Asked for non-smoking room and was gave a non-smoking rooms with blankets covered in cigarette burns. 100 cash deposit was stung on me at check-in. Terrible situation, I didn’t even sleep in the bed. I said freak it and continued my 4 hour drive

We should have read the reviews.
Flight came in 3 hours late and we were too tired to drive to our destination outside the city so we looked for a place to sleep super quick. I’ve stayed at a Days Inn multiple times before and never had an issue. This, however, was the worst hotel experience of my life. It was scary dirty, drunk person almost hit me when I walked from my room, cigarettes everywhere, smell of weed seeping into the room, elevator so full of grime you couldn’t see the floor. Surprisingly, inside the room was not all bad…which is the only reason we stayed. But it was loud, and we found a shopping cart outside our room at 6am when we left.
At checkin, they required a $100 CASH only deposit, which he labeled with our misspelled last name, room number, and a paper clip and added it to a stash of other deposits (no indication of this anywhere but a small misspelled sign taped on the window at the front desk). The next morning they asked IF we had paid a deposit, and I said you required it - didn’t know it wasn’t an option. I also asked if they regularly had people angry at them as everyone in the tight little lobby was fuming, and the guy said “oh every day.” My response was, “Maybe you guys should think about making some changes then.” He looked dumbfounded. I guess they like providing smelly, trashy, unsafe, awful experiences and making people mad with their archaic, sketchy business practices.
Just do yourself a favour and don’t stay here.

Bugs, crappy towels, people up partying all night extremely loud! (And I understand people party at hotels but this was out of control! Surprised the cops didn't show up)

Nice room, but...
Was charged an extra $2 for "housekeeping". I usually tipcash, so this was a first. Homeless dude in the parking lot was a little weird. Breakfast was awful. Stale. No juice...

This property has unlawful criminal activity on and around the property/premises. The staff has no security to protect your property or safety. It is not addressed by Management and I would not stay here with any children or family. IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE!!!

Don’t go in Nashville
The main problem we had was feeling extremely uncomfortable. They have “family” who live at the hotel and will stare at you endlessly. They WAITED, yes waited outside our door starting at 8:30am when check out was at 11. They followed us to our car to make sure we didn’t take anything? But I went as far to bring my own bedding so why would I take your hotel pillow? All around made the trip very uneasy can not recommend NOT going here enough. The owner of this property needs a deep talk with those who live/work on the property

I have never in my life stayed a hotel and you walk in the floor was not clean meaning dirt in the floor and not mopped.
I wasn’t told that I had to pay 50.00 deposit which I got back at check out.My family was woken by the phone ringing at 4:30 in the morning which I didn’t answer. I asked for extra towels and was told they didn’t have any. Needless to say I will not stay at this hotel again.

Water stopped working no one patrolling or cleaning room was dirty!! One bed had blood on it. Headboards gone towels dirty and saw a bug the morning we left. Breakfast was cereal and muffin. We will never stay there again. How is Wyndem associated with this? It’s not up to there standards!!! Drug deals going on all night.

I don’t even know where to start with this hotel. We checked in around 9 PM, first thing was they asked for a card to charge a $2 cleaning fee. Why wasn’t this included with the room fee? And I don’t know why we had to pay a cleaning fee because the room was disgusting. The carpet was completely soaking wet on the left side of the bed and the bathroom floor had a greasy feeling to it. The Wi-Fi was terrible as well. But the absolute worst part of this stay was the party going on in the parking lot right outside our room until about 2 am. I was woken up multiple times by a loud music coming from the cars just hanging out in the lot. Also was woken up by a man talking on his phone loudly at 4 am, and then yelling at what I can only assume was a hooker coming out of the hotel room near us. Then after finally falling asleep at 5 am, I was woken up by the Car wash right next door. The loudspeaker was SO LOUD. And why was the car wash even open that early?? Anyway, this was by far the worst sleep I ever had in a motel. I do not recommend this place if you are looking to sleep at all. Also don’t recommend if you want to feel safe and not see drug deals and hookers right outside your window. Thumbs DOWN

What was supposed to be a wonderful weekend trip started out in a disaster. They lost our reservation. Said it was canceled. But on my end, it was not, and I still had all my confirmation information. And I had to find another place to stay for the weekend. I will not book Days Inn at this location again. The front desk staff was as nice as he could have been with multiple parties upset with their reservations canceled.

Sketchy hotel, but with it being a weekend in Nashville for the Taylor swift concert and every hotel sold out we made it work. I luckily still received my room but saw several others arrive to the hotel and upon arriving being told they have cancelled their rooms, even with confirmation numbers, emails, etc. front desk staff was very unprofessional and careless when it came to helping the guests. I’ll never return to this location.
The first night I stayed I had a banging on my door at 10pm and again at 10:08pm. Felt unsafe and frustrated at the time, person was not a hotel staff member.
The room itself wasn’t the cleanest, but it was what was available so we stayed.
I feel as though the hotel itself needs new staffing, better cleanliness, or it just should be closed down.

