so much for a longer stay such as ours due to the limited housekeeping and limited breakfast.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. I would like to congratulate the staff in charge of the rooms. Additionally, the person in charge of the Continental breakfast was incredibly friendly, approachable, and greeted every guest in the buffet and dining area, making sure we were ready for the temperature changes ahead, and that all our needs were met and taken care of.

The property was well maintained and clean. Staff was professional. Breakfast was fresh and hot. The kitchen staff accommodated my husband diet of no pork or beef. My only dislike, was the pillows. They seemed flat. Still I will give 5 out of 5
