The room was cold when I got in it. There was like a 1- 1 1/2 inch crack/space under the door letting in the cold air from outside. I had to use a towel folded in half to block the air.
The two people at the counter when I arrived were BOTH very rude. The lady didn't even speak to me at all and the guy acted like he didn't want to be there, never the less, take care of my reservation.
I WILL NOT be reserving a room there, EVER AGAIN.

Poor customer service, understaffed, keys stopped working every day (sometimes multiple times a day), dirty towels were left in dresser drawers, TV reception was awful, door didn’t seal well. You get what you pay for I guess, but certainly not a great experience by any means.

We had 2 rooms:
1. Both room key cards stopped working and had to be replaced at least 3 times
2. 3 bath towels between both rooms for 5 people…had to make 5 trips to office to get 2 more and didn’t get them til the second night (our last night)
3. Floor filthy…walked from bed to bath in white socks that were filthy brown when I returned to bed.
4. B-fast just ok. Picture of waffle iron on website…but waffles not part of the b-fast.
5. Thin walls…hear neighbors toilets flushing
6. Drawers filthy…did not use for clothes.
7. Serious condensation on window…water dripping down wall, leaving puddles on floor

Room smelled bad, Lady at the desk seemed mad and didn't want to deal with people. Room had dirty towels on the floor from previous renter. It was so bad I left 2 hours after renting the room. I really wish I could get a refund. Wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.

Well I will start with-after driving ALL day we were tired and ready for bed. HAHA only to pull the covers down and there be NO SHEETS on the bed at all. Only the mattress pad--WOW really. Called to the front desk, and she chuckled like it was funny. SORRY NOT FUNNY AT ALL especially when I'm paying almost $200.00 for a nights sleep. Continental Breakfast was a JOKE too- Nothing like the continental breakfasts at other facilities. Fridge in our room did'nt shut all the way so the freezer part was all frozen. Highly disappointed.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!! When checking out nothing was offered for our inconveinencies at all-"O im sorry you had to call at 11 pm and put sheets on your bed" is all that was said.Pitiful to say the least.

This was a very old uncomfortable hotel. Beds were very very small and water in the shower was not hot. My family and I wanted to leave. Not a good experience! Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else!

This is a good place if you are just stopping for the night as I was or traveling with a pet. However if you are looking for a good night sleep not the place. Walls are very thin and you can hear entire conversations. The road noise is also loud.

Reviews indicated it was clean. It was not at all. Room and bedding smelled like smoke. Freezer had aluminum foil in it, bathroom was obviously not cleaned at all. I have pictures. There was a dried pea on the bathroom sink and hair in the tub. The parking lot was a mess with an overflowing trash can. Smelly stuff near the upstairs ice machine. TV picture was blurry. The property sign was not lit so hard to find the property. I counted 10 times that vehicles with sirens went by.

I booked a king size, room not available. Tried to give us two doubles for the same price. To cancel the room, cancellation fee is price of room. The wife stepped in and king room became available. Toilet was disgusting! All and all, not that bad.

Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Had a nice grassy back area to walk our dog and clean up after him! The only disappointment was the breakfast. After reading reviews on how good it usually is, when we arrived around 9:00 there was hardly anything to chose from, a couple slices of bread with toaster and peanut butter and some cottage cheese w/pineapple & another fruit. Nothing else! I was expecting biscuits and gravy or eggs & a protein like sausage or bacon, and there pancake machine must of been on the fritz , because syrup was there but nothing to make pancakes. That was the main disappointment, other than that our stay was great, just left hungry!

The woman at the front desk was friendly. She got us checked in relatively quickly and made sure to let us know where our nearest staircase was located. There are plenty of dining options in the area, and it is right next to highway/interstate access. That is the best I can say for this place.
My dad and I each killed a fly in the room. The floor is so filthy the bottoms of my feet are black. There is no soundproofing. I can hear all the traffic outside loud and clear, as well as the girls walking by laughing. The doorknob is stiff which makes it difficult to open the door. I am glad we are only staying here one night.

Loved the space in our room, very, very clean. Bed was comfortable and we never heard any noise. Alot of work in the room to make on new and fresh, at some point the bathroom will need an overhaul besides a coat of paint, but it too was very clean.

