Nice quiet place to stay, close to downtown Boston. Only thing about the suites is people cook stinky food and the smell travels. But the stay itself was great.

Paying for parking is a BUMMER
We got there very late to check in. I knew I had to pay for parking but 50
Seems absurd. I know it’s in a city but as a repeat customer I think the fee should be wait! Everything else about the stay was perfect. Breakfast was very good too!

The property was clean and had all the amenities we needed. The only thing I'm not happy about is when we booked the hotel online, there was a promotion that said we'd get one free day of parking. However, when we got to the hotel, we were told there was no such promotion.

We could not sleep at night because people above our floor were running and jump around too much, making too loud noise...the walls are too thin, so we could hear everything what next door and above people were saying...it was very unpleasant experience

We had a great experience with this hotel. We stayed in a one bedroom suite with two kids and we had plenty of space. We hard a large bedroom and the kitchen came with a large fridge. We enjoyed free breakfast. The hotel also came with a pool and fitness room that we did not get the chance to take advantage of. The hotel was clean and service was good.

En recepción no fueron nada amables. No nos quisieron dar una mejor habitacion porque esta tenía cama king size y sofá cama que estaba toda chueca y con los resortes salidos realmente muy incómoda. Además no limpian el cuarto todos los días.
La recepcionista dijo que al reservar con hoteles .com no hay forma de mejorar el cuarto.

Welcoming, convenient and perfect place to stay
From font desk to housekeeping to Breakfast, everyone is nice and professional. I stayed here before and specifically chose it for this stay. I’m here because my aunt is hospitalized so I need everything to go well so I can concentrate on what is important.

Weekend sports trip
Very nice hotel, walking distance to many restaurants & shopping (Nike, Target and many more) Room was very clean and comfortable, continental breakfast had many options to chose from. Was about 20 min drive to downtown Boston . Would stay here again.

Trip to Boston for a concert and Bruins game. Hotel was perfect! My only complaint (and its my usual complaint) are the pillows. Too soft/lumpy, just generally uncomfortable.

This property was walkable to restaurants, stores and our destination. There was a gym, indoor pool, parking, laundry and delicious breakfasts. The room was clean, bright, comfortable and had any utensil you would need for cooking. Kitchen has big fridge, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher! TV swivels from living room to bed. Lovely shower, with ledge if you need to shave your legs. I wanted to stay...I could live there!

It was very clean, the room was large, (plenty of room for the 4 of us.) The breakfast was good, however, the stopped bringing out fresh hot food a bit before end time, so that was a little disappointing.

Highlights: The bathroom is one of the nicest hotel room bathrooms. Extra large walk-in shower. Very good lighting. We even felt like the floor was heated. Was it?
The living area was also great. Conveniently placed outlets. Plenty of space. Loved the chaise sofa. I got more work done than I even planned.
Kitchen…hello ice maker! That was awesome. Everything you needed as far as dishes and appliances, including a dishwasher.
Honestly, the only flaw was spending $13.40 for some Hot Pockets in the lobby market thingy. Don’t ask why I was getting hotel Hot Pockets.

Everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, my room smelled very badly like disinfectant and dirty feet. I assume one was trying to mask the other, but perhaps it was in the carpets. Would stay here again, if that was rectified. Super convenient and highly walkable.

Very nice hotel. Room had all the amenities needed and beyond. There was a full kitchen, couch, TV, bed and full bathroom. Very quiet area also. Everything was so clean and the staff was friendly.

Great property, although their check-in times were blatantly wrong. I had called ahead to see if we could get an early check-in and was told 2:30p.
When I arrived at 3:30, I was told there was a delay getting my room ready and I needed to wait another 10-15 mins. Hmmm, from half an hour early check-in to 15 mins after normal check-in time.
When I mentioned that I had called ahead and was told early check-in was available, front desk reply was "the hotel is very full". Not my problem, and not a valid excuse.

Everything was great, the room was very good. The only thing I find not great is that you don’t have housekeeping every day and the day I didn’t put my do not disturb sign they didn’t do the room either.

Loved the size and set up of the 2 beds room. Mattress wasn't super comfy but did the job. LOVED the area the hotel is in, wasn't thrilled with $28/day parking. Breakfast was good.
Wasn't happy that Housekeeping knocked on the door at 9:30am waking up the teens in the room. Check out wasn't until Noon...why knocking 2.5 hours early???? If I had still been down in the breakfast area housekeeping would've walked into the room with my sleeping family. Not ok.

New/old hotel by construction site!
There is a massive construction site next door which makes alot of nose and banging on steel beams, huge crane moving things around right next door. I wish i knew it before i booked this place.. building shakes every few hours im not sure its because of subway or construction but its very unsettling.... this is new building but once you get in to your room it feels like you walked into 20 or 30 years old room. Decor and pain color, fabrics styles etc. feels like 90's
Staff were ok, not really caring as much.
I walked to the counter 3:30pm for check in and the lady on the counter wanted said i have accessibility room for you and i said i dont want acceptability room.. she said well check in is at 4 and your room is not ready see you again in 30min!!! Funny thing was her shift was done by 4pm and she left shortly after!!!
Some time is not what you say its how you say it...specially if you are doing customer services..
Overall not happy with this experience.

I got a hard time to communicate with the staff there. I made reservations for two nights but with different reservations. The first staff said he will help me to keep it as the same room. But the second morning, another staff said I have to switch room. It takes long time to get my second room ready. The second room's towels is not clean. It has a lot of blood which is scary. It's not a good experience.

No available parking that was near the building. Parking was a block away and not secure. We could not stay given that choice and we were still charged for ghe stay.

Spent 6 nights. When we checked in we found out that the on-site parking costs $25.00 a day. The walls are thin and you hear everything. If you have a room overlooking Arsenal street you will hear very loud traffic noise. The hot breakfast was ok, but always ran out of various items. Quality of food was 2 star at best. We got by, but would not stay there again.