As I walked in the room smelled bad. Bed cover had stains on it, either the cleaning person had a cut on her hand or someone wiped something on it…. Some of the towels also had stains on them, they needed to be washed. I wanted to take a shower after my race but there was no hot water at all at around 1-2pm. Breakfast is:
Gallon of 2%milk on the counter in the jug from the store, cereal, coffee, toast and that’s about it…. I would not call it a breakfast!!! Main reason I chose this hotel because they were “offering” breakfast and hoped to have a banana…
This hotel is overpriced for the quality!!!

Less than stellar
Front desk clerk was friendly, but other staff didn’t speak English and if asked a question, I was referred to the front desk. Room was old and smelled musty when air was not on. There was rust around the toilet paper holder and a huge hole in the wall behind the bathroom door that had been stuffed with toilet paper. Bed sheets and covers had some staining so we went and purchased our own covers. There was remodeling in the room next door to us and they would be drilling and banging late into the night (10-11pm CST). Would not be my first choice for future visits.

We got in very late only be told there were no rooms left. We had made the reservation 2-3 months prior to our arrival. We were told we would be refunded but haven’t seen the money yet. No assistance getting another hotel. A family with young kids were told the same and had to take a taxi back to the airport.

Room was dirty, broken towel rack hanging from the wall, shower was dirty, smelled of old stale cigarette smoke and urine. Loud neighbors all night. Trash all around the building. Felt like it was in a third world country.

Terrible!!!!
The refrigerator did not work. The had a terrible odor. The front desk said they would take care of the problem. Never heard back from them. There was no hot water. We had to take cold showers. One of the worse experiences we have ever had.

This hotel room was filthy. Dirty sheets and mold in the bathroom. The worst part of this hotel was that there is NO HOT WATER in the shower so none of us got to shower. Would not recommend staying here.

The room was clean and functional but not in the best condition - it definitely needed some attention. The location was good as I was on a driving trip and not looking to be “downtown”.

When we went to the room the door did not work. The second room had NO heat and no TV. There was criminal activity outside when we checked i. They offers another room but that would have been 3 rooms in 30 minutes. If you can’t get it right in 2 tries - I am out. So we left.

They put us in a room that smelled awful. The en-suite door was open on arrival (we only rented one room) and it opened to a dirty room with a fan on that was clearly trying to dry out a moldy room. We were moved to the third floor and there was a homeless guy sleeping outside our door. Super sketchy.

When we got to our room after an 11 hour drive, climbed into bed IT WAS WET! DISGUSTING!! Like someone pissed in the bed and they just threw a blanket over top of it. When I went to let the front desk know he didn’t believe me. He walked up to the room and pulled all the blankets off and checked it. IT WAS WET they wanted me to sleep on the couch till morning and then change rooms. I said absolutely not. I want a different room. Got all that resolved. But, every day I have to have the key card rekeyed for the room which was a little inconvenient. Then on the last night, go to bed early because we have an 11hr trip home and the fire alarm went off at 9:30pm didn’t stop for an hour.
The parking area is patrolled by the local police department so I guess that’s a plus.

Not very pleased with my stay: staff is not welcoming, location is pretty noisy (enjoy the rooms near the car wash!) and room are bare minimum (and pricey for what they offer.) Also enjoy the breakfast: hot water and coffee is available plus some cereals, what a feast...

Hot mess Looked like alot of mess going around in that parking lot. Looks like alot of drug addicts there, police surrounded the hotel, not sure what happen or why they arrested the person that they did. Made me feel so unsafe and uncomfortable. We stood for one night cause thats where we stopped to sleep. The room wasn't TERRIBLE, but I definitly would never stay there again. Luckily it was just to sleep and we ran out of there so fast in the morning.

Ok hotel, unsafe area.
Requested non- smoking, room smelled like smoke. No frig in room. People fighting outside our room from 1130pm until 530 am when one of them threw a brick thru the room window 3 doors down. No one from hotel ever came by. We got no sleep and felt very unsafe. We think it was a prostitute/drug problem. Car wash very loud all night next door also. Room was clean and bed comfy. Breakfast is just coffee, juice, cereal, bread. We will never be back.

This room was by far the most disgusting dirty filthy room I have ever stayed in. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in a year. There was urine on the toilet when I walked in the sink hasn’t been wiped down in who knows how long the tub is absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t wash my dog in it. The floors haven’t been mopped or even swept the vent has about 3 inches of dust on it. I had a king smoking room. There are no ashtrays, and the lights don’t work in the room. I highly recommend that you do not stay here in this filthy disgusting environment.

Miserable !
Tinted towels, dirty looking linens,dirty shower curtain. Front desk person disappeared when I was locked out of my room. Had to wait more than 15 minutes before he returned. Breakfast was a joke !! Never stayed in a hotel so lousy !!

When I walked in everything clean was solid. My whole bet felt wet. I though it was from them not drying the sheets all the way, I had them change it the next day, he changed my sheets but not my blanket..:/

For less than $100 room was acceptable. Unfortunately there were homeless people sleeping in the car wash across the parking lot there were questionable characters hanging around the convenience store. Probably should expect that on the outskirts of a big city. Room was fine appeared to have less than professional upgrades and craftsmanship. Stood in the pool of water in the shower. Did mention to management hope the next person does not have that issue. Very convenient to the airport.