It’s ok.
It was affordable and convenient. We stayed on the side of the motel that faces the main road. It wasn’t noisy but privacy gel word because the room has a large window covered by a curtain and people constantly walk past. The room was ok. There is no carpet so when it’s humid the floor feels wet/slimy. The beds were clean so sleeping was comfortable. The TV was small and the cable was limited. The picture was fuzzy. The day we were there the internet was wonky and not working well. The side chair in our room was not stable and the upholstery was visibly dirty on the arm rests so no one sat in it. The staff was accommodating with providing towels because there were I three of us and only 2 towels for us to shower and we appreciated it. We booked our stay thru the app and there seemed to be some confusion about how we paid for it. I showed them the itinerary and my receipt but they kept saying it didn’t match what they had on file but it was obviously an oversight on them. It seemed to work itself out by the next morning. If you need a quick affordable place to sleep this is it but be warned the amenities are limited.

Very affordable spot for an overnight stay. Good hotel breakfast and great front door staff. Rooms were clean but outside the rooms, lots of cigarette butts and “stuff” on the ground. But our big issue was the AC which was a foot from the bed so that when it started, you get a blast of cold air. A king bed where you both end up sleeping on the same side to avoid the AC. Makes it difficult to sleep. Should put the couch by the window and move the bed.

As soon as we opened the doors of two rooms and walked in, we knew this was not a good situation. The rooms smelled and did not look very clean. My wife and two daughters said they would have a hard time trying to stay there and sleep overnight. Being a Days Inn by Wyndham, I was very disappointed in the condition of these rooms.
We left our things in the room and headed to a high school graduation. After the graduation it was decided to check out and not stay spend night.
That Days Inn was a bad choice in which will never happen again.

Friendly staff. Comfortable. Safe area. Wayneboro is a nice town convenient to the National Park. The price was higher than expected for this type of room/hotel but apparently we were there during a big university graduation so I am guessing that is why it was higher.

The Days Inn was expensive. There was a notice in the bathroom that said they only change the sheets every 3 days and same for the towels, in order to save water. When we pulled down the spread, our sheets were filthy - stained and hairs on them. I called the front desk. After a while the lady came up with clean sheets for a twin bed, ours was a king. She asked if we felt dirty, and decided to move us to another room. She had to return to the office and find us another room. By 9pm we were moved. The entire experience was unnerving. I didn't know if everything had been used before we got there. Also, the roaring motorcycles late at night and early in the morning, were disturbing. We had booked two nights there and were glad to check out. The staff was very nice and tried to be as accommodating as possible. I don't understand not changing sheets after people check out. We've just survived a pandemic, for goodness sake.

The few staff we met at check-in/check-out were very friendly but the property itself could have been cleaner. Breakfast was included but the room was hidden in a back corner and not easy to find. Our room was on the first floor and we were able to park right in front so that was a plus.

Half a used shampoo bottle and Maruncha Ramen noodle packs were left in my room from the previous guest. Front desk didn't tell me how to get to my room or where breakfast was served, so some needless running around.

Booked a King bed but at check in was told there wasn't a room available so was given a room with 2 full size beds. Room had no toilet paper so hubby had to go to desk to get some. He passed an empty room with a king bed (curtains were open) but was told we couldnt have the room.

I was there for 2 nights and even with earplugs in, i couldn't sleep. The constant slamming of doors and people walking up and down the hallways and stairs shakes the entire second story. Its lit up like daylight outside the rooms which makes the blackout curtains useless because the light floods all around them. And people constantly screaming down the halls and across the parking lot. If i had a longer stay or if my family was with me, i would have checked out and stayed someplace else.

It wasn’t the best place I’ve stayed at but it was comfortable enough that we enjoyed staying. There were snacks everywhere, the staff accommodated our room situation and they were all very friendly too. It was near so many food options, harder for vegan friendly options but still many options. There were only a couple little bugs near the window but it’s right by the door so it makes sense, didn’t really bother me but that’s something to think about for others. Other than that everything was great. PS the area was very open to NYC friends, we were a group of mixed black/latino people so it was comforting seeing other poc around the hotel and restaurants nearby.
