Decent Stay
It was a great stay. The staff are really nice. Only complaint would be that the people who stay there must be the the rejects from Fast and the Furious became they unnecessarily rev up there car up at 11:45pm and dont take off for like 10-15 minutes.

Only stay here if you like being miserable
The main office smelled awful as soon as you walked in.
The room was so filthy that we had to go to the nearest store and get cleaning supplies to make it tolerable. The room stunk so bad of urine and pets that we had to buy an air freshner in order to minimize the stink.
The floors throughout the room were sticky and discolored from built up dirt. After the light cleaning of the floor that we did, we continued to wear our shoes and realized that the grout of the floor was black and not white.
The sheets/bedding and towels were stained yellowish. The top sheet actually had a brown smudge on it. The bedding stunk of mildew and wet animals. We actually kept our clothes on from the day and slept on top of the blanket.
We moved the dresser to get a better look at the lack of cleaning and there were dust, pet fur, dog food and a dime. There was a wad of fur on top of the heater/air conditioner.
The bathroom had no cold water and the shower was dirty with mold on the ceiling. Also the shower was about 2x3 1/2 '(barely enough room to turn around much less soap up). We bought towels just so we could dry ourselves. The bathroom floor also had black mold on it.
The kitchenette sink was rusty and the floor along with all the flat surfaces were sticky.
There were cobwebs on the wall, not even the corners but midwall. The wall behind the bed had a hole in it.
My husband has medical issues/breathing problems, this room put him in the nearest ER.

There were people banging on doors looking to fight with someone. Nobody came to take care of it. Police were called. This was going on for over an hour. No shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. Would not go back.

Garbage in hallways made it smell like the dump. Saw roaches in the room. We were given a late checkout for 12:00pm. Room service beat on our door at 11:00 am introduced herself as the manager. We told her we had been given a late check out and she said they do not give late check outs and either pay for another night or GET OUT. Extremely Rude! I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

A place to avoid
On our first night, we asked the front office to replace the security latch on our door. It was completely missing. They never did. But, maybe you like danger? Us, we didn't sleep very soundly.
This place is crumbling because of the lack of maintenance. Hallways that are filthy have entrances with doors that do not open/close properly. Trash all over the place. But maybe you're okay with that. We weren't.
We hated it here. But, If you like non-smoking rooms that reek of cigarettes, this is the place for you. If you don't mind poop stains on your freshly washed towels or playing "guess the stain" on the sheets, this could be a good stay for you. If you don't mind noisy neighbors partying until after midnight, come on down. If you are okay with lights that don't work in the dark stairwells, the danger of this place might excite you. If you appreciate the skunky smell of Marijuana all night, it's here for you. Bathroom drains that don't drain, power outlets with no power, and toasters that emit harsh smoke as soon as you push down the handle are waiting for you. Neighbors yelling in the halls at 5:00 in the morning. Doors slamming all night. An A.C./heater that pulls in every odor from the neighbors toking up or grilling food outside. These might be exactly what you want. We didn't.

I paid $149 when I booked this room through Travelocity and was charged 129.00 upon arrival. Ridiculous. You can’t park anywhere close to your room. I was worried my car would be gone when I woke up the next morning. The room had a sliding glass door to the patio. The entire locking mechanism/handle to the door was missing. Leaving a 1 inch by 5 inch open gap in the door. There were long hairs all over towels and wash cloths. These were also very dingy looking. I gave them one star because I HAD to. When trying to explain to the desk clerk that the room was altar paid for, even showing him where the transaction came out of my bank account, he wanted to do nothing but argue.

The online pictures are deceiving - their are long term tenants that leave trash piled up in the outdoor stairwells - it was sitting for at least a few days and had a foul smell. There was also a constant smell of marijuana.
We made reservations the day prior, and when we checked in and made our way to the room, it was locked with the deadbolt from the inside, which freaked us out. The staff member seemed concerned and confused, and switched us to a different room - which was an inconvenience, as we needed a handicapped room. The only other available room was on the second story.
The room itself appeared freshly painted, but there were stains all over the upholstered couches and chairs, pubic hairs in the shower, and a glass drug pipe under the bed. The room reaked of cat urine and stale cigarettes. The water in the shower could only be set to hot or cold, and would shut off in the “warm” setting.
The staff was very nice, but I feel as though the description and reviews of this hotel are misleading.

Horrible smells. Room door didn’t seal shut. Huge space open to hall. Noisy with loud music coming from several rooms. Room across from me, had dog that barked randomly. Didn’t feel safe.

3 day trip
Great stay, room was nice and clean. Close to multiple restaurants. No breakfast but not an issue.
Was a 3 day trip for a volleyball tournament.
Would reserve again

shower/tub was filthy and unusable. we a3rrived late and went straight to bed and so did not notice until the next morning. showed pics to property manager who said they would have given us a refund but since it was booked by Expedia it had to go thru them He reported to Expedia and they did nothing

Ive been temporarily staying here for approximately 5mo. It is very clean. full size refrigerator/freezer microwave kitchen sink& counter space. Staff is friendly & always helpful. Cost stays consistent ulike many other places near by that fluctuate constantly.

A Hard NO on this place!
Booked a two bed, ACCESSIBLE room. It was shown as an option on both Hotels.com and the Motel 6 website. Arrived and was told I booked a (2) bed room. I said yes, an ACCESSIBLE (2) bed room. Was told they did not have one, all accessible rooms are King. I showed them my confirmation, and they said ,"Oh this has happened 4x." I asked if they have done anything to correct it, got no response. Had no choice but to make due, my daughter is handicapped but can function is a standard room, but would have been safer in an ADA room. Then they quoted me $20 per nite for my pet. Again, I showed the the Hotels.Com info stating it was $10 per night. They said , "We charge $20." Then the manager (I assume?) came over and in their defense did not charge me for the pet. The grounds are large and barely maintained. Garbage cans at pool were not emptied 4 days I was there. Pool had a lot of leaves in it (many trees around) and I had to scoop the leaves out everyday. Trash was piled up by the trash at the entrance door, was finally removed by 3rd day. Room was serviceable but in no way did it have a kitchen, or kitchenette. It has a micro, 3/4 size fridge and a small sink. No cook top, no oven, no dishes, no silverware, nada! Seems like many guests were short/med term workers in the area. Felt safe, but some may not. I made do with the acomadations but sure as heck will not go back.

I didn’t like my stay at all I was there for 3 night cause of work just needed a place to sleep. At 2 am there were people arguing outside my room and at one point I heard someone knock on my sliding door, then at around 3 am I heard someone trying to get into someone’s room and then heard more arguing coming from the hallway.

Studio 6 is alright if your in a tight bind. Staff is friendly, i had to go my whole stay without a remote even after i called the office the first day. Wifi wasnt working either at the time.

Malas recepcionistas (Carmen)
El hotel lo están remodelado, y no esta tan mal. El problema es su personal especialmente el de recepción. Desde q llegue el trato fue horrible. Su nombre era Carmen y no recuerdo el de su compañera que era igual o mas descortés. Espero que piedan mejorar.

Recently remodelled and clean.
Friendly desk staff.
Bathroom sink clogged. Front desk appreciative to be notified.

The location was fantastic. Upgrades being done. Our card key didn’t work daily and our door was very hard to open and close. No room service for the 3 nights we stayed.