This place is a dump - black mold in the bathroom - I went to DG store & bought bleach spray to spray walls & tub. We were in town for CMA Festival & everything is way over priced. Door knob was loose, light falling off the wall, light shades stained, refrigerator stunk of mold & mildew & nothing like cigarette burn wholes in the linens. Pretty sure there was a pimp & his prostitutes working in one room, a family living in another & some drunk guy wondering around the parking lot. Parking lot covered in trash & cigarettes. Towels so small they might dry a child. I would never stay here again. It really is that bad.

This is not the the Ritz - and shouldn't be expected to be. This is a budget hotel, with continental breakfast, in a quiet neighborhood off of I-40. It is a quick 15 or so minutes to Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, and the Ryman. The hotel appears to be undergoing some renovations, and as such, workers were about.
The rooms are clean, the breakfast adequate. Kieran at the front desk was awesome, and hard working. He assisted us every morning, and was always cheerful and helpful. Do not expect 5 stars, it is reflective of its price, but we felt safe, and it is within easy driving distance of Nashville attractions.

Chemical smell in room so strong had to air out for 2 hours to even occupy. Loud noise and yelling outside for over 2 hours from 12am to 2am. Front desk called our room at 3am that somebody complained about our pet that was by us quiet in our room - not our pet making the noise. Front desk advised they would check out noise but never did. Fridge did not work. Cigarette burns in the bedding in our "smoke free" room. Free breakfast was horrible in about a 10sf area. Worst experience ever!! Requesting a refund.

This hotel was fine for our Nashville trip. It was about 10 minutes away from downtown. Don’t count on the breakfast, because it was just mini muffins, bread and cereal. They are next to a couple places though. It got a little sketchy at night, but that was the area mostly. The light outside our door flashed all night, every night we were there. They said they would fix it but that never happened. Again, it was fine for our stay, nothing very special. If you don’t mind a lower cost hotel away from Downtown, this worked, but an Uber driver did mentioned to just be careful in the area at night.

The advertised pool was closed. The room we had was one of the more disgusting ive had in years. The carpet was torn and dirty, the lamp shades were broke and one had what looked like mold, the sink back splash was disgusting, the bathroom had a broked light switch cover and missing knob, the reading lights werent plugged in and the cord was put together with wire nuts, and to top it off, the power went out to half of the room that included the refrigerator for 2 ½ hours and some food items had to be thrown out.

Decent room for the price
Room was clean and tub was huge. The microwave was in a place that couldn't be plugged in so it had to be moved to the desk to use. The mini fridge was so cold it froze my drinks after just a few hours and it doesn't have a temp control setting. The ceiling had a few large places that looked like it had a leak in the past. The bed was hard. Overall it was easy checkin and out, decent for the price and the location was good for where we were going.

What I didn't like were the 2 entryways, one on each side of the bed, under which was otherwise completely closed off from the rest of the room. Sized perfectly for a cat, it likely would have caused me great delay in getting the cat out from under there if I hadn't surveyed the room. In addition, there were no towels, no batteries in the TV remote, no AAA batteries in supply at the office, and no breakfast (or substitute) as advertised (perhaps I was the last to be informed). This isn't the first hotel that I found to have abandoned breakfast service in response to covid, but now practices few if any other protocols.

Cheap Valentines Getaway
The bath tub was filthy and it was very low to get out of even with the grab bars and the toilet stopped up several times. But location is convenient to tons of restaurants and gas stations.

advertised free breakfast - no free breakfast and blamed TN health department for COVID - Other hotels offer breakfast so total bull. Slime on the fridge, microwave, and bathtub. tub drain did not work, comforter had stains on it. heating/cooling didn't work, terrible neighborhood, sewage stench outside of our room

Checked in and room had no toilet paper I called the front esk and was told to go and get it. Air conditioning knob to control the tempersture wss broken. Well total disappointment. They should be on the cheap list or completely taken out of Expedia.

Liked that it was very inexpensive. Due to the low cost we did not expect anything fancy.
We were disappointed that they advertised a simple grab & go breakfast but at check in we found that none was available.
We heard activity in & around the neighboring rooms throughout the night.

The place was clean and comfortable. Worth the money.
The only drawback was that I booked it and paid for a continental breakfast which they said they provided. They had closed the breakfast bar for covid and the corporate headquarters evidently refuses to update the site after the local manager has repeatedly asked them to do so.

Horrible experience
Beds were very firm. Smelled a bit of mildew. Homeless people sleeping outside within 100 feet of hotel. More of a motel. Accidentally left our wedding ring in room that magically disappeared and staff has been extremely rude about answering to it.

Web site advertised free hot Breakfast. When I arrived I was told that there was no Breakfast available due to City restrictions.

We had to check out at 5:30 am the next morning so I was glad that I would not be eating breakfast there. Couch in room looked very dirty and the cushions were flat and looked very used. Walls needed to be painted in bathroom and the parking lot had trash.
